Abstract

The current research investigates the empirical debate in order to addressing the supply chain management issues through corporate social responsibilities and further help the company to get the competitive advantage among competitors. The results suggested that all corporate social responsibilities variables (code of ethics, environmental orientation and community welfare) have a negative and significant impact on reducing supply chain issues (which includes cost management issue, quality management issues and relationship management issues) and then further reducing these supply chain management issues also help to enhance the competitive advantage of the firm. Therefore it can be recommended that these corporate social indicators are very helpful in reducing supply chain issues.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine risk management which is more important for an sharia insurance company in Indonesia and how important Risk Management for the insurance industry. Risk Management is very important to all business activities. Implementing Risk Management means the company has analysed the risks and impacts of risks for business continuity in the future as well as how to reach the expected opportunities by taking into account all possible risks that arise and how to anticipate all the possibilities that will occur. By running Risk Management will make it easier for companies to make long-term plans so that the company can run and develop well. In this article also contains why risk management really needs to be implemented and how the process of carrying out good risk management and how to develop risk management is a necessity in insurance organization.

Abstract

Efektivitas Pelayanan Calon Pekerja Migran Indonesia Pada Layanan Terpadu Satu atap Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Subang merupakan amanat Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2017 tentang Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia. Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Subang memiliki tanggung jawab mengenai Pembinaan dan Pelayanan terhadap para calon pekerja migran dari mulai registrasi sampai berkas akhir pemberangkatan ke lokasi atau tujuan dia bekerja. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yaitu untuk mendapatkan data yang objektif dalam rangka mengetahui dan memahami efektifitas pelayanan Calon Pekerja Migran dengan studi Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten subang. Adapun informan adalah Kepala Bidang Penempatan Kerja, Bagian Layanan Calon Pekerja Migran dan calon pekerja migran yang tercatat di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten subang. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa Efektivitas Pelayanan Calon Pekerja Migran Indonesia Pada Layanan Terpadu Satu Atap Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Subang dinilai belum efektif hal ini dikarenakan dimensi efektivitas menurut Sondang P Siagian (1996:60) mengenai Pengukuran efektivitas diantaranya Faktor Waktu, Faktor Kecermatan dan Faktor gaya Pemberian Layanan belum sepenuhnya dijalankan oleh para pegawai. Effectiveness of the Services of Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers in Integrated Services One roof of the Subang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office is mandated by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2017 concerning Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. The Subang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office has the responsibility regarding the Development and Services of prospective migrant workers from the registration to the final documents of departure to the location or destination for their employment. The research is descriptive in nature, namely to obtain objective data in order to know and understand the effectiveness of the services of prospective migrant workers by studying the Subang District Manpower and Transmigration Office. The informant is the Head of Work Placement, Service Section for Prospective Migrant Workers and prospective migrant workers registered at the Subang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. Based on the research, it is known that the Effectiveness of Indonesian Migrant Workers Prospective Services in the One-Stop Integrated Service of the Subang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office is considered ineffective because of the effectiveness dimension according to Sondang P Siagian (1996: 60) regarding the measurement of effectiveness including Time Factor, Accuracy Factor and Factor the style of Service Delivery has not yet been fully carried out by employees.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai Bank Saudara Cabang Subang dalam penyaluran kredit pensiun merupakan kemampuan Bank Saudara Cabang Subang termasuk didalamnya kinerja pimpinan, kinerja pegawai dan staf-stafnya dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugas dalam mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai sesuai dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasarannya. Kredit pensiun/pembiayaan yang diberikan oleh perbankan kepada nasabah yang fleksibel tapi belum maksimum. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai dalam penyaluran Kredit pension pada Bank saudara Cabang Subang. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Bank Saudara Cabang Subang dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penentuan informan melalui teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu jenis sampel yang pemilihannya didasarkan atas kriteria tujuan dan manfaatnya. Serta yang dijadikan informan adalah Kepala cabang !masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Validitas data dengan menggunakan Triangulasi Data. Teknis analisi data meliputi reduksi data,penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa kinerja pegawai dalam penyaluran kredit pensiun Bank saudara cabang Subang diukur menggunakan indikator yaitu produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Dan indikator tersebut responsivitas yang masih perlu ditingkatkan karena masyarakat masih merasa respon yang diberikan kepada masyarakat masih dirasa kurang optimal. The purpose of this research is to conduct research to determine the effect of retirement lending fund in the Bank Saudara Branch Subang that service quality on customer satisfaction is low. Because of that problems the writer is curios to study that problem by this research, authors use qualititative methods to approach explanation. Bank Saudara employee performance Branch Subang retired in lending is the Bank's ability Saudara Branch Subang including performance management, employee performance and its staff in carrying out the functions and tasks in achieving the objectives to be achieved in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives. Pension credit / financing granted by banks to customers flexible but not the maximum. The study was conducted to determine how the employee's performance in the distribution of pension Credit Bank Saudara Branch Subang. Research carried out in the region of the branch corm using qualitative research approaches. Determination of informants through purposive sampling technique that is the type of samples whose election is based on objective criteria and benefits. As well as being used as informants is the Head of the branch! Community. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and observation. The validity of the data using Data Triangulation. Technical analysis of the data include data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on research, the result that the performance of employees in the Bank's Saudara pension lending branch Subang measured using indicators such as productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. And the responsiveness of the indicators that still need to be improved because people still feel the response given to the community is still considered less than optimal.