Abstract

The increasingly inexpensive Internet has spurred the growth of online information system services in various companies. Almost all services are available in forms on web or mobile applications. For small companies, this particular system is more difficult to implement as it requires a substantial cost allocated for hosting, domain and server devices. The solution is to develop a framework for building information system services through Instant Messaging (IM) such as Telegram, Line or XMPP / Jabber using the Design Science Research Methodology. This proposed framework has the ability to transform the existing information system services into chat services with RBAC role, session, validation and natural interaction using Indonesian-language conversations. The framework that consists of Initiate layers, business process and communication, memory group and OLTP DBMS will produce low-cost solution for the development of integrated information systems service.

Abstract

Desa Ayunan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Abiansemal-Badung. Desa Ayunan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar di bidang pertanian, sehinggga memiliki potensi yang besar pula dalam mengahasilkan limbah pakan, khususnya dedak padi. Tetapi dedak padi kurang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pakan ternak karena teksturnya yang kasar, baunya apek dan tidak disukai oleh ternak, sehingga peternak di Desa Ayunan beralih ke bahan pakan lain dengan cara membeli. Dari permasalahan tersebut, teknologi dalam pengolahan pakan sangat dibutuhkan, salah satunya adalah teknologi fermentasi dedak padi. Adapun tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah merubah kebiasaan peternak agar mampu memanfaatkan dedak padi yang lebih memiliki kualitas yang baik dengan nilai gizi yang tinggi sebagai bahan pakan ternak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan 3 hari di 3 Banjar di Desa Ayunan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 85 %. Sedangkan bagi paternak yang belum memahami ilmu yang di sampaikan, maka penyuluhan ulang dilakukan. Kata kunci : Dedak Padi dan Fermentasi

Abstract

Desa Ayunan merupakan Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. Memiliki alam yang indah, suasana pedesaan yang masih asri dan sejuk, dan lahan pertanian yang masih bertahan sampai saat ini ditengah pembangunan kota yang terjadi. Keberadaan Keadaan Desa yang seperti ini tidak terlepas dari banyaknya sejarah yang dimiliki Desa Ayunan. Dari keadaan seperti ini, maka mendorong Desa untuk membangun sebuah Museum di kawasan Desa yang diberi nama Museum Tjok Agung Tresna. Museum Tjok Agung Tresna berdiri atas gagasan seorang seniman yang sadar akan sejarah dan potensi yang dimiliki Desa. Abstract

Kecamatan Pupuan merupakan salah satu dari 10 Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Tabanan, terletak kurang lebih 45 Km di Sebelah Barat Kota Kabupaten Tabanan. Kecamatan Pupuan merupakan daerah yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan, karena selain lahan yang subur, curah hujan yang cukup tinggi serta wilayahnya cukup luas. Kecamatan Pupuan wilayahnya terbagi menjadi 14 Desa dinas diantaranya desa Padangan. Dusun Padangan Dauh Tukad merupakan salah satu dusun dari desa Padangan dengan jumlah penduduk kurang lebih 80 KK, mayoritas penduduk kedua desa adalah petani. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa selama ini adalah hasil pertanian yang dihasilkan penduduk harganya tidak stabil terutama dimusim panen, sehingga pendapatan penduduk tidak menentu. Kendala transportasi dan komunikasi yang masih sulit. Sebagian masyarakat sudah menikmati aliran listrik dari PT. PLN terutama yang bermukim dijalan raya jurusan Pupuan-Tabanan, namun tidak menjakau seluruh dusun karena kondisi topograpi dan pemukiman penduduk yang tersebar. Terlebih kendala baru yang dihadapi dengan adanya kenaikan BBM menjadikan masyarakat bertambah sulit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari. Untuk itu melalui program IbM ini peneliti ingin mencoba untuk mensosialisasikan hasil penelitian yang berhubungan dengan energi terbarukan (solar cell), karena pemahaman masyarakat pedesaan selama ini, bahwa listrik selalu berasal dari PLN, sedangkan smber dari energi terbarukan yang berasal dari alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara mandiri belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Melalui pemasangan perangkat solar cell dan sosialisasi langsung kepada kelompok kecil dari penduduk diharafkan dapat menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tentang energi terbarukan ditengah-tengah masyarakat, sehingga ilmu pengetahuan dapat bermanfaat untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat desa. Manfaat yang diharafkan dari penelitian ini adalah (1). Energi Matahari sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan di desa Padangan khususnya dusun padangan dauh tukad. Karena lingkungan dan situasi alam yang sangat mendukung.(2).Pengembangan energi terbarukan (solar cell), menciptakan pengetahuan baru bagi masyarakat desa padangan dauh tukad (3). Kesadaran masyarakat desa akan tumbuh melihat potensi daerahnya, bila mendapat sentuhan teknologi khususnya solar cell.

