Abstract

The problems faced in Islamic boarding schools, transformative leadership patterns are one of the choices for Islamic boarding school leaders to lead and develop quality Islamic boarding schools. Transformative leadership has an emphasis on clear vision and mission statements, effective use of communication, intellectual stimulation, and personal attention to individual problems of members of the organization. The strategy carried out by Pondok Pesantren Sa'adatuddaren Jambi is the ability to set the direction that is the goal, define and implement a strategic plan to achieve the goal or mission, build a vision, build a common vision, translate the vision and mission into action, develop commitment to work performance, and implement the strategy in institutional operations. The research methodology used in this paper is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Technique of data validity with data triangulation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman.

Abstract

This paper discusses Leadership and Islam Wasathiyah Perspective of The Qur'an, Hadith and 'Ulama. The leadership displayed by a leader is an implication of his ability to manage his emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Goleman in Abd. Kadim Masaong said that optimizing the management of emotional intelligence will produce four competency domains that are very effective in creating a leadership style, namely, the domains of selfawareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Tawassuth is an attitude that is in the middle or between two attitudes, namely not too far to the right (fundamentalist) and too far to the left (liberalist). With this tawassuth attitude, Islam will be easily accepted in all walks of life. The character of tawassuth in Islam is the middle point between the two ends and it is a virtue that has been placed by Allah Subhana wata'ala from the start. The value of tawassuth, which has become a principle in Islam, needs to be applied in all fields so that the religion of Islam and the religious expressions of Muslims become witnesses of measuring the truth for all human attitudes and behavior in general.

Abstract

Pembentukan perilaku keagamaan melalui budaya lingkungan keluarga sangat penting karena perilaku yang ada di masyarakat mencerminkan perilaku yang ada di masing – masing keluarga. Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pembentukan perilaku agama dalam lingkungan keluarga. Makna kehidupan yang harus dinilai dari pelaksanaan ajaran – ajaran agama yang baik kemudian di tanamkan dalam perilaku sehari – hari.Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah kajian pustaka, menelaah beberapa referensi yang sesuai dengan tema tulisan. Adapun hasil dari kajian pustaka yang dilakukan oleh penulis diantaranya yaitu pembentukan perilaku agama harus dengan belajar hidup dalam perbedaan, membangun saling percaya, memelihara saling pengertian, menjungjung sikap saling menghargai, terbuka dalam berpikir, apresiasi dan interdependensi sehingga dapat terwujud masyarakat yang berprilaku keagamaan yang lahir dari keluarga – keluarga yang terdidik agamanya dengan baik.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Curup di Pascasarjana UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, Pascasarjana UIN Sultan Kasim Riau dan Pascasarjana UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dalam hal menerapkan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dengan berbagai aspek diantaranya proses perkuliahan dengan pertukaran dosen dan mahasiswa, kolaborasi dalam kegiatan Seminar, Talk Show, Simposium dan Kegiatan Ilmiah lainnya, pertukaran dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Kuliah Tamu, Stadium General, Visiting Profesor dan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan Magang Mahasiswa lintas program studi, perguruan tinggi dan Industri kerja yang sudah menjadi mitra dari perguruan tinggi. Bentuk kerja sama dengan prinsip gotong royong dengan kesepakatan yang saling memberikan dukungan dan keuntungan dalam peningkatan mutu akreditasi melalui pengumpulan dokumen – dokumen mutu sesuai dengan kriteria Sembilan dari BAN PT. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif yaitu mengumpulkan data di lapangan dengan Instrumen pengumpulan data; Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi kemudian di analisis secara naratif di bagian pembahasan. Teknik Keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi Data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di Payungi Uiversity salah satu Rumah Pendidikan Non Formal da In Formal yang ada di Kota Metro Lampung. Rumah Pendidikan yang tidak memiliki proses administrasi atau manajemen seperti Lembaga Pendidikan Formal atau Pendidikan Tinggi. Tidak ada Ijazah dan tidak ada proses Perlengkapan Proses Pembelajaran yang ditetapkan dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SNPT). Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan berdasarkan kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat sekitar untuk melakukan perubahan social yaitu perubahan hidup yang lebih baik dan sejahtera melalui pendidikan, agama, social, ekonomi dan pemerintahan. Karena prinsip dari pendidikan transformative adalah proses dari perubahan bukan berorientasi hasil dari perubahan, karena proses adalah hasil, bukan hasil adalah hasil, karena prinsip keberlanjutan dari peruubahan adalah proses itu sendiri. Keberadaan Payungi Uiversity di Kota Metro Lampung memberikan dampak yang luar biasa pada aspek pendidikan, social budaya dan ekonomi karena di Payungi University di ajarkan bagaimana bersikap mandiri secara ekonomi, bersikap peduli secara social, bersikap saling mendidikan secara pendidikan, karena pada hakikatnya setiap manusia adalah makhluk social yang harus saling membantu dan menghargai. Analisis yang digunakan penelitia dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisi Perubahan Sosial salah satu pendekatan dalam metodologi penelitian kualitatif.

Abstract

This research discusses the inter collaboration between scouting activities and civic learning outcomes for students at SMP Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar, which is known based on the observations of students on the learning outcomes of Pancasila and civic education, which are classified as a low category. Therefore, through scouting activities to train talents, social interaction, build social communities in learning, self-confidence and independence in learning, and determine their destiny, Scout activities aim to help reduce learning difficulties, which, of course, affect the learning outcomes studied in this study. Talents honed through scouting activities can improve student learning outcomes in the Civics subjects contained in this study. This study aims to answer the question: what is the relationship between scout activities and civic learning outcomes for grade IX students? This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar, totalling 201 students, consisting of 7 groups. The sampling technique used a random sampling system, with the research sample totalling 29 students. The research instruments were observation, civics learning outcomes, and the value of Scouting activities. Data collection is done by reducing information, displaying information, verifying, and concluding. Information collected through learning outcomes and scout activities was then analyzed using the SPSS 2.0 application. The results showed that there was a relationship between scout activities and learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using inferential statistical analysis techniques, namely correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between scout activities and learning outcomes as measured by r table 0.03 and r arithmetic 0.529. This proves significantly that Ha is accepted. So it can be said that the intercollaboration of scouting activities followed by students has a positive relationship with civic learning outcomes.

Abstract

This paper conveys about the Existence of Higher Education through Public Relations, Competitiveness and Quality Assurance Systems. Higher Education cannot develop and advance without these three factors, Higher Education cannot possibly grow on its own, become great on its own without involving the community, competitiveness and quality that are continuously improved. The research methodology used in this paper is a Literature Study with Content Analysis from various Literature on the Existence and Role of Higher Education. The results and discussion in this study are that the existence of higher education can be achieved if it is carried out by strengthening public relations with community service activities and public relations activities. Improving Competitiveness by producing Graduates who are Professional, Skilled and Ready to Work. Improving the Quality of Higher Education in a sustainable manner in accordance with the times. Higher Education has many positive impacts on the community environment with the ability to produce graduates who are ready to work, graduates who are professional at work, graduates who are capable of being mobilizers in the community and graduates who have personalities that can be role models.
