Abstract

Kabupaten Tabanan memiliki potensi daerah di bidang pertanian, pariwisata dan perkebunan yang tersebar di wilayahnya, namun tidak semua orang mampu memperoleh informasi tentang potensi-potensi tersebut. Maka dari itu dibuatlah suatu aplikasi sistem informasi geografis yang membantu untuk mengolah dan menampilkan informasi potensi daerah Kabupaten Tabanan. Sistem informasi geografis ini dibangun berbasis web dengan menggunakan Ruby on Rails sebagai framework bahasa pemrogamannya dan memanfaatkan fitur dari Google Maps API Drawing on Maps, yaitu overlay polyline untuk menggambar jalan pada peta serta marker untuk menentukan titik-titik potensi pada peta terutama pada Kabupaten Tabanan. Aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan detail informasi polyline jalan pada peta dan menampilkan detail informasi potensi yang ada di sepanjang jalan di wilayah Kabupaten Tabanan, maka dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu membantu user mendapatkan detail informasi jalan dan memilih objek-objek potensi yang tersebar sepanjang ruas jalan di Kabupaten Tabanan untuk dilihat detail informasinya.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki bermacam proses. Proses seleksi yaituproses pemilihan orang-orang yang memiliki kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi jabatansebuah organisasi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode profilematching dapat menganalisis beberapa pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang sesuaidengan profil jabatan yang ada, agar SDM dapat ditempatkan pada posisi jabatan yang sesuaidengan karakteristik yang diperlukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan menyediakan mediapenyimpanan berupa basis data untuk menyimpan profil pegawai dan jabatan yang ada dalaminstansi tertentu. Sistem ini juga dapat membantu pekerjaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secaramanual menjadi otomatis dengan sistem komputerisasi.

Abstract

Gastroenteritis is a disease that attacks the body's digestive system, especially in thesmall intestine and stomach through viruses and bacteria. In addition to its transmission causedvirus and bacteria, it can also caused by unhygienic food and drink. However, people generallyequate gastroenteritis with diarrheal disease, causing medical mismanagement that can befatal. Therefore, this research trying to build an Android based application that can help peoplein diagnose gastroenteritis. So in this research, the application was build using ClassificationAnd Regression Tree using an Android platform and flutter extension. This research usinghistorical data of 780 patients with 2 classes of disease, namely gastroenteritis and gastritis.The testing results is done to determine the peformance of application such as accuracy,precision , and recall of the application in diagnosing disease. According to confusion matrixtesting results, the application that was build able to diagnose gastroenteritis and gastritisdisease by obtaining an Accuracy of 85.1 %, Precision of 84 %, and Recall (applicationsensitivity in diagnosing) of 98 %.

Abstract

Billboards are a great form of outdoor advertising. Billboards containing text or images ofinformation promoting a product are usually taken by the advertising agency. Advertisingcompanies promote curated billboards using individual websites, requiring clients to switchbetween sites to get billboards that meet the criteria. The purpose of marketplace creation is toavoid customers having to switch sites for billboards that meet the criteria. The marketplace isbuilt using Laravel 7 framework with additional features of a business intelligence system tohelp customers get billboards based on their criteria. The decision support system uses aweighted accumulation method that uses multiplication to relate the scoring criteria, where thescore of each criterion will be increased by the weight of the related criteria. The use of adecision support system with a weighted product approach as a support function on a marketsite is the use of a decision support system as a recommendation for the application market.The result of this research is that a web-based marketplace with a decision support system hasbeen successfully built using the Laravel 7 framework and MySQL DBMS. Based on the blackbox tests performed on the app, it performs according to its function and based on theoreticalcomparison testing related to the use of the weight product method, the results of therecommendations on the billboard application are in accordance with manual calculations.

Abstract

Modern electric power system that many its dynamic equipment continuously vulnerable to internal and external disturbances. On the condition of the disorder, it often happen oscillation in each part or between parts of the electrical system is interconnected. These oscillations become a major problem for the stability of the power system. Modern electrical control systems require a sustainable balance between power generation and demand varying loads. Power System Stabilizer and Static Var Compensator is a control device that is used to dampen low frequency oscillations and to provide additional feedback signal to stabilize the system. To increase the damping, system equipped with PSS generator that provides additional feedback to stabilize the signal in the excitation system. It is generally that the machine parameters changed by the load, so the dynamic behavior of the different machines at different operating conditions. Design PIDPSS3B power system stabilizer and PIDSVC controller used aim to get performance and optimum damping. Design and optimization of the proposed has the ability to optimally dampen and suppress errors are minimal.

