Abstract

This article discusses the process of growth and development of children aged 2-3 years which is continuous throughout the stages of life, but the speed of growth varies according to the stages of age. In the development of children aged 2-3 years. To achieve development, children need to achieve it in accordance with the standards of the child's level of achievement: religious-moral, physical-motoric, cognitive, linguistic, social-emotional, and artistic, language and art. This article aims to describe the development of abilities of children aged 2-3 years from various aspects of developmental achievement. Development is the increase in abilities or skills in more complex body structures and functions in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the process of movement, intellectual, social and emotional maturation. Development is influenced by heredity, environment, culture and family values in each individual. The combination of these factors gives rise to the wide variety of variations that can be observed in children. Growth and development occur very rapidly, therefore stimulation of children at this age is very important because healthy and intelligent children will grow and develop optimally. The rate of growth and development of children aged 2-3 years which is described in various sources and guidelines in the national curriculum, there are proposed indicators of development in aspects of religious-moral, physical-motoric, cognitive, linguistic, social-emotional, and artistic. The method used for data collection is in the form of library research, which is a method that can study various reference books and the results of previous similar studies.

Abstract

Dalam institusi kesehatan, sistem penyimpanan rekam medis sangat penting karena dapat mempercepat penemuan dan pengembalian rekam medis jika disimpan di rak. Rekam medis Puskesmas Cepogo belum dikelola dengan baik. Ini berarti pengelolaan belum sesuai dengan prosedur dan organisasi layanan kesehatan. Kesalahan dalam pengambilan berkas rekam medis dapat disebabkan oleh tracer yang tidak digunakan, kesalahan manusia pada file yang salah, atau tata letak berkas rekam medis yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur standar. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat bagaimana sistem rekam medis di Puskesmas Cepogo disimpan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Setiap petugas rekam medis adalah subjek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini, total sampling digunakan. Instruksi observasi, instruksi observasi, dan alat perekam suara digunakan. Analisis data dengan mengumpulkan, mengurangi, menyajikan, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyimpanan rekam medis di Puskesmas Cepogo sudah sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022, tetapi latar belakang pendidikan perekam medis di Puskesmas Cepogo tidak sesuai dengan Permenkes RI No. 312 Tahun 2020. Selain itu, karena SOP tersedia, petugas rekam medis tidak menerapkannya. Puskesmas Cepogo harus mempekerjakan karyawan dengan pendidikan rekam medis atau mengadakan pelatihan dan sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan catatan medis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, usefulness, trust, and security to decision using m-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study used a questionnaire to collect data and reach 100 respondents. The respondent is a customer who uses m-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia. Sample determination uses simple random sampling method, and the analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are usefulness, trust, and security variables influence the decision to use m-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia. In contrast, the ease of use does not affect the decision to use m-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia. These findings indicate that the m-banking system needs to be upgraded to minimize cases of transaction errors, bugs and slow access.

Abstract

Tujuan webinar ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), forum diskusi dari kalangan profesional (auditor, akuntan, regulator, keuangan) dan akademisi. Pentingnya ICoFR diharapkan mampu mendeteksi terjadi fraud, memberikan keyakinan bahwa laporan keuangan yang disajikan dapat diandalkan dan dapat dipercayai, karena sudah sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku. Tanpa dukungan penuh dari manejemen, kecurangan masih akan tetap terjadi. Maka diperlukan pengendalian internal yang memadai, diharapkan pengawasan tata kelola yang baik dan ada dukungan manajemen sehingga terhindar dari salah saji material dan terjadinya fraud dalam laporan keuangan. Pengendalian inernal yang memadai dapat menjadi salah satu kunci untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah fraud dalam perusahaan. ICoFR dan COSO saling terintegrasi satu sama lain dan mampu untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah penipuan dalam organsisasi. ICoFR dan COBIT dapat saling melengkapi dalam pengendalian internal, dimana COBIT fokus pada teknologi informasi, peran teknologi dalam pencegahan penipuan memberikan pengawasan ganda yang terintegrasi terhadap analisis data ke sistem pengendalian

Abstract

Creativity and innovation is a person's ability to develop or to generate new ideas or ideas that are useful for solving problems in everyday life. Children's creativity is very important to be developed from an early age. Several ways to develop creativity and also learning innovation in early childhood can be done through imagination, music and language. In creativity through imagination, children are invited to imagine, imagine and also demonstrate something that they think. By using several objects, children can imagine objects or themselves to be different figures. That way the development of children in creativity will be optimally stimulated. In musical creativity, children are invited to use objects or items that are around them in various ways so that they can produce sounds or tones which can then be combined with lyrics so that they become a rhythmic song. The development of creativity in the development of music can not only improve the artistic aspect, but also the child's thinking power of imagination that describes an object that becomes a musical instrument. In language creativity, children are invited to express their ideas or ideas by expressing them into an opinion. The development of children's creativity can be developed in various ways, of course through fun activities for children so that children can feel comfortable and can optimize their development. This article aims to describe the development of children's creativity and innovation through imagination creativity, musical creativity, and language creativity. The method used for data collection is in the form of a literature study, namely a method that can study various reference books and similar previous research results. Abstract

In High (Scope) learning, children get direct playing experience because they are actively involved in learning through the use of various existing game tools, the learning environment is divided into several corners or areas both indoors and outdoors, the people involved in learning and the ideas that arise are expected that the child will gain a number of useful knowledge to develop all aspects of his development optimally. Preschoolers learn to make their own plans and practice implementing them so that children can acquire the knowledge and skills needed to build a solid foundation for their later development and learning. This article aims to describe the High Scope learning model. The method used for data collection is in the form of a literature study, namely a method that can study various reference books and similar previous research results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media audiovisual yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti, dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media yang dikembangkan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi sains untuk siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah R&D, dengan 4D sebagai model pengembangan produknya. Sebuah video sebagai media pembelajaran audiovisual adalah sebagai produk akhir dari penelitian ini. Proses pengambilan uji validitas produk dilakukan oleh para ahli dan praktisi. Ahli materi, ahli media dan praktisi di sekolah dengan menggunakan angket. Pada penelitian ini, media audiovisual merupakan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya adalah kompetensi literasi sains siswa SMA yang dianalisis melalui pretest-posttest. Siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta sebagai populasi penelitian ini dan sampel diambil dengan memilih dua kelas yaitu kelas XI-3 sebagai kelas uji kontrol dan kelas XI-4 sebagai kelas uji eksperimen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengolah data uji keefektifan media yang dikembangkan adalah Uji Mann-Whitney, Uji Wilcoxon, Uji Effect Size, dan Uji N-Gain. Media audiovisual yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini terbukti layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah setelah divalidasi oleh validator dan praktisi. Media yang dikembangkan juga terbukti “efektif” dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa dengan hasil pengukuran keefektifan media sebesar 86% pada kelas uji eksperimen dan 61% pada kelas uji kontrol.