Abstract

Desa Ayunan terletak di Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung memiliki keindahan alam dan budaya. Bagian selatan desa ini merupakan hamparan sawah yang indah serta didampingi dengan seluruh komponen pendukung didalamnya. Hal ini karena sebagian besar penduduk Desa Ayunan bermata pencaharian sebagai petani yang menjadikan desa ini sebagai desa agraris. Falsafah Tri Hita Karana menjadi hal mutlak di Desa Ayunan yaitu hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhan, manusia dengan manusia, dan manusia dengan lingkungan, sehingga kehidupan penduduk di desa ini menjadi tentram. Tempat yang strategis yaitu dapat diakses dari empat arah mulai dari arah selatan melalui Desa Baha, dari arah timur melalui Desa Blahkiuh, dari arah utara melalui Desa Cau Blayu, dan dari arah barat melalui Desa Sobangan merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk perkembangan Desa Ayunan kedepannya. Desa Ayunan memiliki jalan utama yaitu Jalan Rajawali yang terbentang memanjang selatan-utara, serta dihiasi taman telajakan warga dikedua sisi koridor jalan utama tersebut. Namun telajakan di koridor desa Ayunan kurang tertata dengan baik. Di beberapa bagian telajakan dilihat dari segi estetika kurang menarik sehingga perlu adanya penataan telajakan secara menyeluruh untuk mewujudkan lingkungan Desa Ayunan yang bersih, sehat, dan lestari. Kata kunci : Desa Ayunan, Telajakan, Tingkungan.

Abstract

The use of electrical energy is getting bigger along with the increasing population growth and variousfacilities that depend on electrical energy. However, the availability of electricity from PLN is notsufficient to meet the needs of the Indonesian people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct researchon the utilization of potential renewable energy sources which are widely owned by our country,Indonesia, one of which is river flow and irrigation canals. For this solution, a PLTMH (Micro HydroPower Plant) is made, a small-scale power plant that uses hydropower as its energy source. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the performance characteristics of the prototype Snail-Lieturbine at MHP. The research method used is first to look for data by studying literature related toMHP and existing Micro Hydro Power Plant prototypes, secondly collecting data by observing anddirectly testing the parameters on the prototype of the Power Plant. Micro Hydro Power. This researchwas conducted to determine the characteristics of the Snail-Lie turbine prototype at a Micro HydroPower Plant, namely by measuring parameters based on the angle of the nozzle and nozzle armssuch as the turbine rotational speed, the rotational speed of the generator produced by the turbine,the resulting current and voltage then calculating the power from the turbine which has the highestrotating speed. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the measurement of theparameters is that the Snail-Lie type turbine the larger the nozzle arm angle, the faster the rotationspeed of the turbine and generator. The faster the speed of the turbine, the greater the current andvoltage generated. The faster the rotation speed of the turbine, the greater the torque produced.

Abstract

Expert System to Detection Damage of Handphone Hardware Based Desktop Based is an application used to obtain a solution in overcoming damage to mobile phones. During this time people have difficulty when faced with obstacles and damage that occurred on their mobile phone. Interaction model between system and user using question and answer model, and have knowledge base system for Knowledge Engineer in order to add new knowledge. This system used backward chainning method. Tree diagram that are modeled on the rules of the knowledge base are stored in the MySQL database and in the making of the system using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The use of backward chainning method can help the user to get mobile damage solution, the solution has been obtained can give the user a knowledge of damage to his mobile phone.

