Abstract

The productivity of the national soybean crop is still relatively low, namely 1.44-1.56 tons ha-1, so it has not been able to meet the needs of the community which reaches 3 million tons. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase soybean productivity with a more efficient cultivation system. This study aims to determine the response to growth and yield of soybeans of Derap 1 variety resulting from the interaction of urea and Rhizobium inoculum. This study used a randomized block design. The first factor: the dose of urea fertilizer (20.30 kg ha-1) The second factor is the dose of biological fertilizer inoculum Rhizobium (0, 2, 4, 6 g kg-1) seeds. The results showed that there was a significant interaction effect between the treatment dose of urea fertilizer and the dose of biological fertilizer Rhizobium inoculum. U3H3 treatment (Urea 30 kg ha-1+  Rhizobium inoculum 6 g kg-1 seeds) gave the highest growth as measured by plant height (39.00 cm), number of leaves (14.40 stalks), number of branches (4.00 cm). ), the amount of interest (86.77). This treatment also gave the highest yield as measured by the number of harvested pods (54.60), dry weight of pods (48.80 g), dry weight of seeds per plant (29.24 g), dry weight of seeds per ha (2.52 tons). ha-1)

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang etika yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa dalam hubungan interpersonalnya di proses pendidikan dengan menelaah kitab taisirul khollaq. Penelitian ini merupakan (library research yakni suatu penelitian berdasarkan data dari buku-buku atau literatur yang ada. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari dua sumber yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif filsafati. Hasilnya adalah 1. Bila seorang guru mempunyai perilaku yang baik, maka para siswanya akan mempunyai sikap dan perilaku yang baik pula. Oleh karena itu seorang guru harus beretika dalam berhubungan interpersonal dengan siswanya. di antara etika yang terdapat di kitab taisirul khollaq yang perlu dipegang teguh oleh guru dalam berinteraksi di proses pendidikan adalah; a. Menunjukkan sikap bertaqwa dan ramah, harus sabar dan berwibawa, bersikap kasih sayang, Selalu memberi nasehat dan bimbingan kearah kebaikan dan Tidak memberi paksaan kepada siswa. 2. Para siswa harus beretika dalam menuntut ilmu. Etika siswa untuk membangun hubungan interpersonal yang harmonis dalam proses pembelajaran yang dijelaskan di dalam kitab taisirul khollaq itu dibagi menjadi 3 kategori, a. etika siswa terhadap dirinya sendiri, b. etika siswa terhadap gurunya dan c. etika siswa terhadap teman sejawatnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media on purchasing decisions, the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions and the effect of products on purchasing decisions at the MJ Shop Manna Bengkulu Selatan store. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who bought goods at the MJ Shop Manna Shop, South Bengkulu. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 5.045 + 0.375 X1 + 0.104 X2 + 0.430 X3, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that social media variables (X1), brand image (X2) and products (X3) have a positive influence on Purchase decision (Y) at MJ SHOP, South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination from R square is 0.104. From the results of calculations using SPSS, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.819. This means that the value of social media (X1) and the value of brand image (X2) and work facilities (X3) affect the purchase decision (Y) by 81.9% while the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. . The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially social media, brand image and products have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at MJ SHOP, South Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar, diperlukan media pembelajaran guna menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa. Media pembelajaran adalah perantara atau pengantar materi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru maupun siswa dalam mempermudah pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ni adalah untuk mengetahui spesifikasi dan desain, validitas dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar setelah pengimpementasi media pembelajaran pop up book. Jenis penelitian ni adalah Research an Development (R&D), dengan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ni bersubjek pada kelas C MI skandar Sulaiman Kota Batu dengan jumlah siswa yang terdaftar 21 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ni adalah media pembelajaran pop up book mendapatkan kualifikasi baik dari ahli materi, ahli desain media, dan ahli pembelajaran dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas MI Iskandar Sulaiman Kota Batu.

