Abstract. The Information Technology (IT) world tends to be dominated by men. Although some women have already worked in this field but the number is still very low. This study attempts to obtain information from female students taking Computer Science about their career goals in the IT field after they graduate later and to analyze the constraints and competencies that must be mastered by women to compete with men in the IT world. The research respondents were 50 female students of the Informatics Engineering Department in Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Questionnaires and interviews were carried out to obtain the data needed. The results show that although most respondents have high motivation and optimism in their IT education, they do not feel confident in taking a career path in the IT field after they graduate. There are some obstacles that may inhibit women’s IT career.Keywords: Female Computer Science Students' Perception, Information Technology Career Abstrak. Dunia Teknologi Infomasi (TI) sampai dengan saat ini masih didominasi oleh kaum laki-laki. Meskipun wanita sudah mulai eksis di bidang ini namun jumlahnya masih sangat sedikit dan posisinyapun kebanyakan bukan di posisi strategis. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendapatkan informasi dari para mahasiswi Teknik Informatika tentang tujuan karir mereka dalam bidang TI setelah mereka lulus, menganalisa tentang kendala dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki wanita untuk dapat bersaing dengan laki-laki di dunia TI. Sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang mahasiswi Teknik Informatika Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Metode penggalian data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam menempuh pendidikan, memiliki optimisme yang tinggi dalam bidang TI namun sayangnya mayoritas tidak yakin akan berkarir di bidang TI nantinya. Banyaknya kendala yang ditemui turut berkontribusi dalam hal ini.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Mahasiswi Teknik Informatika, Karir Teknologi InformasiÂÂ

Abstract. Using information technology to gain competitive advantage is no longer dominated by big enterprises. Other business units such as MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) also start to adopt information technology into their business. E-Commerce is an example of technology that can be used easily to selling and marketing a product. Marketing in E-Commerce can still be improved by integrating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) concept into it. Dolanan Puzzle is an example of MSME focusing on tools of educational games in Yogyakarta. Currently Dolanan Puzzle still uses manual method to run their business. It limits the market of Dolanan Puzzle and it is hard to reach their customers. Integration of E-Commerce with CRM can be a solution for Dolanan Puzzle to develop their business. Using E-Commerce as an online store enables customers to reach Dolanan Puzzle easily. Further more, marketing product from Dolanan Puzzle can also be improved by using implementation of CRM in E-Commerce. Keywords: CRM, E-Commerce, Marketing, Customer, MSME Abstrak. Tren pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meingkatkan keunggulan kompetitif tidak lagi di dominasi oleh usaha berskala besar saja. Unit usaha seperti UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) juga secara bertahap mulai mengadopsi teknologi informasi. E-Commerce merupakan contoh teknologi yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada UMKM dikarenakan dapat menjadi wadah berjualan dan promosi secara online. Pemasaran di dalam E-Commerce pun dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Dolanan Puzzle adalah contoh UMKM produsen Alat Permainan Edukatif di Yogyakarta. Saat ini Dolanan Puzzle belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam bisnisnya. Hal itu membuat pemasaran dari Dolanan Puzzle tersebut sangat terbatas dan hanya sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui tentang Dolanan Puzzle. Pembuatan E-Commerce dengan pengimplementasian CRM di dalamnya dapat menjadi jalan keluar untuk Dolanan Puzzle dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Adanya E-Commerce sebagai toko online Dolanan Puzzle memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencarinya. Promosi dari Dolanan Puzzle pun dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan CRM pada E-Commerce Dolanan Puzzle tersebut. Kata Kunci: CRM, E-Commerce, promosi, pelanggan, UMKM

To date many Information Technology Companies in Indonesia implement Scrum Framework which is one of the frameworks that uses Agile principles. The implementation of the Scrum Framework does not guarantee that these companies will be free from risk, since many risks will also appear during the implementation of the framework itself. Therefore, risk management strategies are needed to mitigate these risks. This research is a qualitative research to manage risk due to the implementation of Scrum Framework in software development of IT companies, especially in Indonesia. Interviews have been conducted to the Scrum stakeholders in three IT Companies to gather some initial data to be analyzed further using Qualitative Content Analysis Method and Risk Breakdown Structure.  Our finding show that there is 17 Risk Registers and their Mitigation Strategies for the implementation of Scrum Framework in Indonesian IT Companies. Furthermore, it can be used as guidelines for decision making about whether to implement this framework in their core businesses.

