Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been experienced by the whole world for the last 2 years (2020 and 2021), has changed many things in the order of human life, this is also being felt in the world of ministry or the Church. Where the Church must also improve itself in dealing with the changes that occur, especially in the field of ministry for youth in the church. And this can be achieved if the church has good management in managing existing services. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of church management in developing services for youth in the Cipayung Cilangkap HKBP (Huria Batak Kristen Protestant) church after the C-19 pandemic, where the church must continue to provide the best service for the congregation in this difficult situation. The life of the youth in the church is one of the important things that must be kept in mind in church management. A shocking data was revealed by Zega, in an article which stated that 50% of the current millennial generation have left the church. This is a challenge for the church so that to deal with this problem, the church must prepare the best service for its people and this can only be achieved with good management in the ministry of the church. The results of the research prove that one of the things that triggers the problem above is the poor management of the church and this is also exacerbated by technological developments which also affect the lifestyle of young people in the church. The method used is the method of library research (library research) and descriptive research.

Abstract

Dalam upaya pembentukan karakter anak, berbagai model pembelajaran dan strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung upaya tersebut, salah satunya adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran role playing dan strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Berbasis keluarga. Akan tetapi sulitnya perkembangan atau pola pembentukan karakter anak disebabkan oleh gagalnya dalam memilih atau menggunakan model pembelajaran kepada anak dan strategi yang kurang tepat digunakan oleh para pendidik, baik itu guru, orang tua, maupun hamba Tuhan. Karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan dan pengaruh strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan model pembelajaran Role Playing berbasis keluarga terhadap pembentukan karakter anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan penggunaan model belajar role playing berbasis keluarga sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran yang mulai banyak digunakan pada Pendidikan masa kini memiliki peranan dan pengaruh penting bagi pembentukan karakter anak. Dalam strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen, pendidik perlu memahami strategi pembelajaran yang penting dan berperan dalam proses pembelajaran PAK kepada pembentukan karakter anak didik. Dalam parenting, Anak harus dididik untuk menerapkan semua nilai-nilai sebagaimana diajarkan firman Tuhan, dan dijauhkan dari segala hal yang dilarang firman Tuhan. Oleh sebab itu, orangtua dalam keluarga memegang peranan yang sangat penting untuk mendidik anak.

Abstract

The urgency of the competence of Christian religion teachers for Christian character education based on the 2013 curriculum has become an increasingly important topic today. Where teacher competence is assessed by various groups as a professional description of whether or not educators (teachers) are. Even teacher competence has an influence on the success achieved by students. Capability is the result of a combination of education, training, and experience. The purpose of this study was to identify Christian characters associated with the use of the 2013 curriculum in an effort to strengthen the urgency of Christian religion teacher competence for Christian character education based on the 2013 curriculum. This study used a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review and analysis of relevant data. The results of this study indicate that the urgency of the competence of Christian religion teachers for Christian character education based on the 2013 curriculum, provides student and teacher involvement, and provides a variety of resources. This study underscores the importance of careful thought and careful planning in implementing the urgency of Christian religion teacher competence for Christian character education based on the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

In the digital era that continues to develop, the integration of technology into the study of Christian religious education is a hot and important topic. The purpose of this article is to explore the opportunities and challenges of integrating technology into Christian religious education in the digital age. We look at how technology can provide new opportunities for interactive delivery of Christian religious material, increase student engagement and broaden the scope of learning. In this article, we highlight the benefits of integrating technology into Christian religious education, including the use of multimedia, e-learning platforms, applications mobile and social media. We will also discuss the importance of teacher training and development for the effective use of technology and the support and cooperation role of parents, church, and society. In addressing this, we propose an approach that focuses on developing digital literacy, responsible use of technology, understanding its ethical implications, and maintaining close human relationships between teachers and students. Through this research, we conclude that integrating technology into Christian religious education classrooms can provide significant opportunities to enhance students' learning experiences and broaden access to Christian religious education materials.

