Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pemikiran Muhammad Abduh tentang pembaharuan pendidikan melalaui implementasi metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis yaitu mendeskripsikan latar belakang pemikiran, inti pemikiran dan pengaruh pemikiran Muhammad Abduh terhadap perkembangan pemikiran pendidikan Islam. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karya-karya Muhammad Abduh dan karya-karya pemikir Islam yang mengkaji dan menganalisis pemikiran Muhammad Abaduh. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, sajian data dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa Muhammad Abduh adalah tokoh muslim yang popular yang dikenal sebagai pemikir dalam bidang pendidikan Islam mewakili kelompok modernis-rasionalis yang responsif terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Muhammad Abduh melakukan pembaharuan dalam pendidikan Islam dengan memgintegrasikan antara ilmu umum dengan ilmu agama. Pendidikan baginya bukan hanya bertujuan mengembangkan aspek kognitif (akal), tetapi juga perlu menyelaraskan dengan aspek afektif (moral) dan psikomotorik (keterampilan). Sehingga Umat Islam terhindar dari kejumudan, keterbelakangan dalam berfikir dan taklid yang berlebihan. Pemikiran Muhammad Abduh tentang pembaharuan pendidikan melalui implementasi metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industry dan relevan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konstruksi makna dan perilaku bela negara dikalangan mahasiswa. Oleh karenanya permasalahan di fokuskan pada, Pertama, bagaimana kesadaran mahasiswa dalam bela negara? Kedua, bagaimana tindakan yang dilakukan mahasiswa berkaitan dengan bela negara? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan strategi pendekatan fenomenologi yang berorientasi pada pengalaman alamiah individu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap 8 (delapan) mahasiswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesadaran yang terbentuk dalam bela negara adalah kesadaran praktik. Kesadaran praktik ini merupakan bentuk untuk memahami proses bagaimana berbagai tindakan dan praktik sosial lambat laun menjadi struktur. Sedangkan, tindakan atau perilaku bela negara yang dilakukan mahasiswa dimaknai dengan belajar untuk peningkatan kualitas diri. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemantaban ideologi Pancasila dan rasa cinta tanah air dalam proses pembelajaran ditingkat pemdidikan dasar sampai pendidikan tinggi atau institusi pendidikan lain dengan cara berjenjang dan sosialisasi bentuk bela negara beragam yang intinya komitmen untuk mempertahankan negara kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low discipline of students in school. To overcome this, the factors that can affect student discipline are carried out. This study aims to determine the extent of reward and punishment on student discipline, especially in Teknomedika Plus Vocational High School. This research instrument uses documentary studies, observation, and questionnaires. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear analysis, with purposive sampling. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using f-table and table t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the contribution of reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on student discipline (Y) was 82.4%, and the remaining 17.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Ha is accepted. It means reward and punishment together affect student discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan sinergis dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap produktivitas perempuan Komunitas Kampung Muara Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey untuk menjawab uji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Responden berjumlah 160 perempuan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik random sampling. Kuesioner kepemimpinan sinergis, kecerdasan spiritual dan produktivitas perempuan divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan sinergis berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perempuan, kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perempuan. Kepemimpinan sinergi memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kecerdasan spritual. Sehingga dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas perempuan dapat dilakukan melalui meningkatkan efektifitas kepemimpinan sinergis dan kecerdasan spiritual. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan sinergis berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perempuan, kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perempuan, dan kepemimpinan sinergis berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kecerdasan spiritual.