 Abstract. Benefit Analysis of Electronic Customs Clearance System (ECCS) Implementation in Chevron Indonesia Company Balikpapan using Information Economics Method. Companies continue invest their money in Information Technology in order to get values for their business. The investments are expected to produce values that worth with the cost spent. Chevron Indonesia Company, a global natural gas and oil exploration company which one of its subsidiary is in Balikpapan has also been use Information Technology to run their business. One of the applications they have is Electronic Customs Clearance System (ECCS) that automate the export import processes. In this paper we will analyze the benefits of ECCS implementation to the company with financial approach of Information Economics methodology. Keywords: value, benefits, Electronic Customs Clearance System, Information Economics Abstrak. Perusahaan terus menginvestasikan uang mereka dalam Teknologi Informasi dalam rangka untuk mendapatkan nilai untuk bisnis mereka. Investasi diharapkan untuk menghasilkan manfaat yang senilai dengan biaya yang dihabiskan. Chevron Perusahaan Indonesia, gas alam global dan perusahaan minyak eksplorasi yang salah satu anak perusahaan adalah di Balikpapan juga telah menggunakan Informasi Teknologi untuk menjalankan bisnis mereka. Salah satu aplikasi yang mereka miliki adalah Sistem Elektronik Customs Clearance (ECCs) yang mengotomatisasi proses ekspor impor. Abstract. Internet is one of the types of information technology can be utilized to facilitate and improve the quality of human life in various aspects. In the field of education, wide open opportunities the Internet can be used to improve the quality of teachers and quality of teaching and learning process. This study attempted to get an idea about the condition of Internet used by teachers of Early Childhood Education and give solutions that can be used by the community of early childhood educators. The solutions we give are (1) socialize the use of the Internet for early childhood teachers in Indonesia so that they can dig their own needs that can be obtained from the Internet, (2) procure computer for teachers so they will have access to the Internet, and (3) construct a portal that can be used as a community center of early childhood teachers in Indonesia. Internet merupakan salah satu jenis Teknologi Informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia dalam berbagai aspek. Dalam bidang pendidikan, terbuka luas peluang Internet dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dan kualitas proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kondisi pemanfaatan Internet oleh para pendidik Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan selanjutnya memberikan solusi yang dapat digunakan oleh komunitas pendidik anak usia dini. Solusi yang penulis berikuan adalah (1) melakukan sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan Internet untuk para guru PAUD se-Indonesia sehingga mereka dapat menggali sendiri kebutuhan-kebutuhan mereka yang bisa didapatkan dari Internet, (2) pengadaan komputer untuk guru di seluruh Indonesia. Pengadaan ini diperlukan supaya guru-guru mendapat kemudahan dalam mengakses Internet, dan (3) pembangunan sebuah portal yang dapat digunakan sebagai pusat komunitas guru PAUD se-Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), portal, pemanfaatan Internet, kualitas guru, kualitas proses belajar mengajar

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia continue to grow because it is supported by ideas and creations of the community that keep creating new idea either from food products, clothing, or multipurpose tools. There are already a few examples of successful IT implementation on SME in many countries, but in Indonesia, many SME's does not yet know about the benefit of IT implementation in their businesses. To solve this problem SME's need for learning and adapting IT from the internal functions of the organization, and one of them is Human Resource Management (HRM). This research will try to redesign HRM system based on mobile system or smartphones as one of most popular and most used technology in Indonesia. Smartphones can be used as an early and easy approach for those SME's in the IT-based system. This research will be focused on collecting qualitative data based on the interview with 5 respondents as owner or manager of SME to specify requirements of the design and problems that can be solved. As for the results, the major problem is from the human resource which is lack of knowledge, experience and there are few internal problems in SME's which can be solved by redesigning the mobile system. After presenting the result of redesigning, respondents conclude that the system is sufficient for their daily business activities and they feel comfortable with the design on the mobile system as they said it is easy to understand. Presented design can be much improved by adding more information, opinion, and feedback from other SMEs into consideration in the aim to achieve effective and efficient system design.

Implementasi sistem informasi pada sebuah organisasi perlu dievaluasi apakah implementasi tersebut telah dapat dikatakan sukses dan berdampak positif bagi pengguna. Sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan yang digunakan oleh Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta dikembangkan sebagai sarana mahasiswa dalam mengumpulkan nilai Satuan Partisipasi Aktivitas Mahasiswa Atma Jaya (SPAMA). Melalui sistem ini, setiap mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimilikinya. Selama ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kesuksesan implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh system quality, information quality dan service quality terhadap user satisfaction dan use serta mengetahui net benefits dari penggunaan sistem informasi terkait. Model yang digunakan adalah model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone & McLean 2003. Terdapat 10 hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dari 10 hipotesis yang diuji, lima dinyatakan diterima dan lima dinyatakan ditolak.
