Abstract

The Indonesian government aims to promote information and communication technology (ICT) among micro and small enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. A survey was conducted among 180 micro and small enterprise owners in Makassar City using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The results showed that Performance Expectancy (PE) and Effort Expectancy (EE) insignificantly affect the Behavioral Intentions (BI) of the enterprise owners. It also indicated that Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) positively influence the adoption of ICT in micro and small enterprises. This study is novel and significant as it addresses a gap in the literature on digital transformation strategies, particularly in Makassar City, where such investigations are rare. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, (2) menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, (3) menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkep, (4) mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 96 orang konsumen sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah konsumen sebanyak 2.501 orang dengan masa penjualan bulan Januari sampai November 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara peresepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, (4) Promosi memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk merek Whiskas Aplovah Pet & Care di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of retribution, cost and distance on the number of tourist visits of Puncak Bila tourist park in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was in Sidrap district, and the sampling  method used the accindental sampling method, namely random sampling.   This study used primary data by providing questionnaires to respodents or peak travelers when. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the analysis tool used is SPSS-23.  The results showed that in the hypothesis test, the calculated value on all variables was greater than the ttabel, namely Retribution (X1) 6.665; Cost (X2) 3,365; The distance (X3) is 6.696 > 1.98498 with a significant value below 0.05 so that H0 is received which means that levy, cost, and distance are factors that affect the number of tourist visits in Puncak Tourism Park Bila Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

In the vibrant world of hospitality, the workforce serves as the pillar of regional tourism growth. The symbiotic relationship between hotel staff, the service providers, and guests, the consumers, is at the heart of this industry. Hotels, therefore, must continually enhance their staff quality, as they are the hotel’s living embodiment. Recognizing this, the Indonesian government has implemented certification programs through the Tourism Office to maintain service standards. This study delves into the impact of such interventions on service quality. It juxtaposes the self-evaluation of workers (n=325) post-intervention with customer perceptions (n=454), revealing a positive correlation between government intervention, employee self-assessment, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality consisting of responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability on patient satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency, and to determine and analyze the dimensions of service quality that dominantly affect customer satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital of Wajo regency. This research was conducted at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency, with a population and sample of 370 respondent taken by the purposive sampling. Data analysis is descriptive to explain research data and research descriptions while analyzing quantitative data using Linear Regression analysis tools. The results of this study prove that simultaneously the hypothesis that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely that responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction at Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability have been applied well in achieving customer satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Based on the study's results, it was found that the dimensions of service quality based on physical evidence were the dominant influences on patient satisfaction at the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. This means that consumers have understood that perceived satisfaction is determined by providing services that follow the availability of facilities, facilities, and expertise that are applied to consumers.