Abstract

Kehadiran gerakan literasi agama di perguruan tinggi masih jarang diteliti. Hal ini sekaligus sangat penting untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki keluasan ilmu, keagungan budi pekerti, kedalaman spiritual, dan kematangan profesional. Berangkat dari fenomena yang ada, peneliti ingin mengkaji perkembangan literasi keagamaan di PGMI UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang untuk membentuk sikap moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada pendapat Miles dan Haberman (1984) bahwa proses penelitian berbentuk siklus yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1). Nilai-nilai moderasi yang diajarkan di Prodi PGMI UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi dua; Pertama, nilai spiritual keagamaan yaitu nilai keseimbangan dan tawadhu'. Kedua, nilai sosial kebangsaan yaitu nilai toleransi, nilai keadilan, nilai keterbukaan, dan nilai kebangsaan. 2). Pola pengembangan literasi keagamaan untuk menanamkan pentingnya moderasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan media yang tersedia, mengoptimalkan organisasi kemahasiswaan yang ada, meningkatkan minat membaca siswa, dan membudayakan diskusi. 3). Dampak dari literasi agama yang dikembangkan di Prodi PGMI adalah mahasiswa mempunyai sikap moderasi yang baik dalam bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat majemuk di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the historical implementation of local content curriculum on religion and Diniyah education in secondary schools in Jombang and its impact on the quality of Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through document analysis, observation, and in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and community leaders. The findings show that Islamic education in Jombang has developed dynamically in response to socio-cultural changes. Integrating Diniyah Education into the school curriculum represents an adaptation to diverse local needs and the complexity of religious practices in the region. This implementation has positively impacted students' religious character, enhancing worship competencies and deepening religious understanding. The study concludes that adapting the Diniyah madrasah curriculum to local cultural contexts is an effective strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education, especially in socially and religiously plural communities. It highlights the importance of local potential in formulating responsive and contextual Islamic education policies.

Abstract

School-Owned Enterprises (BUMES) and the public relations division of the madrasah play a strategic role in supporting institutional development through systematic and sustainable program planning and implementation. BUMES functions not only as the school’s entrepreneurship unit but also as a bridge for collaboration with external institutions, including universities, government agencies, and international partners. During specific periods, particularly toward the end of the academic year, the intensity of cooperation increases, marked by the execution of several strategic programs. In addition to routine activities such as internships at BBDB, BUMES and the public relations division also initiate innovative programs, including a student exchange program to Thailand. This initiative aims to expand global networking, strengthen student competitiveness, and provide cross-cultural learning experiences. All programs are designed through organized planning processes from the beginning of the semester, taking into account relevance, sustainability, and implementation efficiency. This ensures that each activity aligns with the vision and needs of the madrasah while maximizing benefits for students and the institution. The implementation of these programs demonstrates that the synergy between BUMES and the public relations division significantly enhances educational service quality, strengthens institutional image, and supports comprehensive improvement in school performance.

Abstract

This article describes the students’ nationalistic attitudes, the classroom teachers’ efforts to instil an attitude of nationalism, and the obstacles faced by classroom teachers in instilling students' nationalistic attitudes at MI al-Ma'arif 04 Singosari Malang. It is because the spirit of nationalism has regressed. The research in this article used a descriptivequalitative approach to describe the phenomenon comprehensively through data collection and compiled in the narrative form. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis used generally included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah already had an excellent nationalism attitude with an understanding of nationalism that was by the standards. To create this nationalist attitude in real, classroom teachers have tried it through 1)academic activities and 2) non-academic activities such as carrying out flag ceremonies, commemorating national days such as the Youth Pledge, Santri Day, and carrying out Scout activities. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by classroom teachers in instilling an attitude of nationalism were meaningless and could be overcome. Hence, classroom teachers must continually improve in developing this nationalistic attitude in order to make the Indonesian nation to be strong with its unity and integrity.
