Financial management is an administrative activity related to budget planning, storing, using, recording and monitoring the entry and exit of money or organizational funds. Inventory analysis is an activity to examine an asset issue that includes goods. Turn over inventory is the ratio between the total cost of goods sold and the average value of inventory owned by the company. in the process of managing finances and inventories, it is still carried out using a recording system in a ledger, so it is less effective. Therefore the author will develop a form of information system by selecting CV. Arris AC as research object. Based on the problems that occur in CV. Arris AC, the authors provide a solution that can overcome weaknesses by creating an Accounting Information System for Financial Management and Inventory Analysis using the inventory turnover ratio method which can be accessed via the web. In other words, this ratio describes how fast inventory rotates. web is an application that contains multimedia documents (text, images, sound, animation, video) in it that uses the HTTP protocol with database support for MySQL, Xampp and Adobe Dreamweaver CS6.. Cost of goods manufactured (COGM) is an important component of making a product, because knowing the COGM of a product can be used as a reference to determine the profit margin of a product. Without knowing the COGM of a product, we will be confused in determining the selling price. The COGM calculation is very influential for the sale of a product whether the product is experiencing a profit or loss. This study aims to determine the COGM calculations that have been carried out by MSMEs are in accordance with COGM accounting calculations or are still only limited to manual calculations. In addition, the main objective of this study is to design an accounting system for determining COGM in the Tempe Chips Industry in determining the cost of production and to apply a variable costing method to determine the cost of goods manufactured in SMEs so that the correct cost of production can be presented. The results of this study indicate that based on Cost of goods manufactured calculations carried out by MSME actors it is still very low so it is necessary to revamp the HPP calculations in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the evaluation of the old system, the author wishes to offer a new system, namely the Information System for Determining the Cost of Production of Tempe Chips SMEs which is expected to be an alternative in solving problems that are being faced by business owners. This new system makes it easy for users related to the process of recording data into the database, so that related parties can easily operate.

Every government agency or company must have a different financial plan, currently all government agencies or companies are required to make reports relating to their financial developments. This information is compiled and presented by the village government in the form of balance sheets, journal reports, because financial reports are a form of accountability from the Village Head or the Village Treasurer. one by one. The results of this study are to make it easier for the Kutoharjo Village Office in the process of financial management, assisting in the process of inputting financial data on an accual basis when giving or receiving cash, before a cash transaction occurs which acknowledges the effect of the transaction regardless of when cash is received or paid, data search, and village fund financial reports by optimizing data security.

Forecasting is an estimate of future demand based on several forecasting variables based on historical time series or a process of using historical data (past data) that has been owned to use this model and use this model to estimate future conditions.The Ivori mini market SME group is known to be a mini market that sells daily necessities. The goods provided by the ivori mini market are not focused on only one type of goods, but include all types of goods. Ivori mini market often runs out of stock because there is no inventory planning. The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

Of course, a soccer field needs water and the fertility of the field soil so that the grass can grow. The development of science and technology currently has a big influence on getting work done. A pump is a tool used to move liquids (fluids) from one place to another through pipes (channels) by adding energy to the fluid being moved and continuing continuously. Currently, many water pumps still use the manual method, namely using a switch or even just using a plug. Grass will also live if the soil has appropriate humidity, if the soil moisture level is low, the grass will die if there is excess moisture and it will not be able to grow. This problem certainly requires a solution that can help monitor soil moisture as well as control water pumps. By utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller technology as the control center, the YL-69 sensor measures soil moisture values and also relays as a replacement for manual switches. To control pump conditions via Blynk.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Sistem penerimaan pinjaman dalam KSP Makmur Mandiri yang sedang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara calon peminjam datang ke lokasi koperasi dengan mengajukan peminjaman kemudian karyawan mendata peminjam ke dalam form rekomendasi anggota setelah itu form rekomendasi anggota tersebut diberikan kepada pimpinan koperasi. Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman tersebut. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini maka dibuatlah sebuah keputusan penentuan kelayakan yang mampu membantu pimpinan dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan perhitungan tepat dalam menilai kelayakan pinjaman. Metode yang dapat mendukung keputusan adalah Fuzzy logic, karena penilain yang bersifat subyektif atau non-linear dapat dimodelkan dan dihitung secara tepat.

Green Mukti is a youth group founded by the Jatilor village government, Godong District, Grobogan Regency, with the aim of increasing the participation of the younger generation in the agricultural sector, especially in rice production, from planting to processing. However, over time, several problems have emerged, such as inconsistencies in the quality of production results or loss of rice raw materials due to errors in recording during harvest. Therefore, more effective monitoring is needed to ensure that the rice production process runs smoothly. One solution that can be applied is the development of a website with a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach. SOA is an architectural style that offers benefits such as flexibility, reuse in various projects, and integration with various applications. With this service-based website, all stages of production can be monitored and controlled, thereby reducing errors, maintaining quality, and ensuring the availability of rice.
