Abstract

Studying and learning is an activity that will produce learning outcomes. One of the factors that influence learning outcomes is interest. The objectives of the research conducted at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya were to: 1) measure the learning interest of class X Busana 1 students, 2) determine the learning outcomes of class Basic Sewing Class X Clothing 1, 3) Find out whether there is a relationship between interest in learning and the results of learning to sew blouses in the Basic Sewing Technique elements of class X Clothing 1 at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. The research conducted is included in the quantitative research category. The entire sample consisted of 32 Class X Clothing 1 students. The approach used for sample selection waspurposive sampling. Questionnaires and tests are two techniques for collecting data. The SPSS version 25 program is used in the correlation methodProduct Moment which has a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that : 1) Class X Clothing 1 students have a moderate interest in learning with a percentage of 91% in the blouse sewing element; 2) Class X Clothing 1 students sewing blouses had learning outcomes in the incomplete category with a percentage of 53% or 17 students; 3) there is a relationship between interest in learning and the results of learning to sew blouses in class X Clothing 1 and gradesthemselves. (2-tailed) is 0.000, (0.000 < 0.05). Correlation valuePearson namely 0.615 > 0.349.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Determine the feasibility level of animation-based video tutorials; 2) Assess student responses; and 3) Evaluate the improvement in student learning outcomes on the topic of quick lipid transfer. This study is an action research using a descriptive quantitative research method, conducted at SMKN 1 Bagor in the academic year 2023/2024. The subjects of this action are 36 students in Fashion Boutique 1 class. Data collection techniques include validity assessment sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The research results indicate that 1) the implementation of animation-based video tutorials is considered suitable and valid for use; 2) student responses are categorized as very good; and 3) student learning outcomes on the topic of quick lipid transfer have improved with a satisfactory category. The findings of this research suggest that animation-based video tutorials can enhance student learning outcomes in the Fashion Boutique 1 class at SMKN 1 Bagor in the subject of quick lipid transfer.

Abstract

This research is a development research with the ADDIE model which aims to (1) describe the feasibility of video tutorial media for making digital children's fashion designs based on sketchbooks and (2) describe student learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain or skills after applying video tutorial media. The subjects of this study were students of class XI Tata Busana 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon, totalling 36 students. Data collection was carried out through feasibility validation questionnaires and student learning outcomes, with quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate (1) the results of the feasibility of video tutorial media developed are very feasible to apply, by obtaining a feasibility percentage by material experts of 92.5% and a feasibility percentage by media experts obtaining 92.67%, (2) student learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain or skills after applying the developed video tutorial media reached an average value of 88.2 with a very good category and achieved learning completeness with a percentage of 94% complete.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of students participation in learning process, making students less active. The use of developments ICT in collaboration with learning models is used as an alternative solution to this problem. This research aims to increase students' activeness in participating in learning activities with the research subject being students of class X Fashion Design 2 at SMK Negeri 3 Kediri. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental with a One-Shot Case Study design. Data collection was carried out using observation sheet instruments, cognitive tests, and student response questionnaires. The research results showed of student activity observations reached 85% with a very good category. Student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain which obtained an average of 85.31 and the percentage of learning outcomes reaches 93,75% with very good criteria. Student responses obtained an average score of 3.37 with very good criteria. It can be interpreted, application of the Telegram Bot based on the Discovery Learning model is able to increase student activity, is feasible, interesting and easy to use in the learning material for textile fibers from cellulose in class X Fashion Design 2 at SMK Negeri 3 Kediri.
