Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemimpin yang baik ialah pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memberi pengaruh dan menggerakkan anggotanya untuk bekerja sama dengan baik. Pola kepemimpinan dan juga keputusan-keputusan dari seorang pemimpin tidak hanya mempengaruhi capaian dari organisasi namun juga memberi pengaruh pada perilaku anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan pada pelatihan kepemimpinan dan outbound di Kabupaten Tulungagung.Metode: Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang pemilihan sampelnya memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan ialah organisasi kepemudaan karang taruna kecamatan se-Kabupaten Tulungagung yang berjumlah 19 kecamatan se-Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan pada pelatihan kepemimpinan dan outbound di Kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil: Dalam penelitian ini terdapat domain tertinggi yakni; domain objektif responden yang memilih œsetuju sebesar 17 responden (81%), serta domain keterampilan sosial yang memilih œsetuju sebesar 17 responden (81%), dapat diartikan bahwa karang taruna pada setiap kecamatan dapat memberikan alasan yang rasional dalam setiap keputusan dan dapat diartikan bahwa karang taruna dapat menerima kritik dan saran dari anggota lain.Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai nilai yang terdapat pada domain mempunyai tujuan agar mengetahui gambaran serta mengidentifikasi dari nilai nilai kepemimpinan yang terdapat pada pelatihan kepemimpinan outbound di Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to measure the level of speed, agility, and aerobic endurance of floorball in Surabaya. Methods: This type of quantitative descriptive research was used, with data collection techniques in the form of a 30-meter running speed test, flexibility test, aerobic endurance test which later calculated the mean, percentage of the tests that had been carried out by athletes. The sample was determined as many as 15 male athletes with the research time on March 30-31 2022 at Gor Bima, State University of Surabaya. Conclusions: The conclusion that can be drawn from the tests conducted on 15 floorball is that an average score of 84.79% was found in the overall test athletes, namely 30 meter running, bent knee sit-ups, push ups, and MFT.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to determine the effect of small sided games training on passing accuracy at La Brava Futsal Club Methods: This research uses descriptive quantitative research method T-test analysis method with two variables, namely: Small sided games practice and passing accuracy. The population in this study was the La Brava Futsal Club team, which consisted of 25 men. The sample uses proportional sampling technique because the researcher gets advice from the coach with a sample of 10 athletes who meet the criteria Results: The results of this study can be concluded that there are significant data in the pre test and post test with a mean of 7,700 and 7,500. And in the error man shows a significant pre-test 0.54 and post-test 0.48. Conclusions: The results of this study can be concluded that there are significant data in the pre test and post test with a mean of 7,700 and 7,500. And in the error man shows a significant pre-test 0.54 and post-test 0.48. As a result, it was found that the small field game training method for the accuracy of the operands of the training program needed to be further improved. Therefore, this research is expected to help coaches improve the accuracy of their passes.