Abstract

Abstract— Information is needed by agencies, companies, organizations, institutions and the environment having no access to the system. Mail is an important means of communication for agencies. The faster the distribution of the mail the faster the information can be obtained by people or agencies. The increasing number of incoming and outgoing mail gives rise to some problems in mail management. From review of some researches, it can be said that the information management system can help handle the problem faced in mail data processing, mail filing, and mail searching. However, there are some drawbacks in the researches, among others the researches reviewed do not explain how the system works in the mail distribution, verification, signing, classification, and prioritization. This research aims to analyze and design an information system of incoming and outgoing mail management using the PIECES analysis. The advantages of the system are among others, it can help computerize data; the process of mail distribution can be real time with mail notification; the incoming mail data can be classified using the classification method; outgoing mail can be made using the SPK method and the mail signing can be made using the barcode system. Index Terms— information system design, mail, PIECES analysis.

Abstract

Data analysis of disaster is very important forsupporting in making decision to cope with the next disaster orprepare if the disaster will happen again. Online AnalyticalProcessing (OLAP) becomes solution to get analysis by usingcertain analysis that supplied in OLAP. To supply the dataanalysis in which done by OLAP so the data as the representativein multidimensional model that manages the data in cube form.Warehouse data can be called as the place from source data thatused to make easier in analysis information process in it becauseconcept of data dimensional offered. The planning data warehouseis basically by source data that gotten and decided by thedescription of needs from the users. OLAP in this disaster reportsuccess in implementation with helping data warehouse and implysnowflake schema to dimensional data first.

Abstract

Z Bali Clinic has implemented a clinical information system as an operational system. However, the system applied is only limited to carrying out registration and payment functions. Over time, the number of patients from the Z Bali Clinic is increasing and causes more and more complex patient visit data to be managed. The data is managed to be used in making reports. However, the process of making the report is still done through manual calculations, causing it to become an obstacle in the data processing and reporting process. In this study, the process of developing a Data center data warehouse at Z Bali Clinic Using the Kimball Nine-Step Method, where the data warehouse can be used as a center for processing and analyzing outpatient visit data, and to produce reports that can facilitate the executive in analyzing data on outpatient visits as consideration in making decisions at the Z Bali Clinic.

Abstract

Bali is a tourist destination terknal destinations internationally. Every month there are hundreds of thousands of tourists who visit Bali. With a high tourist visits, stakeholders must prepare all matters related to tourism in Bali. Because problems can occur when a visit in a particular month high but there is no readiness of the parties involved. The purpose of this study is to look for patterns of tourists visiting Bali using Apriori algorithm. Apriori algorithm is one method of Data Mining Based Rule-based Assossiation that can be used to identify patterns of events. Training data used is the visit of foreign tourists to Bali every month from 1982 to 2018. The calculation of Apriori algorithm also tested using an application that is Weka Data Mining. The results obtained are the rules of association which is a pattern of tourists visiting Bali. For example, "If tourists visiting Bali in September and November among the highest in the current year, the visit in November will not enter into the highest visit". By knowing the pattern of tourist arrivals in Bali, expected that the stakeholders can have a reference for decision making

Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa or LPD is an institution that is present to assist and collect community finances in a village and is managed independently by desa pakraman in Bali Province. One LPD in Bali, LPD Desa Pakraman Gelgel has a very vital role in Gelgel Village and its surroundings because of its business activities that effectively help rural communities in capital assistance, deposit and credit services, and other financial services. In its development, the LPD of Desa Pakraman Gelgel has been growing rapidly and utilizing information technology services as a support for business management. The critical point of finding in IT service audits related is a problem that needs to be evaluated. Using COBIT 5 framework, the level of importance analyzed was obtained by three process domains BAI09, MEA03, and EDM03. The results showed that the level of capability of MEA03 and EDM03 reached level 4 which had met LPD expectations, but BAI09 reached level 2 which required recommendations to reach the target value of the gap. Recommendations are given to assist stakeholders or managerial in improving the achievement of the gap from the BAI09 domain regarding the management of IT service assets
