Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, compensation, and peer support on teacher job satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh. The results of data analysis show that: Partially the influence of Leadership, Compensation and Support of colleagues, namely: There is a negative influence and there is no significant influence between Leadership on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t count < t table (0.628 < 2.03693) and sig > (0.535 > 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.266 > 2.03693) and sig < (0.030 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a negative influence and there is no significant effect between Coworker Support on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t count < t table (0.494 < 2.03693) and sig > (0.625> 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The influence of Leadership, Compensation and Support of Teacher Colleagues on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMKN 4 Kota Sungai Penuh is 44.8% while the remaining 55.2% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the Pondok Tinggi Sub-District Office, Sungai Full City. This research is categorized as a comparative causal research with a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all 21 civil servants. The sampling technique is by means of saturated or census sampling techniques. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 21 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using the Correclation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. Measuring tools proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study showed that: Leadership (X1) had no significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City of (?) 1.105 with a significance of 0.132. Organizational Culture (X2) has a negative and not significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in Pondok Tinggi Sub-District Office, Sungai Full City as evidenced by a value (?) of -1.201. Work Environment (X3) has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City, this is evidenced by a value (?) of 0.066. And based on the test results of the three independent variables tested individually the most dominant in influencing Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City is Organizational Culture (with a coefficient of -0.590). So it can be concluded that in this study Organizational Culture (X2) is partially a factor that has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. The sample from this study was 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are analysis, descriptive, multiple regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and the f test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between price on consumer purchase decision of citra alam inn. There is a significant influence between the product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. There is a significant influence between facilities, quality of service and experience on consumer purchase decision of citra alam lodging 2 simultaneously or together

Abstract

High company value shows good company performance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Leverage Ratio In Affecting Firm Value. The sample in this research is Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the research period (2017-2021). The number of samples in this study were 5 companies using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, tests the hypothesis using the T-test to test the regression coefficients partially and the F-test to test the effect simultaneously with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the variables Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) had no significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). While the Leverage variable (DER) has a significant influence on Firm Value (PBV)

Abstract

This study aims to examine leadership, working conditions, and facilities on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib. While the sample in this study were general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib which amounted to 34 respondent. Data collection techniques in this study are primary data collected through theĀ  distribution of questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses qualilative methods, while the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Partially there is an influence between learership (X!) on job satisfaction (Y) in public hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib evidenced by the value of t arithmetic > t table t value where the magnitude of the influence of leardership on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib by 17,4%. There is a positive and sifnificant effect between working condition (X2) partially on job satisfaction (Y) at the general hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib was proven by the value of t count = 2,872% (t tabel 2,042%) with a significant = 0,007% (significant < 0,050%). Where the effect of working conditions on job satisfaction of general hospital employees Mayjen H.A. Thalib of 20. 04%. There is a positive and significant effect between facilities (X3) partially on job satisfaction (Y) at the general hospital Mayjen H.A. Thalib evidenced by the value of t count = 2.224 (t table > 2.042) with a significant value = 0.034 (significant < 0.050). the magnitude of the influence of facilities on job satisfaction of Mayjen H.A.Thalib general hospital employees. Talib by 5.8%. there is a simultaneous influence between leadership (X1), working condition (X2), and facilities (X3) on job satisfaction (Y) which is 43.3%. while the side 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the The influence of transformational leadership and religiosity on performance of village apparatus in Sungai Penuh City with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The research was conducted in Sungai Penuh City in Jambi Province. This study used quantitative research methods. To obtain valid data and information, researchers use interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation techniques. Model Testing Techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The population is the entire village apparatus in Sungai Penuh City. The sampling technique is an accidental sampling method, with the number of samples representing the population with a total of 115 responses. The result of the research that R-square value of exogenous latent variables to endogenous latent variables is: The magnitude of the influence of Religiosity, Transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior on performance was 0.522 or 52.2%. That is, religiosity, transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior have an influence of 52.2%. While the magnitude of the influence of organizational citizenship behavior is 0.357 or 35.7%. That is, religiosity and transformational leadership have an influence of 35.7. Meanwhile, the remaining 64.3% was explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

One of the Tri Dharma College activities is community service which provides learning and working experiences in activities to increase potential for the community. The purpose of community service is to implement a product downstream strategy in overcoming abundant production for orange plants in Lolo Hilir Village, Bukit Kerman District, Kerinci Regency. The methods used are field observation, interviews and delivering material. The target population is the community in Lolo Hilir Village. The results of community service in the form of implementing assistance to the community to understand product downstream strategies in overcoming abundant production for orange plants, helping the preparation of supporting facilities for downstream oranges into processed products. Through this activity, the community feels a change in the form of increasing knowledge, and community income can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the the impact of determinants intellectual capital on organizational citizenship behavior of village apparatus in improving community services and to analyze the direct impact and indirect impact on determinants intellectual capital on organizational citizenship behavior of village apparatus in improving community services. The novelty of this study is: to develop and formulate a model of determinants of intellectual capital through organizational citizenship behavior of village devices that have an impact on improving community services in Sungai Full City, where previous research only discussed intellectual capital from the company and employee sectors.This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Total sample of 117 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses a structural equation model with the analysis tool used is to use AMOS. The results of this study : The Intellectual Capital can be explained by the variables Social Capital, Organizational Capital, Human Capital about 1,4%. While Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be explained by the variability of Social Capital, Organizational Capital, Human Capital and Intellectual Capital is 84,9%

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify economic sectors that are the basis of economic competitiveness in the tourism supply sector, in provinces in Indonesia. Descriptive quantitative analysis through secondary data sources derived from the publication of data from the Central Statistics Agency of the Province and National Statistical Agency was carried out using the Location Quotient and Geoda Analysis methods. The results of the study show that in three sectors that are economic benchmarks in tourism offerings based on the Location Quotient method and Geoda analysis. In Accommodation, Food and Beverage sector Bali province is the province with the largest Location Quotient. In the transportation sector, West Sumetara province is the province with the largest Location Quotient. In the communication sector, East Java province is the province with the largest Location Quotient. The results of the research can be used as input for policy makers to formulate economic development strategies, especially in the tourism sector to improve the regional economy.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Intellectual Capital Dimension on the Performance of Village Apparatus. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Intellectual Capital Dimension on the Performance of Village Apparatus. The sampling technique is by using a full sampling technique with a total of 121 respondents. The type of research used in this study is the survey method, which is a method that aims to collect data with questionnaires. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The conclusion of this study is Human Capital and Organizational capital has a positive effect on Intellectual Capital village apparatus in Pondok City District in Sungai Penuh City. Intellectual Capital and Human Capital has a positive effect on Performance village apparatus in Pondok City District in Sungai Penuh City. But Organizational Capital has no effect on performance village apparatus in Pondok City District in Sungai Penuh City. intellectual capital is a variable that cannot mediate Human Capital and Organizational Capital in the performance of village apparatus.