Abstract

is one of the regions with potential renewable energy sources, includinghydropower, namely the Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH). The main problem with hydropoweris the flow of water that does not flow continuously throughout the year. A micro hydro that isplaced in a certain location requires a turbine in accordance with the characteristics of theexisting location. In this study, a turbine was designed to obtain a new type of Snail-Lie turbinethat accommodates all existing location parameters. In this turbine, there are variations in theform of gaps or spaces in each particular blade to trap water so that it can increase the torque,where this torque will affect the turbine output. The research method used is to findmathematical models of the Snail-Lie 4 Snail and 8 Snail turbines, make a prototype model tobe tested in the laboratory, make a real Snail-Lie turbine model for field trials. The resultsshowed that the addition of the number of snails from 4 snails to 8 snails caused the turbine'sperformance to increase, this is because the number of snails will affect the performance of theturbines, because the snail functions as a water trap so that it can be used as thrust for theturbine when it rotates. The highest output obtained is at the nozzle position 0° and the nozzleangle of 20° using a snail-lie 8 snail tubing which produces 166.9 rpm turbine rotation, 1086.8rpm generator rotation, 0.707 volt generator voltage, 0.189 watt generator power, and torqueamounting to 0.01 Nm, and an efficiency of 20.8%. The low efficiency value obtained in thesystem is 20.8% because the water entering the turbine is not comprehensive, the slip occurs inthe turbine that is coupled with the generator through the fan rope and the generator has its ownefficiency.

Abstract

Cultivation with a biofloc system has several advantages and disadvantages. Biofloccatfish cultivation technology is a technique to balance carbon and nitrogen levels in water toimprove pond water quality. However, cultivators must make observations in the cultivationpond water more often and carefully in order to prevent the increase in nitrogen levels. So,referring to this, a monitoring and control system for water quality and automatic feeding onbiofloc catfish cultivation was designed. The research was conducted by applying theexperimental method, in which the system is divided into three subsystems, namely waterquality monitoring, automatic water replacement, and automatic feeding. The results obtainedfrom conducting this research are in the form of tool trial data which will then be compared withdata from the program that has been made, as well as performance data from the automaticwater replacement subsystem and automatic feeding subsystem which were carried out for 5consecutive days. The conclusion of this research is that the design of a water qualitymonitoring and control system and automatic feeding on biofloc catfish cultivation based on theInternet of Things has been successfully made. In the automatic water replacement subsystem,the average relative error is 2.75%. In the automatic feeding subsystem, the average differencein feeding time is 14.5 seconds and the average relative error is 3.3%.

Abstract

Turbine is a component that plays an important role as an energy converter to be ableto generate electricity in the Micro Hydro Power Plant (MHP). The turbine used in this prototypeis a Pelton tubine. The Pelton turbine is a type of impulse turbine consisting of two blades as aprelude receiver for water jets from the nozzles by utilizing high water heads even though thewater discharge is small. This research will discuss the effect of the number of blades on therotation produced by the Pelton turbine and generator so that it can be seen the voltage,current, power produced that affects the torque value and efficiency obtained on the prototypeMHP. This study aims to obtain a turbine runner with the number of blades that can produce thehighest efficiency, then a variation of the pelton turbine runner is made with different number ofblade parameters from the runner with the number of blades according to the calculationobtained from the reference. Variations in the number of blades used are 14 blades, 16 blades,18 blades, 20 blades, and 22 blades. The results showed that the addition of the number ofblades starting from the smallest caused the performance of MHP to increase, the highestoutput obtained was using a turbine runner with a number of 22 blades which resulted in aturbine rotation of 852.2 rpm before the generator coupled and 497.2 rpm after coupling thegenerator. Generator rotation is 2133.8 rpm, Generator Voltage is 15.72 volts, Generator poweris 33.7 Watts and Torque is 0.6 Nm. The efficiency value using a runner with a number ofblades 22 is 4.54%. The resulting efficiency value is very low because the MHP prototype in generation is less effective and uses a small generation capacity DC generator, so it cannotgenerate power as much as hydraulic power.
