Abstract

Masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini masyarakat diharuskan melaksanakan physical distancing sehingga pemerintah membuat himbauan yang menyatakan agar bekerja dari rumah, tidak terkecuali dalam pelaporan pajak yang mengharuskan semua wajib pajak untuk melaporkan pajak secara online. Maka untuk pelaporan SPT Tahunan Pribadi dilakukan melalui sistem DJP Online agar pelaporan pajak bisa dilakukan secara Online atau daring agar memudahkan wajib pajak dan juga petugas pelayanan pajak. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu model kepuasan di hitung dengan Analisis Regresi Berganda serta melakukan Uji Validitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedatisitas, Uji T, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan SPSS 27. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa angka-angka yang diinterpretasikan sehingga dapat membantu KP2KP Sangatta dalam menentukan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan dan memaksimalkan layanan yang digunakan.

Abstract

This public service aims to build a Community Complaints Receipt and Response Application “Smart Report” in the Office of Department of Education and Culture of East Kalimantan. This application was developed using Sublime Text 3, XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. Application for receiving and responding to community complaints “Smart Report”. The purpose of this public service is to be able to simplify or produce a response that is relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. It is expected that this information system can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in the process of complaints and community responses

Abstract

In the current era, technology is considered more practical in doing all kinds of things, for example, making investments that initially could only be done in person and were considered complicated, but now with technology, investments can be made online, making it more practical. Investments can be made by the younger generation, not only by their parents, the younger generation needs to learn about various things about investing with the aim of preparing for a brighter future. Investments that can be made by the younger generation can be in various forms, one of which is gold investment. Gold investment can be done by buying physical gold such as jewelry or gold bars, or by means of non-physical gold investment such as through the futures market, gold mutual funds, or online gold investment platforms. The online gold investment platform offers competitive gold prices and gold storage services in a secure warehouse to make it easier for investors to buy and sell gold online. However, because there are so many gold investment platforms, young gold investors are confused about determining the best online gold investment platform to use. The application of a decision support system is used in this study to solve problems in the recommendation of the best gold investment platform by applying the MOOSRA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Simple Analysis) method and ROC (Rank Order Centroid) weighting. Then several criteria are used in the recommendations for the best gold investment platforms, namely Rating Reviews, Integrated E-commerce, Number of Payment Methods, Number of Partners and Minimum Purchases. By applying the MOOSRA and ROC methods, the best gold investment platform results with the highest preference value are obtained in alternative P2, namely BukaEmas with a value of 1151.88524.

Abstract

Samarinda Laundry Mart is a business that provides laundry services, besides that it is also a supplier of laundry raw materials in Samarinda. Control of laundry raw materials in the laundry business is a complicated problem. Therefore one method that can be used for raw material control is the EPQ method (Economic Production Quantity) where the EPQ method can determine the optimal production level, optimal production frequency, optimal time cycle to minimize total inventory costs. The results of this study are made inventory control applications using the EPQ method that can make calculations automatically. Only by entering monthly data that is already available. Users can also make transactions using the application so that all data has been integrated in the database to facilitate management in the laundry business. In addition, this application can also print transaction reports and turnover reports.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kebakaran merupakan salah satu bencana yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar, baik dari segi materi maupun keselamatan jiwa. Untuk meminimalkan risiko tersebut, diperlukan sistem deteksi dini yang mampu memberikan peringatan secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendeteksi kebakaran otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino dan berbagai sensor, seperti sensor suhu (DHT11), sensor api (flame sensor). Sistem ini bekerja dengan membaca data dari sensor-sensor tersebut untuk mendeteksi adanya potensi kebakaran. Jika terdeteksi indikasi kebakaran, sistem akan secara otomatis mengaktifkan alarm dan notifikasi melalui buzzer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu merespon secara cepat terhadap perubahan suhu, asap, dan nyala api, serta memberikan peringatan yang akurat. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pencegahan kebakaran di lingkungan rumah, kantor, atau area publik lainnya.Kata kunci: deteksi kebakaran, Arduino, sensor suhu, sensor asap, sensor api, sistem otomatis Abstract - Fire is a disaster that can cause significant losses, both materially and in terms of human safety. To minimize these risks, an early detection system capable of providing automatic warnings is essential. This study aims to design and develop an automatic fire detection system using an Arduino-based microcontroller and various sensors, such as a temperature sensor (DHT11), flame sensor. The system operates by reading data from these sensors to detect potential fire hazards. When signs of a fire are detected, the system automatically activates an alarm and displays a warning through a buzzer and an LCD screen. The test results show that the system responds quickly to changes in temperature, smoke, open flames, and provides accurate alerts. This system is expected to be useful as a fire prevention tool in homes, offices, or other public areas.Keywords: fire detection, Arduino, temperature sensor, smoke sensor, flame sensor, automatic system