Abstract

Dalam era 5.0 yang ditandai oleh integrasi teknologi dan perubahan sosial yang cepat, peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam mediasi beragama memiliki kepentingan yang mendalam. Permasalahan yang sering muncul dan terjadi di masyarakat adalah pertentangan nilai dan keyakinan, ekstremisme dan radikalisasi. Oleh karena itu, Pendidikan Agama Kristen berperan untuk membangun moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran sehingga sikap iklusif dapat di pahami di era 5.0 ini. Studi ini mengeksplorasi peran penting Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam membentuk pemahaman yang inklusif dan menghargai perbedaan antar agama-agama dalam masyarakat yang semakin multikultural. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesripsikan peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam membangun moderasi beragama di era 5.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi Pustaka. Penelitian ini menyoroti integrasi teknologi digital dan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan berpusat pada nilai-nilai toleransi serta kerjasama antaragama. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendidikan agama Kristen di era 5.0 berperan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa, berkolaborasi dengan sekolah, komunitas agama, dan lembaga pemerintah dalam mendukung pendidikan agama Kristen yang mempromosikan moderasi beragama. Pendidikan Agama Kristen juga memberi pelatihan dan pengembangan kontinu bagi guru-guru agama Kristen. Guru-guru harus dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan terbaru tentang isu-isu sosial dan teknologi yang berkembang pesat sehingga mereka dapat mengajarkan siswa dengan cara yang relevan dan mendukung perkembangan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This study explores the application of Max Weber's seminal work, Protestant Ethics and the Spirit of Capitalism, as a basis for Christian religious education to effectively address the issue of poverty in modern society. By examining the historical context and underlying principles, the author suggests how Christian religious education can use Weber's ideas to promote critical understanding of economic issues and empower people to participate in overcoming poverty. The method used is a literature study approach, where the author collects data from books and relevant topics or issues in this research. The results of this study seek to bridge Weber's sociological insights with the teachings of Christian religious education, by looking at how the principles of hard work, discipline, and individual responsibility can be instilled through the lens of Christian religious education to empower communities in the fight against poverty. By instilling values that promote economic empowerment, community development, and social responsibility, Christian religious education emerges as a powerful tool to address the challenges of poverty in contemporary society.

Abstract

In facing the era of rapidly developing digitalization, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has changed the learning paradigm and in-depth assessment as demonstrated through the application of Artificial Intelligence. AI helps teachers to carry out speeches optimally by utilizing the power of AI. However, on the other hand, AI has a negative impact on a person if it is not used properly. One of the advantages of AI is that it can do what humans do. With this advantage, AI can carry out activities carried out by humans, including the implementation of learning and assessment. Therefore, teachers need to utilize artificial intelligence in learning and assessment in the ever-growing digital era. The aim of this research is to investigate the application of AI in the context of learning and assessment, disseminate the methods used, and analyze the positive impact artificial intelligence produces. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach.  The research results show that the use of AI in learning and assessment has increased the efficiency, accuracy and personalization of learning. Through machine learning algorithms, AI learning systems can identify individual student needs and deliver appropriate learning content, enabling a more relevant and effective learning experience. Additionally, in the context of assessment, AI has provided solutions for fast and objective automated assessments, reducing teacher workload and providing more in-depth feedback to students. Abstract

In a digital environment, students are exposed to various stimulations that can influence the formation of their character. The main challenges include how to teach honesty and responsibility amidst the abundant flow of information, as well as guiding the younger generation to develop digital literacy that is balanced with life values. Other challenges include the development of cyberbullying behavior, social media addiction, and lack of supervision in the use of technology. Collaborative efforts are needed between educators, parents and related parties to create a balanced educational environment, where technology can be a tool that supports character development, not an obstacle to it. Therefore, innovative strategies and holistic approaches need to be implemented so that the character of education remains relevant and effective amidst dynamic changes in this digital era. The aim of this research is to solve the challenges of character education in the digital era and solutions to overcome them. The method used in this research is a library study. The results of this research show that with the right strategy, such as integrating character values in the digital curriculum and actively involving parents, character education in the digital era can become a solid foundation for positive personal development in an increasingly connected generation.

Abstract

Peran teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran telah menjadi elemen krusial dalam mengubah paradigma pendidikan di era kontemporer. Integrasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) tidak hanya mengubah cara guru menyampaikan materi pelajaran, tetapi juga meredefinisi interaksi antara siswa dan pembelajaran itu sendiri. Teknologi memberikan aksesibilitas yang lebih luas terhadap informasi, menghadirkan beragam sumber belajar interaktif. Namun, sementara teknologi menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran, tantangan terkait keberlanjutan, kesetaraan akses, dan literasi digital juga perlu diatasi sehingga proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam peenlitian ini adalah studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah integrasi teknologi dalam kelas dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri. Platform pembelajaran daring, aplikasi edukatif, dan perangkat lunak interaktif memberikan kesempatan untuk menyajikan materi secara dinamis dan mendukung gaya belajar yang beragam. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi, sekaligus memberikan dasar untuk penyempurnaan kebijakan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan teknologi sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence is closely related to self-discovery and they find a lot of offers from the surrounding environment in the form of character and personality traits that they can try depending on their perception and direction. Religious adolescents have guidelines in their lives, religious adolescents will place God as the centre of their lives, determine that everything must be based on the laws that God gives, and all teenagers' actions must aim not to violate the laws given by God. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods with literature studies. The researcher reviewed and used various information and previous research, as well as conducted textual, contextual, and biblical implementation research on the book of Psalms by selecting or correlating verses related to mental and moral problems faced by the writers of Psalms when they experienced mental and moral inner turmoil from what they experienced in the lives written in the book of Psalms. Christian teenagers should live in spiritual and mental closeness to God. The best way is to not hang out with people who have moral problems. Not walking and sitting with the wicked. Be willing to accept the logical consequences of being separated from those who do not practice God's goodness.
