Abstract

SMP Bani Taqwa Kota Bekasi currently has hardware that is connected to the internet and computer networks, but does not yet have a file server as a means of storage and to share resources on an integrated network with Active Directory. The server that will be built certainly needs to be maximized by using the Active Directory Domain Services role function in order to facilitate the work of an administrator in managing and dividing user and group access rights. The purpose of this study is to implement the use of a file server as a storage facility and to share resources on a network that is integrated with Active Directory to manage and share user and group access rights on computer networks at SMP Bani Taqwa Kota Bekasi. The method used in this research is PPDIOO (Pepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize) which is a network design method from Cisco as a life cycle in network services in supporting the development of computer networks. The expected result of this research is to make it easier for users to share resources on a file server, limit access rights between sections on a computer network, and simplify the work of administrators at SMP Bina Taqwa Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja suatu organisasi atau instansi. Penilaian kinerja yaitu sistem yang mengukur, menilai pekerjaan, dan perilaku. Penilaian kinerja biasanya berupa pemberian peringkat atau ranking melalui evaluasi hasil kerja. Telkom Akses mempunyai lebih dari 15 ribu karyawan yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia dari berbagai macam divisi salah satunya divisi Provisioning & Assurance. Setiap devisi yang di bawahi oleh leader bisa terdiri dari 25 sampai 30 bawahan, untuk itu leader harus bisa menilai bawahannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memberikan penilaian karyawan dalam bekerja dan membantu hasil apa yang akan di berikan pada bawahan. Metode penilaian ini menggunakan Metode ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment). Metode ini merupakan pengambil keputusan dengan beberapa kriteria dan bobot sebagai perhitungan untuk mengetahui nilai tertinggi dan nilai terendah. Hasil dari penelitian ini membantu leader mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai keputusan penilaian kinerja bawahan

Abstract

Cocoa is a plant known as a chocolate producer. The contents of the cocoa beans can indeed be used and processed to become chocolate. Skill is one of the techniques or management skills in farming, by implementing various components of cultivation technology that provide a synergistic effect. In addition to skills, the experience of farmers is also very helpful and supports the ability to adopt technology in their farming business in order to produce good quality cocoa fruit. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for farmers to determine good cocoa seeds through a web-based system that can accommodate information in determining the best seeds from the experience of cocoa farmers in order to be able to classify the best chocolate seeds and store their data into databases using the Naive Bayes method using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database as a storage medium.

Abstract

Monitoring is carried out to produce process continuity data to determine steps towards continuous improvement. Information is the result of processing data in a form that is more useful for the recipient. Information is very important for organizations or companies in the context of making decisions. However, in practice, organizations are still not able to present information systematically and easily so that valuable data sources are often neglected. PT Cakrawala Automotif Rabhasa (PT CAR) Authorized Body and Paint Center is an automotive body repair and painting service company located in the city of South Tangerang. In order to control the quality of performance results, PT CAR focuses on painting defects found during the quality control process as a reference. Unfortunately, the results of this quality control activity are still conveyed orally during briefings so they are not recorded regularly. This study designed a web-based dashboard application using the pure PHP programming language (native) which aims to make it easier to present and read information.

Abstract

The selection of effective and efficient employee recruitment is one of the important stages to help employee productivity at work. But the management of a company has problems in selecting employees. As in PT Inti Cakrawala Citra, especially decision makers who have problems determining the candidate with the best results and according to the existing criteria in determining this employee recruitment selection decision, some are done subjectively. From these existing constraints, a solution was made, namely a decision support system that can facilitate management in the selection of this employee acceptance. One method that can be used in this decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is a method that can solve not structured or semi-structured problems. This system is made using the PHP programming language, the Extreme Programming system development method, and the design using the Unified Modeling Language. Implementation was carried out on five samples of test and interview results and using 6 criteria such as Intelligence, Work Attitude, Personality, Appearance, Communication, and Experience of the candidates, then obtained the required ranking results. With the existence of a decision support system using the AHP method, it is hoped that it can be used as a complement in the selection of employee recruitment because it can help facilitate the selection of employee recruitment while reducing subjective assessments.

Abstract

Attendance is a routine activity carried out by every employee who works in a company or agency that functions as a record of attendance and affects the value of employee performance. PT. Visionet Data International still uses pen and paper. There are several obstacles that occur in using the procedure, the attendance of these technicians still uses paper and pens, so it is very inconvenient for the technician to be absent from the office first before coming to the client, it causes the technician to be late for about 30 minutes1 hour, because still using paper, technicians' work overtime cannot be controlled so that technicians can write overtime at any time even though they are not working overtime, in the old system, daily technicians did not have daily work reports so technicians could not do any work for a day but still get paid. Therefore we need a web view- based application that can perform attendance and manage overtime in order to run quickly, effectively and efficiently. Made with the extreme programming method, this attendance application is designed to be simple and user friendly. The software used in making this attendance application include PHP, MySQL and Xampp. With this application, it can make it easier for admins and technicians in field work.

Abstract

Cutting Stock Problem (CSP) is a classic problem involving cutting long stocks into smaller products with certain quantities. The optimization is to find cutting patterns with minimum waste. In construction industries, CSP applies to steel bar cutting. The steel bar is an important element in making reinforced concrete. The length of the steel bars from the steel manufacturers is fixed, while the requirements for the constructions are varying. The problem is to find optimized way to cut long, fixed-length steel bars into smaller, varying length bars required in the constructions. The requirements are different from building to building, both in the lengths and quantities. Many studies have been extensively done on the subject, from Brute Force, Greedy Search to Linear Programming. In this paper the study focuses on Genetic Algorithm approach. The results look promising for Fitness Function 1 where the focus is to minimize waste. Waste ranges from 2.03% to 4.31%. Fitness function 2 and 3 do not emphasize merely on minimizing the waste, but also on contiguity. Therefore the residues are more, ranges from 2.21% to 4.91% for Fitness Function 2 and from 2.03% to 30.7% for Fitness Function 3
