Abstract

Penurunan kinerja karyawan menjadi perhatian utama perusahaan karena berdampak pada penurunan omzet penjualan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 orang karyawan yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan gaji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perusahaan dalam memperkuat budaya kerja kolaboratif, menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung, serta meninjau sistem penggajian agar sesuai dengan kontribusi karyawan.

Abstract

The Arboretum Tourism Park, located in Bumi Harapan, holds great potential to become a leading tourism destination in Central Sulawesi, particularly in Banggai. Therefore, this community service aims to assist the village government in developing the Arboretum Tourism Park through the creation of educational recreational facilities and the implementation of digital promotion strategies. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method was applied to address the partner’s needs. The results showed significant improvement in the development of educational recreational facilities, increasing from 20 percent to 90 percent, marked by the establishment of three attractions. Furthermore, technical guidance on digital promotion strategies enhanced the managers’ skills from 40 percent to 95 percent, as evidenced by the establishment of an official website and social media platforms for the park. The contribution of this program lies in increasing the park’s attractiveness, which is expected to boost tourist visits and, ultimately, contribute to improving the village economy. This program supports sustainable village-based tourism development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Banggai Regency Central Bureau of Statistics Office. Amidst the demands of globalization, employee performance is a major factor for organizational success, so it is important to understand the factors that influence it. A quantitative approach was used by involving all 25 employees as samples. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using SPSS 27 Software. The results of the regression analysis showed the equation Y = 5.235 + 1.004X1 + 0.168X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.767 which has a strong level of relationship between variables. The Determination Coefficient value of 0.551 means that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 55.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The t-test shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect with t count 3.735 > t table 2.073 with a probability of 0.001 (<0.025). In contrast, job satisfaction did not have a significant partial effect, with a calculated t of 1.067 < ttable 2.073 with a probability of 0.298 (> 0.025). The F-test obtained a significance of 0.001 (<0.05) with an Fcount of 15.705 > Ftable 3.44, indicating that organizational commitment and job satisfaction jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. These data emphasize the importance of enhancing organizational commitment as a key performance factor while still paying attention to job satisfaction, in order to strengthen employee loyalty and satisfaction through evaluation of compensation and the work environment
