Abstract

Penerapan pembelajaran aktif, kritis, dan menyenangkan menjadi penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik, khususnya di SMK Fathul Ulum Way Kanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi metode pembelajaran tersebut terhadap keterlibatan dan prestasi akademik siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran aktif meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, sedangkan pembelajaran kritis dan menyenangkan mendorong siswa untuk berpikir lebih analitis dan meningkatkan motivasi mereka. Peningkatan signifikan terlihat pada prestasi akademik siswa, terutama pada mata pelajaran yang membutuhkan keterampilan praktis. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kurikulum berbasis pendekatan aktif yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

AbstractIslamic boarding schools (pesantren) as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia face challenges in integrating digital technology into their learning processes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital learning evaluation in the Qur'anic tahfizh program at Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School (IMBOS) in Pringsewu, Lampung, and assess its impact on educational quality. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation involving 52 tahfizh teachers (muhafizh/muhafizhah) overseeing 104 study groups (halaqah). Findings reveal that IMBOS has adopted two digital evaluation platforms: (1) a web-based system integrated with a mobile application for attendance monitoring, and (2) a spreadsheet application for assessing memorization progress. Data analysis indicates three key benefits of this technological implementation: enhanced evaluation efficiency through real-time monitoring, improved assessment accuracy via data visualization, and early detection of learning difficulties. These findings reinforce the critical role of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of tahfizh education while providing a practical model for other Islamic boarding schools to adopt educational technology.AbstrakPesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam tradisional di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi evaluasi pembelajaran digital dalam program tahfizh Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Insan Mulia (IMBOS) Pringsewu, Lampung, serta mengukur dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap 52 guru tahfizh (muhafizh/muhafizhah) yang membina 104 kelompok belajar (halaqah). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa IMBOS mengadopsi dua platform evaluasi digital: (1) sistem web terintegrasi aplikasi mobile untuk monitoring kehadiran, dan (2) aplikasi spreadsheet untuk penilaian pencapaian hafalan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi ini menghasilkan tiga manfaat utama: peningkatan efisiensi proses evaluasi (real-time monitoring), akurasi penilaian yang lebih baik melalui visualisasi data, serta kemampuan deteksi dini kesulitan belajar. Temuan ini memperkuat argumentasi tentang peran kritis transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan tahfizh, sekaligus menawarkan model praktis bagi pesantren lain dalam mengadopsi teknologi pendidikan. Abstract

This study explores the importance of Human Resource (HR) development in contributing to a university's reputation. This research is qualitative in the form of library research. From the study, it was concluded that improving a university's reputation is highly prioritized through the development of human resources carried out informally and formally. Informally, this effort can be done through self-development programs like training. It can be done by increasing education by continuing studies in the doctoral program (S3). Improving and developing academic qualifications is essentially a personal obligation for each lecturer, so each lecturer is highly recommended to develop a self-development curriculum (KPD) mainly related to developing and implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

Abstract

Education and human resource development (HR) play an important role in achieving individual and organizational success, with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as an effective technique to achieve positive change. This study analyzes the application of NLP in the context of education and human resource development through the case study of Muhammad Al-Fatih, the visionary leader and conqueror of Constantinople. This research highlights how NLP principles, such as mind control, communication mastery, and goal design, are applied in the leadership and educational strategies that shape the character of Al-Fatih. Qualitative methods with a historical approach are used to analyze primary and secondary sources related to Al-Fatih's life. The results of the study show that NLP plays an important role in the formation of character and the development of its competencies, with the application of these techniques in education, such as vision and motivation coaching, contributing to its success. This study recommends the integration of NLP in modern educational curricula to produce resilient, adaptive, and visionary human resources.