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the increasing number of customer complaints at the Mobile Store in Ukui, this shows that customer satisfaction at the Mobile Store in Ukui is low. Therefore, the research objective is to analyze the effect of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. The research sample is 86 respondents. By using purposive sampling method is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence, responsiveness, and empathy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and assurance while empathy has not effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to innovate the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages in order to improve the welfare of the guests of Allah SWT who fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam as well as to improve the image of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim community in the world. The research method used is a qualitative method with data support. The analytical technique is used to explain the findings by observing and conducting an inventory of previous studies related to the Organization of the Hajj and Umrah. This finding shows that in general the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah in Indonesia still needs to be improved, especially from the insurance aspect. Innovation in the Sharia insurance sector can be done through bundling life insurance products and general insurance, with a compensation value and greater for pilgrims who have died as well as providing compensation to the heirs of the congregation who have experienced a disaster as well as additional insurance coverage for pilgrims affected by Covid-19. The extent of insurance coverage can be innovated by increasing the value of the guarantee for the goods/baggage of the congregants who lost as well as an increase in the value of hospitalization guarantees in hospitals for pilgrims who experience accidents, heart attacks, and others. Sharia insurance is the main choice according to the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) to provide protection as well as innovation. With better service for the congregation, the level of satisfaction of the congregation with the government will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to theoretically examine the various constraints of sharia marketing in Indonesia in the general sector, banking, and insurance. The method used is a descriptive method by studying literature and realistic phenomena that develop in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using four stages of descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the marketing constraints in Indonesia can be classified into two major typologies, namely the constraints of Muslim internal marketing itself (micro) and from the outside (macro). Constraints from within can be overcome by increasing the capacity of all Islamic resources owned. Meanwhile, external constraints are overcome by suggesting to the government, the Ministry of Finance, BI, and the FSA to always increase its support for the Islamic economy in the form of regulations and other support.==============================================================================================Analisis Hambatan Marketing Syariah di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara teoritis berbagai kendala pemasaran syariah di Indonesia di sektor umum, perbankan dan asuransi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan mempelajari literatur dan fenomena realistis yang berkembang di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat tahap analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kendala pemasaran di Indonesia dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi dua tipologi utama, yaitu kendala pemasaran internal Muslim itu sendiri (mikro) dan dari luar (makro). Kendala dari dalam dapat diatasi dengan meningkatkan kapasitas semua sumber daya Islam yang dimiliki. Sementara itu, kendala eksternal diatasi dengan menyarankan kepada pemerintah, Kementerian Keuangan, BI, dan FSA untuk selalu meningkatkan dukungannya bagi ekonomi Islam dalam bentuk regulasi dan dukungan lainnya.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has given rise to various types of online transactions, one of which is marketplace trading. At present, Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, reaching 86.9% of the total population, and they are also active in online shopping. Although awareness and public interest in halal products is increasing, an understanding of the urgency of transactions in accordance with sharia principles is still needed. The purpose of this research is to identify market opportunities as well as existing challenges in order to formulate strategies for developing sharia marketing management in halal marketplaces to be more optimal and in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used in this study is a literature study method. The results show that halal marketplaces in Indonesia have the potential for a large market and are an innovation from previously existing marketplaces. However, in addition to this potential, there are a number of challenges in developing a halal marketplace, including the lack of public understanding of the sharia economy, lack of involvement in the sharia financial system, and the still limited use of the halal marketplace platform by MSMEs focusing on halal products. It is hoped that this potential and challenges can serve as a guide in formulating and developing policies in this field.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dan kompleksitas bisnis mendorong perusahaan untuk mengelola hubungan pelanggan dan meningkatkan daya saing melalui pemasaran digital sejalan dengan pengembangan bisnis syariah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pemasaran digital dalam bisnis syariah di era digital, dengan tujuan memahami dinamika pemasaran, fokus pada implementasi bisnis syariah, dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti YouTube, Facebook, dan Instagram memiliki dampak besar dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan mencapai audiens luas. Implementasi bisnis syariah membawa nilai-nilai keadilan, transparansi, dan integritas dalam pemasaran, menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang patuh terhadap syariah. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pemasaran digital efektif untuk pengembangan bisnis syariah jika diimplementasikan sesuai prinsip-prinsip Islam, dengan keberhasilan tergantung pada keselarasan inovasi digital, nilai bisnis syariah, dan kepatuhan terhadap etika Islam, yang membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

The development of the retail business has become very competitive due to offline and online competition. Business owners must provide the best service to customers because the dynamic behavior of customers encourages them to try other brands if their needs are not met. Because the number of competitors continues to increase and companies must have a good positioning and power to retain their customers and provide a positive word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Credibility on Word of Mouth through Customers and Customer Loyalty as Intervening at Mirota, Yogyakarta Campus. The design of this research is a causal study using hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondents were taken from 230 customers of Mirota Yogyakarta Campus in Yogyakarta with certain characteristics. The results show that Customer and Customer Loyalty is an intervention between Word of Mouth Brand Credibility, there is an effect of Brand Credibility on Customer goals and Customer Loyalty, there is an influence of Customer and Customer Loyalty on Word of Mouth, and there is an influence of Customer and Customer Loyalty on Word of Mouth. . Other results show that there is an influence of Customers on Customer Loyalty.
