Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service influences consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, To find out prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, and To find out service quality and prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction on Libra Computers in Luwuk City Luwuk. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 100 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that service quality and price alone (partial) influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk, while simultaneously (simultaneous) service quality and price influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk. Luwuk. Meanwhile, the close relationship between service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk is in the medium category, and the contribution or contribution of service quality and price to consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk i s 22 . 3 % , whi l e t h e r e s t i s 77 . 7 % i s i n f l ue nced by ot h e r f a c t o r s  not exami ne d.

Abstract

The impact of the lack of good human resources on organizational effectiveness is much greater than that of other resources. Good human resource management will determine the success of the organization in the future. Or vice versa, poor management of human resources will have an impact on not achieving organizational work effectiveness. Employee performance needs more attention from the organization because if employee performance increases in the organization, the impact on organizational productivity will be achieved so that the organization can run well and will continue to grow. The purpose of this study was to determine how to direct financial compensation effect employee performance at Marisa Baru Printing. The type of data used in this study is the type of qualitative data that is quantified and the data sources used are primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method, totaling 18 samples. The results of the simple linear regression equation Y=11+0.5x. The correlation coefficient is 0.528, the determination coefficient is 0.278. The results showed that there was a significant effect of direct financial compensation on employee performance at Marisa Baru Printing.

Abstract

The aims of this research were (1) to find out how the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Tompotika Water Luwuk refill drinking water depots, (2) Which variables affect service quality on customer satisfaction at Tompotika Water Luwuk refill drinking water depots. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 100 samples taken using the Slovin technique. Based on the results of the research and testing it was concluded that the quality of service which consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy has a partial or simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, while the independent variables are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy has a strong relationship to customer satisfaction, as well as the contribution of service quality variables consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the dependent variable namely customer satisfaction is 62.1%, while the remaining 37.9% is caused by other factors that are not examined such as marketing mix, and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on the loyalty of village officials in Luksagu Village, Tinangkung Utara Subdistrict, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. Employing a qualitative approach quantified into numerical data, the study involved 12 village officials as samples. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between leadership style (X) and the loyalty of village officials (Y), with a correlation coefficient of 0.583 and a determination coefficient of 34%. This suggests that 34% of the loyalty of village officials is influenced by leadership style, while the remaining 66% is affected by other factors. The t-value of 2.269 exceeds the t-table value of 2.262, confirming the significant influence of leadership style on village officials' loyalty. The study highlights the critical role of leadership style in enhancing the loyalty of village officials to support effective village governance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem is how work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance partially and simultaneously at the Luwuk Village Office. The type of data is qualitative which is quantified with a sample of 10 respondents. The analysis tool is a multiple linear regression test with the equation form Y = 20.934 - 5.575X1 + 6.682X2 - 1.038X3, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the t test are the T value of Work Motivation of -2.590 with a significance level of 0.041, Work Discipline of 3.065 with a significance level of 0.022, Job Satisfaction of -3.082 with a significance level of 0.022. T table of 2.447 (t count > t table). The result of the F test is 8.313 with sig 0.015, F table is 4.76, so there is a significant influence between Work Motivation (X1, Work Discipline (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Performance (Y). The determination coefficient is 80.6% and the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other variables not studied. The correlation coefficient is 0.898, indicating a very strong relationship.

Abstract

PT. Honda Balindo is a company engaged in the sale of cars, especially Honda. The formulation of the problem is how the influenceof empowerment and motivation on employee performance at PT. Honda Balindo Luwuk Branch. A type of qualitative data that isquantitative. The population is 10 people. The method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method and correlationcoefficient, determination, validity and feasibility test and T and F Statistical Test. Based on the results of the multiple linearregression analysis between empowerment and motivation on employee performance, the regression results are obtained with apositive and significant value where constant or fixed is -7.357, if there is an increase of 1 unit between the empowerment andmotivation variables, employee performance will increase 0.478 and 0.712. This is shown with a tcal value of 2.577 for X1 and a tcalof 3.481 for X2 while the ttable is 2.364. This means that if the tcount > ttable, Ho is rejected Ha is accepted. Based on the results ofthe correlation coefficient, the value of R = 0.989 was obtained, which means that the level of relationship is very strong. This meansthat there is a simultaneous or real relationship between empowerment, motivation and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Compensation, Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performanceat PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Luwuk Branch, Data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. The sampleused was 11 respondents. The analysis tools used are multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, Ttest and F test. From the results of the partial test analysis (T test), namely the Compensation variable (X1), the t-value of the calculation of the X1 variable = 2.232 > table = 1.943 with a probability value level of 0.002, partial testing (T test), namely theCommunication variable (X2), the t-value calculates the variable X 2 = 3.009 > t table = 1.943 with a probability value level of0.001, Partial testing (T test) is a variable of Work Environment (X3), the t-value calculates the variable (X3) = 5.694 > t table =1.943 with a probability value of 0.001 and judging from the calculation of the F test = 17.244 > table F = 4.35 with a significanceof 0.001 it can be known that the sum of F is greater than the table F so that the hypothesis that it is suspected that Compensation(X1), Communication (X2) and Work Environment (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant influence on EmployeePerformance (Y) in PT Swadharma Informatics Tool Luwuk Branch.

Abstract

The Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning is the agency responsible for public works and housing affairs. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee productivity at the secretariat office of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Banggai Regency. The type of data used is qualitative that has been quantified. The population consists of 16 people. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the regression result Y = 19.966 + - 0.547 - 0.475 + e. The Correlation Coefficient is 0.584. The Coefficient of Determination in this study is 0.341, and the remaining variation is caused by other factors not included in this study. The t-value for (X1) is -1.850 < t-table 1.771.This means that the variable Compensation (X1) does not have a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y), thus H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The calculated t-value for (X2) is 2.288. The result of the t-test shows that 2.288 > 1.771. This indicates that the variable Job Satisfaction (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y), therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the F-test, the calculated F-value is 3.365 > the table F-value of 3.81. This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a simultaneous or joint effect on Work Productivity (Y).

Abstract

One of the company's human resources is its workforce. An key factor in accomplishing corporate objectives is employee performance in the organisation. Workers must be genuinely skilled in their professions and capable of providing the best possible service. An individual's ability to perform well can be impacted by their work environment, education, and training. This study is to examine the impact of education level on worker performance at PT. Fortune Maju Abadia, a business engaged in logistics and warehousing of goods. The population of this study consists of all 87 employees of PT. Fortune Maju Abadi in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Using the Sloving approach, 75 respondents were included in the sampling. The validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test are the data analytic techniques employed in this study.

Abstract

This study is based on employee competency for managing tourism item destinations at GarutRegency's tourism and culture department. The author is exploring this issue because he wants to learn more about staff competency for managing tourist item destinations in the District tourist and Culture Department's Destination Sector, Pangandaran. Several issues have been identified based on field observations, including knowledge, understanding, ability/skills, values, attitudes, and interests. The aims of this study are 1) to determine staff competence for managing tourism destinations in the tourism and culture department of GarutRegency. 2) To identify the dimensions that were examined in terms of staff competency for managing tourism destinations in GarutRegency's tourism and cultural departments. With this research, the author used a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data collection techniques using interviews, which were carried out with the head of the Head of General and Civil Service Sub-department, the Head of Sub-Destination UPT GarutRegion and the Sub-General and Personnel Apparatus of the tourism and culture office of Pangadaran Regency, observations and documentation.