Abstract

This journal discusses the management of the PAI extracurricular program in fostering religious culture in students at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran. This study aims to: 1) To determine the management of the PAI extracurricular program at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran; 2) To determine the impact of the implementation of the PAI extracurricular program in fostering religious culture in students at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran; and 3) To determine the supporting factors of the PAI extracurricular activity program in fostering religious culture in students at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were the Principal of SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran, Islamic Religious Education Subject Teachers at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran, PAI Extracurricular Activity Instructors at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran and students of SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The management of the PAI extracurricular program at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran includes: a) planning that begins with a coordination meeting to determine the objectives of the extracurricular program, selection of supervising teachers, activity time and facilities and infrastructure as well as funds for implementing activities, b) organizing which is carried out to show who is given full authority and responsibility to carry out PAI extracurricular activities, c) implementation, where the implementation of PAI extracurricular activities is carried out outside of school hours so as not to interfere with teaching and learning activities. Then in terms of material, it is in accordance with the existing syllabus and d) evaluation is carried out once every three months, where the results of the evaluation are then used as input for improving the implementation of PAI extracurricular activities in the following period; 2) The impact of the implementation of the PAI extracurricular program in fostering the religious culture of students at SMK Yapemi Pagelaran includes: the formation of students' awareness of worship, increasing student discipline and growing social sensitivity and keeping away bad influences and 3) Supporting factors for the PAI extracurricular activity program in fostering the religious culture of students at SMK YAPEMI Pagelaran include students' interest and enthusiasm, support from students' parents and the availability of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Human Resource Development of Islamic Boarding Schools in Mastering Information Technology in Pringsewu Regency. Objective: This study aims to analyze the development of human resources in Islamic boarding schools in Pringsewu Regency in mastering information technology as a response to the Industrial 4.0 era. Methods: The study uses a mixed method research approach with a case study design, involving operators, managers, administrators, and ustadz/ustadzah selected through purposive sampling. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analyzed descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings: The findings indicate that mastery of information technology in Islamic boarding schools remains suboptimal due to limited infrastructure, inadequate internet access, and a lack of technological devices. Additionally, most teaching staff and managers lack IT-related educational backgrounds, hindering the effective integration of technology in both learning and administrative systems. While some Islamic boarding schools have started using digital platforms such as e-learning and social media, their usage remains limited. Conclusion: The study concludes that enhancing HR capacity requires improved infrastructure, IT training for educators and managers, and better utilization of digital technology. These efforts will help Islamic boarding schools in Pringsewu adapt to the digital era, enhance educational quality, and strengthen their competitiveness in the education and technology sectors. Keywords: islamic boarding school, human resources, information technology.

Abstract

Abstract: The noble character among students has not been formed properly, indicated by the ongoing bullying among students, lying, instant behavior and lack of discipline. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in forming noble character from the perspective of Al Ghazali’s theory in the Social Media Era in grade students IV SDN 02 Panggungrejo Lampung. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature reviews, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that the role of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in forming noble morals from the perspective of Al Ghazali’s theory of social media is very diverse, it is known that students really like the story method (qishah). This method shows results of 54.15% of the opinions of 24 students. So the role of preachers is very relevant, with the use of this method, because preaching is currently trending in society. So it can be suggested that teachers are expected to have spiritual intelligence, to deal with the behavior of students in the social media era. Because the social media era has positive influences, such as increasing students’ creativity and insight, and negative influences, such as decreasing interest in learning and the formation of negative behavior in students at school.Keywords: The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers, Akhlakul Karimah, Al Ghazali’s Theory, Social Media Era. Abstrak: Akhlak karimah dikalangan siswa belum terbentuk secara baik, ditandai masih terjadi bulliying diantara siswa, perilaku bohong, instan dan tidak disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah perspektif teori Al Ghazali Era Media Sosial pada siswa kelas IV SDN 02 Panggungrejo Lampung. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan riview literature, serta dianalisis dengan tekhnik reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlak karimah perspektif teori Al Ghazali eram media sosial sangat beragam, diketahui siswa sangat menyukai metode cerita (qishah). Metode ini menunjukkan hasil sebesar 54,15% dari pendapat 24 siswa. Maka peran pendakwah sangat relevan, dengan penggunaan metode ini, karena dakwah saat ini sedang trend di kalangan masyarakat. Sehingga dapat disarankan guru diharapkan memiliki kecerdasan spiritual, untuk menghadapi tingkah laku siswa era media sosial. Karena era media sosial terdapat pengaruh posotif, seperti meningkatkan kreativitas dan wawasan siswa, dan pengaruh negative, seperti menurunnya minat belajar dan terbentuknya prilaku negatif pada siswa di sekolah.Kata kunci: Peran, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Akhlakul Karimah,  Teori Al Ghazali, Era Media Sosial.
