Abstract

Pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana di MAN 2 Jember merupakan fokus penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fasilitas di madrasah tersebut digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi penggunaannya.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami secara detail penggunaan fasilitas di MAN 2 Jember. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola madrasah dalam merencanakan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi madrasah lain dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan.  Walaupun MAN 2 Jember sudah memiliki fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, seperti laboratorium komputer, proyektor LCD, dan akses internet, masih ada potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan optimal sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana fasilitas di MAN 2 Jember digunakan dan bagaimana penggunaan tersebut dapat ditingkatkan untuk mencapai kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi madrasah lain dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan elemen penting dalam menunjang mutu pembelajaran di madrasah. Keterbatasan fasilitas sering kali menghambat proses belajar dan menurunkan motivasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan pengadaan dan kebutuhan sarana prasarana di MTs Syirkah Salafiyah, dengan fokus pada identifikasi tahapan perencanaan, evaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan, serta perumusan strategi pengelolaan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dilakukan secara sistematis dan partisipatif, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, birokrasi, dan keterbatasan SDM. Strategi optimalisasi yang diterapkan antara lain adalah pemetaan skala prioritas, digitalisasi inventaris, serta kemitraan eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang adaptif dan kontekstual mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan mutu kelembagaan madrasah.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset pendidikan yang efisien dan akuntabel merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung mutu layanan pendidikan. Namun, banyak sekolah negeri masih menghadapi kendala dalam penghapusan atau pemusnahan sarana dan prasarana yang tidak lagi digunakan, sehingga berisiko mengganggu efektivitas dan akuntabilitas tata kelola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penghapusan aset di SMPN 02 Jenggawah dan mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan telaah dokumen inventaris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tidak melakukan penghapusan aset secara administratif sesuai prosedur, melainkan mengalihkan fungsi barang secara internal melalui musyawarah. Praktik ini dinilai efisien dalam pemanfaatan ruang, namun lemah dari aspek legalitas dan akuntabilitas. Kendala utama mencakup minimnya pemahaman teknis, ketiadaan sistem informasi digital, dan kurangnya koordinasi dengan dinas terkait. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya reformasi dalam sistem pencatatan, pelaporan, dan evaluasi aset pendidikan, serta perlunya pendampingan teknis dan pelatihan manajemen aset bagi satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are an important part of supporting the creation of a safe, comfortable learning environment, and supporting an optimal learning process. Therefore, the security of physical assets in schools needs to be managed in a planned and sustainable manner. This study examines the definition, legal basis, theoretical steps, as well as the results of observations and real obstacles in the field. Through preventive and repressive approaches, security is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The observation results showed that although the school had implemented several preventive measures such as the installation of CCTV and the locking of spaces, there were no permanent security officers available, and supervision was limited to operating hours. The lack of a physical security system is a major challenge. Therefore, improving security infrastructure and the involvement of all school residents is key in creating a safe and sustainable learning environment. This study is expected to be a reflection and inspiration in managing educational assets strategically and responsibly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of motivation in teacher resource management at SDN Karanganyar 01 and its impact on teacher performance. Using a qualitative approach with interviews and observations, it was found that factors such as job satisfaction, recognition, and opportunities for self-development influence teacher motivation. The application of motivation theories such as Maslow, Herzberg, and McClelland suggests that the provision of incentives, training, and fair performance evaluations can enhance teacher satisfaction and performance. This study concludes that effective motivation positively contributes to teacher performance and the quality of education.

