Abstract

Abstrak : Evaluasi Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Di Kota BengkuluPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pengawas madrasah aliyah negeri Kota Bengkulu dalam: (1) melaksanakan program, (2) melaksanakan program supervisi, (3) mengevaluasi hasil pelaksanaan supervisi, dan (4) melaksanakan bimbingan profesional dan pelatihan untuk guru dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP oleh Stufflebeam dan terdiri dari komponen Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan dukungan metodologi kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan angket. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kegiatan penyusunan program supervisi memperoleh skor 93,75% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. (2) Pelaksana program supervisi memperoleh skor 92,05% dalam kategori sangat baik. (3) Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program supervisi skor 89% termasuk dalam kategori baik. serta (4) melaksanakan pembinaan dan pelatihan profesional bagi guru dan kepala sekolah yang memperoleh nilai 85 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Abstract: School Supervisor Performance Evaluation State Madrasah Aliyah In The City Of BengkuluThis study aims to determine the performance of supervisors in Bengkulu City State state madrasah aliyah in (1) conducting programming, (2) implementing supervision programs, (3) evaluating the results of the implementation of supervision, and (4) implementing professional guidance and training for teachers and headmaster. The research was conducted in the city of Bengkulu. This study uses the CIPP evaluation model by Stufflebeam and consists of Context, Input, Process, and Product components. This study uses a qualitative methodology with the support of a quantitative methodology. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, a document study, and questionnaire. The results of the evaluation show that: (1) the activity of preparing the supervision program obtained a score of 93.75%, which is included in the very good category. (2) implementing the supervision program achieved a score of 92.05% in the very good category. (3) Evaluating the results of the implementation of the supervision program a score of 89% is in a good category. and (4) carry out professional coaching and training for teachers and school principals who get a score of 85, including in the good category

Abstract

The goal of this study was to describe the efficacy of new normal learning in the subject of information and communication technology in class X State High School 8 in Bengkulu city. This is a qualitative research method. Interviews, observation, and documentation studies were used to collect data for this study. The study's findings include effective learning using the lecture method, learning implementation that is faster than before, making learning implementation plans in the new normal in accordance with government guidelines, and learning that is less effective due to limited time, resulting in less than optimal learning. Applications of this study: This study is beneficial to Bengkulu City 8 State High School, which is learning in the new normal era. Researchers are interested in the effectiveness of new normal learning at the high school level in Bengkulu City. It can provide input to stakeholders by examining the effectiveness of new normal learning in Bengkulu City 8 State High School. It is necessary to conduct additional research in order for this research to progress. This is a new science for State High School 8 in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of the principal in carrying out planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up of academic supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and summarizing. Research result; 1) planning for academic supervision has been carried out in accordance with procedures, 2) implementation of academic supervision including methods, media, and classroom management has been carried out properly, 3) assessment of academic supervision includes techniques and procedures that have been carried out with good coaching, 4) follow-up academic supervision including planning, implementation, and assessment, good guidance has been carried out by the school principal. In conclusion, the management of the principal in carrying out academic supervision has gone well in accordance with existing procedures, but in planning and assessing the principal should be able to maintain and even make innovations in conducting academic supervision. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kempemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen bersetifikasi di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 106. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dengan bantuan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen bersertifikasi di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect Of Interactive Learning Media On Learning Outcomes In Class X SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu CityThis study aims to determine the effect of interactive media on students' ability to remember the vocabulary of class X Arabic subjects at SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu City before and after using interactive media. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a quasi-experimental method. The population is all students of class X TKJ. The sample consisted of 40 people consisting of 2 classes namely class X TKJ & X TKR. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and pre-test post-test scores. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity and t test. Based on the results of the analysis, the experimental class with an average number of 86.4, the control class with an average of 70.6. Apart from being seen from the achievement of the average percentage score, the homogeneity test also explains that the Fcount value is 0.330, the df value = 1 Ftable 38 and the significance value of the t test is 0.000 <0.05, as the basis for making decisions in the independent sample t test test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of using interactive media with media images in Arabic lessons in class X SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu City..Abstrak: Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Kota BengkuluPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media interaktif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam mengingat kosakata mata pelajaran bahasa Arab kelas X SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media interaktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas X TKJ. Sampel terdiri 40 orang yang terdiri 2 kelas yaitu kelas X TKJ & X TKR. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan nilai pre-tes post-test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah rata-rata 86,4 kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 70,6. Selain dilihat dari pencapaian rata-rata persentase skor nilai, di dalam uji homogenitas juga menjelaskan bahwa nilai Fhitung 0,330, nilai df = 1 Ftabel 38  dan nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka sebagaimana pengambilan dasar keputusan dalam uji independent sample t test dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh menggunakan media interaktif dengan media gambar pada pelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas X SMKS 9 Muhammadiyah Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Time Management on Learning Outcomes of Students of Pre-service Teachers in LubuklinggauThis study aims to describe the effect of time management on student learning outcomes of Early Childhood Islamic Education in Mathematics and Science Courses at the Al-Azhar Institute Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra Province. The method in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were third semester students of Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, totaling 31 respondents. Data collection instruments: time management questionnaires using Google forms and learning outcomes using test sheets. The data analysis technique uses simple regression by utilizing the SPSS version 20 application. The results of this study show that the results of the simple linear regression analysis test show that the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected. This is also in accordance with the test results of the coefficient of determination showing that R Square is 0.542. Thus, the effect of time management on learning outcomes is 54.2%. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of time management on learning outcomes Abstrak: Pengaruh Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Hasil Belajar Anak Usia Dini Siswa PAI Al-Azhaar IPA LubuklinggauPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini Mata Kuliah Matematika dan Sains Di Institut Al-Azhar Lubuklinggau Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester tiga prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini yang berjumlah 31 orang responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data: angket manajemen waktu menggunakan google form dan hasil beajar menggunakan lembar tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig 0.000 <0.05 maka H0 ditolak. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa R Square 0.542. Dengan demikian pengaruh antara manajemen waktu terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 54.2%. jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara manajemen waktu terhadap  terhadap hasil belajar

Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness Of Using The Wordwall Application On Student Learning OutcomesThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of using the wordwall application on student learning outcomes of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program for Mathematics MI. This research method is descriptive quantitative experiment. The design to be used is Design One Pretest-Posttest Group. The subjects of this study were 31 students of the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The instrument used is 25 multiple choice questions, the instrument has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the normality test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study by testing the paired sample test showed that the asym sig. (2-laid) of 0.00 <0.05 so that H_O is rejected and H_a is accepted, which means that there is an effectiveness of the application of the wordwall application on student learning outcomes of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program for Mathematics MI. It can be concluded that wordwall learning media (X) has a significant effect on student learning outcomes of the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute of Islamic Religion (IAI) Teacher Education Study Program.Abstract: Efektivitas Menggunakan Aplikasi Wordwall Tentang Hasil Belajar Siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi wordwall terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mata kuliah Matematika MI. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif eksprimen. Desain yang akan digunakan adalah Design One Grup Pretes-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 25 butir soal pilihan ganda, instrument tersebut telah dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dengan pengujian paired sampel test menunjukan bahwa nilai asym sig. (2-lailed) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga  ditolak dan  diterima yang artinya adanya efektivitas penerapan aplikasi wordwall terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mata kuliah Matematika MI. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran wordwall (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence and Adversity Quotient on learning motivation State Vocational High School 1 Pasmah Air Keruh. The sample in this study amounted to 96 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistical analysis, correlation test, T test and F test. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient together on learning motivation. This means that the higher the level of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient in students, the more motivating and enthusiastic students are in learning
