Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of packaging on consumer purchasing decisions at UB undergraduate students , either simultaneously or partially . This research is explanatory research that  explains the causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing . This study used a sample of 100 respondents drawn from UB undergraduate students who ever made a purchase product . Sampling using purposive sampling , judgment sampling is also called the selection of a random sample types obtained by using certain considerations , generally adapted to the purpose or research problems . Test equipment used to test the research instrument beupa validity test , reliability test , and classical assumption . Hypothesis testing was performed using the F test and t test and dominant test . Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis . From the results of research with the steps described above result that is based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test ( simultaneous ) it can be concluded simultaneously influencing purchasing decisions , then the results of t-test analysis can be concluded that partial only variable affecting promotion purchasing decisions , while the operating variables , reusable , and labeling has no effect . Based on the results of the regression coefficient (Standardized Beta Coefficients ) , respectively , it can be seen variable promotion has dominant influence on purchasing decisions Oishi brand of snack  food products " Pillows " at UB undergraduate students . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program latihan sepak bola Klub Buana Samudra Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang pemain sepak bola Buana Samudra. Hasil dari penelitian ini Program latihan dibuat dengan mengacu kepada Standar Program latihan Nasional. Dalam pembuatan program latihan pelatih melibatkan pemain dalam membuat program latihan sepak bola. Didalam program latihan sudah ada latihan fisik, teknik dan mental. Dalam pelaksanaan program latihan pelatih mengacu pada program latihan yang dibuat sebelumnya. Dalam pelaksanaanya semua program latihan dilakukan oleh tim sepak bola buana samudra.

Abstract

English competency assistance is one of the main things that a worker must have. The ability to speak English is a basic skill that a person needs in this era of globalization related to the introduction and mastery of science and technology. However, based on the results of observations made at Basarnas Makassar, the English language competency of several employees is still very minimal. The knowledge possessed by human resources in the office is the main factor in the use of English which is still very minimal, and many employees even think that learning English is still not an important thing in employees' careers and duties. Based on these findings, it is very necessary to provide support for the English language competency of Basarnas employees through English language teaching in the office. This community service uses descriptive methods. Based on the results of feedback from this PKM activity, the majority of training participants felt positive things about themselves starting to be confident in using English. So it can be concluded that this PKM activity is going well.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) telah dilaksanakan di IKM Telur Asin Cipta Barokah Cihideung-Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tambahan kepada pelaku IKM Telur Asin Cipta Barokah terkait penggunaan mesin penetas telur berbasis industri 4.0. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM diawali dengan survei pendahuluan untuk mengetahui permasalahan. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan mesin penetas terlur berbasis industri 4.0. Tahap terakhir kegiatan adalah evaluasi hasil kegiatan PKM. Kegiatan PKM menghasilkan mesin penetas telur berbasis industri 4.0 yang dapat mengatur suhu penetasan secara otomatis dan memutar telur secara otomatis dengan interval pemutaran setiap 3 jam. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan mendapatkan respon positif dan memberikan manfaat  kepada IKM Telur Asin Cipta Barokah Cihideung-Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on brand loyalty with the brand personality and the corporate reputation as the mediators. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze the data. The data was obtained from a survey by using the questionnaire with consumers of retail stores in Malang as its population. The samples were 150 visitors obtained by using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study indicated that corporate social responsibility, either directly or indirectly, affected the brand loyalty through the mediation of the brand personality and corporate reputation. This study suggested the modern retailers pay more attention to the CSR program owned by their consumers. It highlighted the importance of improving the retailers’ corporate reputation and brand personality to be felt consumers to increase the retailers brand loyalty.

Abstract

Mikrotia adalah kelainan kongenital yang ditandai dengan tidak terbentuknya atau terbentuknya daun telinga secara abnormal. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi penampilan fisik dan fungsi pendengaran pasien. Penanganan mikrotia memerlukan pendekatan multidisiplin, termasuk rekonstruksi telinga dan rehabilitasi pendengaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan-tahapan penanganan pasien dengan mikrotia, termasuk evaluasi awal, prosedur bedah rekonstruksi telinga, serta hasil pasca-operasi, baik dari segi estetika maupun fungsi pendengaran. Pasien yang dilaporkan menjalani serangkaian evaluasi klinis yang mencakup pemeriksaan fisik, tes pendengaran, dan imaging untuk menentukan tingkat keparahan mikrotia. Selanjutnya, pasien menjalani operasi rekonstruksi telinga dengan menggunakan metode graft tulang rawan costal (tulang rawan dari rusuk). Evaluasi pasca-operasi dilakukan untuk memantau hasil estetika dan pemulihan fungsi pendengaran. Hasil rekonstruksi telinga menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari segi penampilan estetika, serta perbaikan fungsi pendengaran pada pasien. Tidak ditemukan komplikasi besar selama proses pemulihan, dan pasien melaporkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap hasil operasi. Prosedur ini terbukti efektif dalam memperbaiki deformitas mikrotia dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penanganan mikrotia melalui operasi rekonstruksi telinga memberikan hasil yang baik dari segi estetika dan fungsi. Pendekatan yang komprehensif, termasuk evaluasi pendengaran dan estetika, sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan terapi bagi pasien mikrotia.

Abstract

Bogor memiliki komunitas pengrajin batik rumahan baik dengan teknik cap maupun tulis dengan motif khas Bogor di Kampung Batik Cibuluh, Kabupaten Bogor. Lerak (Sapindus rarak) biasanya digunakan sebagai pencuci kain batik karena dinilai dapat mempertahankan serat dan warna pada kain batik. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, kami berusaha memberikan solusi untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan deterjen cair pencuci batik yang ramah lingkungan dari buah lerak sehingga bisa menambah nilai ekonomi buah lerak dan berpotensi menjadi tambahan produk bagi IKM Batik Pancawati, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 17 Juli 2022. Kegiatan ini berjalan lancar dan diikuti dengan baik dan aktif oleh seluruh peserta sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta.