Abstract

Background - The availability of educational facilities and infrastructure is an important foundation in ensuring the quality of teaching and learning services in schools. Amidst the challenges of facility inequality between urban and rural areas, effective management is a vital aspect. SMAN Mumbulsari Jember is a concrete example where educational logistics management plays a central role in supporting the learning process. This is where the urgency of this study lies: how the process of receiving and distributing goods is carried out, and how obstacles and supporting factors influence the effectiveness of such management. Objectives - This study aims to thoroughly analyze the dynamics of receiving and distributing educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN Mumbulsari. The primary objective is to analyze the extent to which administrative procedures and distribution mechanisms are implemented effectively, as well as to identify supporting and hindering factors. Additionally, this study is expected to formulate relevant strategies to improve the educational logistics management system at the school. Design / Methodology / Approach - This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted triangulatively, namely through direct observation in the field, semi-structured interviews with various related parties, and review of internal school documentation. This strategy allows researchers to reconstruct the receipt and distribution process comprehensively and contextually in accordance with the reality at SMAN Mumbulsari.  Findings - The research results indicate that the receipt of facilities and infrastructure has followed administrative standards, such as strict document and goods inspections. However, the distribution of goods faces several challenges, such as mismatches between goods and requests and a lack of technical training for managers. Support from the school principal and a responsive management team serves as a strengthening factor, while limited budgets and procurement delays are the main obstacles. Nevertheless, during the 2022–2025 period, no significant obstacles were identified thanks to effective coordination. Research Implications - These findings highlight the importance of enhancing managerial capacity in educational logistics. Other schools can use SMAN Mumbulsari’s experience as a replicable management model, provided that regular evaluations and staff training remain priorities. Another practical implication is the importance of partnerships with third parties to ensure transparency and accountability in every procurement and distribution process for educational goods. Research Limitations - This study is limited by its scope, which only covers one educational institution, SMAN Mumbulsari, so generalizing the results to other schools requires caution. Additionally, the qualitative approach used emphasizes depth over breadth, so quantitative dimensions such as cost efficiency or distribution speed have not been systematically measured. Abstract

This study aims to examine the storage and arrangement system of facilities and infrastructure implemented at SMPN Nuris as an effort to improve the effectiveness of the learning process and the efficiency of school management. Well-managed facilities and infrastructure can create a safe, comfortable learning environment that supports the achievement of educational goals. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that although SMPN Nuris has a relatively structured system of storage and organization, there are still several challenges such as limited storage space, lack of regular maintenance, and minimal use of technology in inventory management. This study offers recommendations for improving the management system of facilities and infrastructure to support better school governance.

Abstract

Purpose - This study evaluates the management of facilities and infrastructure, a crucial component for learning quality in public primary schools. Persistent issues like inadequate facilities and weak maintenance prompted an in-depth examination of facility management at SDN Gambiran 01 Jember. The study aims to assess how facilities are planned, implemented, and evaluated to meet institutional needs.Design/methods/approach – A qualitative case study approach was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Participants, including the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff involved in facility management, were purposively selected.Findings – Facility planning and procurement are conducted in a participatory, needs-based manner, aligning with regulations. However, utilization and maintenance face challenges due to budget limitations, lack of technical personnel, and limited technology use. A culture of cooperation and adaptive leadership emerged as key supporting factors.Research implications/limitations – The study is limited by its focus on a single institution and reliance on qualitative data. Implications highlight the need for targeted technical training for elementary school staff and developing data-driven evaluation systems to inform long-term educational policy.

Abstract

Musholla management must be carried out systematically and correctly, because musholla can not only be used as a place of worship but can also be used as a place of faith-based learning. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.

Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan strategi utama dalam pengembangan kompetensi dan kinerja pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP 06 Diponegoro Wuluhan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, subjek penelitian kami adalah Kepala Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat komponen analisa data, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan menjadi salah satu strategi utama yang penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kependidikan. Meskipun pelatihan sudah cukup optimal, perlu adanya peningkatan untuk mendorong kreativitas dan komitmen dalam menjalankan tugas. Pengembangan tenaga kependidikan juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan kompleks yang memerlukan pengelolaan yang berkualitas. Di SMP 06 Diponegoro, terdapat upaya sistematis untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan kompetensi melalui evaluasi berkala dan pemberian rewards atau punishment. Selain itu, sertifikasi guru berperan penting dalam memastikan profesionalitas pendidik, dengan syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi dalam aspek administratif, akademis, dan kepribadian. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pendidik mencakup pengembangan kompetensi melalui pelatihan, motivasi dan apresiasi, evaluasi kinerja objektif, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan.