Abstract

Abstrak - PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pupuk terbesar di Kalimantan Timur dan berada di bawah naungan PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Salah satu unit penting dalam struktur PKT adalah Jasa Pelayanan Pabrik (JPP), yang memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam memastikan seluruh pabrik beroperasi secara optimal tanpa gangguan. JPP memberikan berbagai layanan seperti pemeliharaan rutin, pembuatan suku cadang, serta perawatan fasilitas pabrik lainnya. Pemilihan vendor merupakan salah satu tahap krusial dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa, yang secara langsung mempengaruhi kualitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, proses seleksi vendor sering kali masih dilakukan secara manual, yang rentan terhadap subjektivitas, kurang efisien, dan tidak transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis web yang mampu mendukung proses pemilihan vendor secara lebih objektif, cepat, dan terstruktur dengan menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP digunakan sebagai pendekatan utama dalam pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria, dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek seperti harga, waktu pelaksanaan, pengalaman, kualitas teknis proposal, serta kapabilitas sumber daya manusia dan peralatan. Hasil dari pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AHP dalam sistem berbasis web mampu mempercepat proses seleksi, meminimalisasi kesalahan manusia, dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, perusahaan dapat melaksanakan proses tender secara lebih efisien dan transparan, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih optimal dalam pemilihan vendor terbaik.Kata kunci: Metode AHP; Tender; Perusahaan; Vendor. Abstract - PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) is the largest fertilizer manufacturing company in East Kalimantan and operates under the supervision of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). One of the key units within PKT's organizational structure is the Plant Services Division (Jasa Pelayanan Pabrik or JPP), which is primarily responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted and optimal operation of all plant facilities. JPP provides a range of essential services, including routine maintenance, the production of spare parts, and the upkeep of factory equipment. Vendor selection is a critical stage in the procurement process, as it directly impacts the quality and operational efficiency of the company. However, in practice, the selection process is often still carried out manually, making it vulnerable to subjectivity, inefficiency, and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop a web-based system designed to support the vendor selection process in a more objective, efficient, and structured manner by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP serves as the primary decision-making approach in this system, allowing for multi-criteria evaluation based on several key aspects such as price, implementation time, experience, technical proposal quality, and the capability of human resources and equipment. The results of system testing indicate that integrating AHP into a web-based platform significantly accelerates the selection process, minimizes human error, and enhances decision-making accuracy. With the implementation of this system, the company can conduct the tendering process more transparently and efficiently, leading to more optimal outcomes in selecting the best vendor.Keywords: AHP Method; Tender; Company; Vendor.

Abstract

This study develops markerless Augmented Reality (AR) interactive learning media to introduce human body parts in the Kutai language as local content (Mulok) at SDN 008 Samarinda Utara. The primary issue stems from traditional methods—textbooks, 2D images, and conventional lectures—causing student boredom, low motivation, and shallow vocabulary mastery. This research aims to enhance learning motivation, conceptual understanding, and Kutai language proficiency through immersive experiences. The development follows the six-stage Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The application was built on the Assemblr EDU platform (browser-based WebAR) using 3D models from Blender, interactive buttons, and Kutai language explanations. Black box testing was successful, while beta testing with ten students yielded an average score of 76.9% (Good category). This media supports immersive learning without additional installations, facilitating effective Mulok implementation at SDN 008. Future research is recommended to expand the respondent pool and integrate advanced interactive features, such as AR-based quizzes, audio narration, and animations, to further enhance overall media effectiveness. Exploring alternative platforms, including Unity and Zappar, is also encouraged. This tool represents a significant advancement in digitalizing regional language education, ensuring that local indigenous knowledge remains engaging and accessible for the younger generation in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention by considering customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Livin’ by Mandiri users in Samarinda. The increasing adoption of digital banking has created intense competition, making it essential for banks to improve user experience in order to maintain customer loyalty. A quantitative research approach was applied using a survey method. Data were obtained from 100 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use does not directly influence repurchase intention. However, it has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction, which subsequently affects repurchase intention. In addition, customer satisfaction functions as a full mediator in the relationship between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention. These results indicate that ease of use alone is insufficient to encourage continued usage unless it contributes to a satisfying user experience. Therefore, banks should prioritize enhancing overall user satisfaction alongside system usability to improve customer retention in digital banking services.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness of the importance of maintaining coastal environmental cleanliness through a beach clean-up movement at Panrita Lopi Beach, Muara Badak District. This activity was motivated by the presence of waste scattered along the coastal area, which negatively affects environmental quality, visitor comfort, and the sustainability of the coastal ecosystem. The method applied was a participatory action approach, involving students and local communities directly in environmental education and beach clean-up activities. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and simple interviews to assess initial conditions, implementation processes, and changes after the activity. The results indicate that the beach clean-up movement significantly improved coastal cleanliness, increased community participation, and fostered collective awareness in maintaining environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the improved beach condition contributed positively to visitor comfort and enhanced the potential attractiveness of the area as a local tourism destination. This activity demonstrates that collaboration between students and the community can serve as an effective strategy for preserving coastal ecosystems while supporting the development of sustainable, environmentally based tourism.

Abstract

The computer laboratory is one of the important facilities in supporting practical activities and technology-based learning at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the computer laboratory facilities and to determine improvement priorities that need to be addressed. The method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), which measures the relationship between the level of importance and the performance level of each laboratory service attribute. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 129 students who use the laboratory. The results show that, in general, students are satisfied with the laboratory facilities, especially in terms of room comfort, practicum module suitability, and software availability. The overall satisfaction level reached 93%, indicating that most facilities have met student expectations. However, several attributes require greater attention, such as internet connection speed, hardware condition, and peripheral functionality including monitors, keyboards, and mice. Based on the IPA Cartesian diagram analysis, these attributes are located in the main priority quadrant for improvement because they are considered highly important but their performance is still below expectations. Meanwhile, attributes related to assistant responsiveness and module clarity were included in the maintain performance quadrant. The findings of this study are expected to provide useful input for laboratory management in improving service quality and optimizing facilities to better support student learning activities.
