<![CDATA[Abstrak[English]: Millennial era is always synonymous with the advancement of various lines of technology, including the development of modern telecommunications tools that lead to social media activities. Different groups almost enjoy today’s social media activities without exception. However, the impact of social media activities has led to various aspects of positive progress as well as an effect on harmful elements in the form of mutual ridicule, hoax news, and so forth. Maqashid syari’ah as the final value of the provisions of the Islamic law that carries the amount of protection of personal interests and the public interest is expected to be a response to social media activities today. As a literature-based study and literature review, this paper is expected to be able to contribute ideas and provide a solution to the various negative impacts of social media activities that occur at this time.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Era milenial selalu identik dengan kemajuan berbagai lini teknologi, tidak terkecuali berkembangnya alat telekomunikasi modern yang menimbulkan aktivitas media sosial. Aktivitas media sosial hari ini hampir dinikmati oleh berbagai kalangan tanpa terkecuali. Namun demikian, dampak dari aktivitas media sosial telah menimbulkan berbagai aspek kemajuan yang positif maupun berdampak pada aspek negatif berupa saling mencemooh, berita hoax dan lain sebagainya. Maqashid syari’ah sebagai nilai akhir dari ketentuan hukum Islam yang mengusung nilai perlindungan terhadap kepentingan pribadi dan kepentingan umum diharapkan bisa menjadi sebuah respon atas aktivitas bermedia sosial hari ini. Sebagai kajian berbasis literatur dan kajian pustaka, tulisan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangan pemikiran dan memberikan sebuah solusi atas berbagai dampak negatif dari aktivitas media sosial yang terjadi saat ini.]]>

<![CDATA[As a country affected by the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19), Indonesia is experiencing an increase in cases every day. This raises the fear for the sake of public fear of this virus increasing. The practice of this fear has led to a negative stigma to discrimination against patients and sufferers of corona (COVID-19). This Study uses a qualitative method by taking data through documentation of several online news with data analysis using content analysis. This study will reveal the phenomenon of discrimination against sufferers of COVID-19 in the perspective of maqashid shari’ah. the findings in this research show that the attitude of giving a negative stigma and discrimination against corona sufferers (COVID-19) is an attitude that is opposed to the manifestation of maslahah which is an essential value of Islamic law, namely maqashid shari’ah. <![CDATA[Celebrating a wedding reception is a necessity and happiness for the bride and groom and their families. In addition to being governed by religion and the state law, wedding receptions are also carried out on the basis of the customs and habits of the people. But in today’s society’s understanding of wedding receptions as a necessity and a requirement that must be carried out based on the luxury and model of events that are mostly carried out by the environment. Until in the end many forget the substance of marriage and favor tradition. As a literature-based study and literature review, this paper will highlight the implementation of a wedding reception from the viewpoint of religion, law and customary demands. The results of this paper are expected to contribute thoughts and understanding of the substance of the wedding reception.]]>

<![CDATA[As a scientific of term that has an important role in the development of Islamic science. Islamic economics is considered important to get attention and development of study. Islamic economics is an entity of thought and practice that is currently stretching among of Moslem's. In every thought of entity, it has its own methodology and framework of thinking. Likewise with a theoretical framework regarding Islamic Economics. One of the Islamic Economic methodology frameworks that are different from conventional of methodologies economic, it is a framework of thinking that starts from ushul fiqh (istimbath legal of method). Ushul fiqh has a very strong role in contributing to the emergence of Islamic economics. Istihsan as one of the istimbath methods of Islamic law (ushul fiqh) initiated from by Imam Hanafi. certainly must be given more portions in order to further develop the Islamic economy. As a literature-based study, this study has significance to the development of Islamic economics through the istihsan method. The findings in this study are expected to add new treasures to the thought of Ushul Fiqh and the development of Islamic economic studies.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to provide an overview of several Indonesian government policies relate to prevent the spreading of Covid-19 from the perspective of maqashid syari'ah. This is due to the spreading of Covid-19 in Indonesia which has had several negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is to pose a threat to human existence, namely threatening human life and life. This condition requires the Indonesian government to issue various policies as an effort to prevent the spreading of Covid-19. This study uses a qualitative method with discourse analysis that discusses the legal-socio-contextual side of Indonesian government regulations and policies related to the prevention of the spreading of Covid-19 from the perspective of maqashid syari'ah. The findings of this study show, first, that all Indonesian government policies in the context of preventing the spreading of Covid-19 are a manifestation of maqashid syari'ah, namely as an effort to protect human existence as well as the embodiment of personal and group interests. Second, the realization of mashlahah as the essence of maqashid syari'ah can be realized by the existence of cooperation between the central and regional governments and the community to comply with and implement all government policies as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Facing problem and misunderstanding in family becomes a necessity and humane. The goal of harmonious and happy family is a necessity and an order from the law. One of the mandates given by the law in order to overcome problems in the household is the “marriage agreement”. In the contemporary era, marriage agreements are needed in order to protect the interests of women. Where women in contemporary gender issues have the same roles and abilities as men. This study uses descriptive-qualitative analysis through library research, where this paper seeks to reveal the importance of prenuptial agreements as an effort to protect women’s interest in response to contemporary law and gender issues. The findings in this study indicates that women’s protection can be minimized and anticipated by prenuptial agreements. While in legal and gender issues, prenuptial agreements can be done before and after marriage to regulate all the things needed by both parties eliminate discrimination and oppression of women.]]>