Abstract

Internailisasi nilai karakter religius merupakan upaya untuk membentuk pribadi yang beriman dan bertakwa Tuhan yang maha kuasa. Internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter religius sedini mungkin akan lebih bermakna untuk membentuk karacter peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang Internailisasi nilai karakter religious Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Sumber data dikumpulkan dari berbagai referensibuku-buku, laporan-laporan dan hasil-hasil penelitian sejenis sebelumnya yang berguna untuk mendapatkan solusi atas permasalahan tentang upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai relijius pada peserta didi melalui pembelajaran agama Islam. Hail penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter relijius dapat dibentuk melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai relijius melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam guru dituntut untuk mampu mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran melalui metode pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai relijius dan nilai budaya dengan pemanfaatan media yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai relijius dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik yang cerdas intelektualnya dan cerdas spritualnya Kata kunci: Nilai Karakter Religius, Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, Era Digital 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the leadership role of an effective principal and organizational culture in terms of improving teacher performance. Effective principal leadership plays a critical role in enhancing teacher performance, as does a strong organizational culture that reflects the school's values. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, with a sample size of 175 people. A questionnaire was distributed to teachers at State Senior High Schools in West Java, Indonesia, as part of the research technique. To collect the necessary data, the questionnaire is completed following the statement items, using a Likert scale with five alternative responses. The data were analyzed using SEM was estimated using the SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Squares) software. It was discovered that effective principal leadership exists to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers. Additionally, this study demonstrates the critical role of organizational culture in enhancing teacher performance. These findings point the way forward in terms of enhancing the quality of school leadership, as well as the effectiveness of organizational culture, to boost teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of synergistic leadership and emotional quotion on the work ethic of the Sadaya Community at Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods with survey techniques to answer the hypothesis test that has been formulated. Respondents amounted to 200 people, the sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The synergistic leadership, emotional quotion and work ethic questionnaires were validated by the product moment correlation formula, reliability was measured by the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Hypothesis testing using the PLS SEM analysis application. The results of the study show that synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on work ethic, emotional quotion has a direct positive and significant effect on work ethic. Synergy leadership has a direct and significant influence on Emotional quotion. So that in an effort to improve the work ethic can be done through increasing the effectiveness of synergistic leadership and emotional quotion. From the results of the study it was concluded that synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on work ethic, emotional quotion has a direct positive and significant effect on work ethic, and synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on emotional quotion

Abstract

This research discusses Islamic Education Learning Innovations based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Industrial 4.0 era. The main focus of this research is on Islamic Religious Education learning innovations that rely on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze Islamic Religious Education learning innovations based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the industrial era 4.0. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical method. The literature study approach (Library research or also known as content analysis) is applied by conducting studies and analysis of primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles and documents that are relevant to the discussion. The results of this study reveal that learning innovation based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a concept and approach that is considered new by teachers in learning interactions, where they utilize ICT technology to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives through problem solving. The role of the teacher in developing innovation and learning media by utilizing ICT is an urgent need and a demand to increase the effectiveness of the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. Through learning interactions that utilize the internet network, the potential for creating more effective learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects can be realized. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Minahasa System Load Regulatory Implementation Unit (UP2B). Based on the data found, the achievement of employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Minahasa system looks not optimal. This study takes a theme entitled, Influence of Work Culture, Workload and Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance (Study at P.T. State Electricity Company (Persero) Load Regulatory Implementing Unit (Up2b) Minahasa System). This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, workload and leadership style on employee performance. The object of this research is all employees of PT. State Electricity Company (Persero) Minahasa Systems Load Regulatory Unit (UP2B). This research was conducted on 98 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The method of data analysis is done by Partial Least Square analysis. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and Work Family Conflict has a positive and negative effect and is not significant on employee performance. Abstract

Nurul Ikhlas Qur'an Education Park is located on Jalan Dwi Warna IV RT. 003/RW 009, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta DKI Jakarta Province, was established in 1990 which was built on a 90 meter plot of land. Nurul Ikhlas Qur'an Education Park is a religious institution whose focus is on memorizing the Qur'an. The method used in community service activities is to provide guidance to teachers and student guardians in developing literacy cultural traditions. The media used in coaching teachers is by application. After coaching about the process of Al-Qur'an Literacy Culture in Improving Al-Qur'an Reading Ability in Qur'an Education Parks using 2 stages, namely the guidance stage of habituation and development. As for the evaluation of students given assignments at home. Factors that support literacy activities are awareness in students and motivation given by teachers/parents to encourage students' interest in reading. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder literacy are students' lack of interest in reading, the family environment and during this pandemic the teacher cannot monitor directly.
