Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pneumonia merupakan penyakit radang paru yang disebabkan bermacam-macam benda ataupun kuman seperti virus, bakteri, jamur, dan benda-benda asing yang masuk dalam sistem pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengambarkan penyebab pneumonia pada bayi umur 6-12 bulan di wiliyah kerja Puskesmas Kendal 2 Kabupaten Kendal.Jenis penelitian  menggunakan survei deskriptif dengan menggambarkan kejadian pneumonia. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bayi berumur 6-12 bulan yang mengalami pneumonia. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan semua anggota populasi di jadikan sampel yang berjumlah 34 responden.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar status gizinya baik yaitu sejumlah 33 bayi (97%), status imunisasi lengkap  yaitu sejumlah 32 bayi (94,1%), dan berat badan normal yaitu sejumlah 33 bayi (97%).Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa sebagian besar penyebab pneumonia pada bayi umur 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kendal 2  tidak disebabkan oleh status gizi, berat badan lahir dan status imunisasi. Disarankan terutama seorang ibu lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyebab kejadian pneumonia pada bayi umur 6-12 bulan.

Abstract

Asphyxia neonatorum is a newborn baby emergency because of  breathing difficulties that can continue to cause various complications. Asphyxia is most common in the period immediately after the baby is born. It is estimated that one third of babies who need resuscitation do not show danger signs, therefore very important for midwives to be able to carry out simple and effective neonatal resuscitation. The purpose of this search is to know the description of the management of neonatal asphyxia by type and SOP in RSUD DR. H. Soewondo Kendal.This research is a descriptive study using a survey approach. The method of collecting data by observing using a checklist and SOP checklist for management asphyxia neonatorum which is then processed using Univariate analysis. The results showed that the management of neonatal asphyxia in 42 infants, all (100%) were resuscitated, 9 infants (21,4%) had VTP and 4 infants (9,5%) had chest compressions. While of 42 treatments that have been carried out there are actions that are not in accordance with the SOP. The results showed that the management of newborns who had neonatal asphyxia had not been carried out according to the SOP. So it is recommended especially for midwives to have awarness of the importance of managing neonatal asphyxia in accordance with SOP.

Abstract

One of the nutritional problems at this time is the high stunting of child in under five yearsStunting caused by a multidimensional factor and not only caused by malnutritionexperienced by pregnant women and children under five. Other factors that affect the motherare the mother's posture (short), the pregnancy is too close, the mother is still a teenagerand the lack of nutritional intake during pregnancy. This study aims to analyze therelationship between the age of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting. This type oresearch is analytic observational with a case control design, the number of samples is 80respondents, namely mothers who have children aged 1-3 years (40 cases and 40 controls)Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Maternal age at pregnancy did nosignificantly influence the incidence of stunting p value 0.368. The conclusion is that themother's age at pregnancy hasn’t a risk of stunting in children who are born.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKetuban pecah dini adalah keluarnya cairan dari jalan lahir sebelum prosespersalinan.Insiden pecah ketuban secara spontan sebelum usia gestasi 37 mingguadalah sekitar 3-6%. Sekitar 30-40% persalinan premature didahului oleh pecahketuban. Komplikasi ini merupakan faktor paling signifikan terhadap kemungkinankelahiran premature. Hasil survey pendahuluan di RSUD Dr.H.Soewondo Kendal padatahun 2012 terdapat 1231 ibu bersalin diruang VK. Dari jumlah tersebut diketahui 65 ibubersalin mengalami persalinan premature yang disebabkan oleh ketuban pecah dini.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi ibu bersalin ketuban pecah dinidengan kejadian partus prematurus di RSUD Dr.H.Soewondo KendalJenis penelitianyang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah semua ibu bersalin diRSUD Dr.H.Soewondo Kendal pada bulan Januari-Februari tahun 2013, didapatkanjumlah sampel sebanyak 419 responden. Kesimpulannya hasil penelitian ini adalah ibuyang mengalami persalinan KPD sebanyak 330 (78,8%) dan ibu yang mengalamiPartus Prematur sebanyak 116 (27,7%).Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan agarmemberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada ibu bersalin yang mengalami KPD dan bayiyang lahir premature.

Abstract

 Adolescent girls are significant because if the growth and development process at that time is optimal, it will produce healthy adolescent girls and in the end, it will produce healthy mothers to be as well. Adolescents tend to want to have an ideal body so neglect a healthy diet, followed by dense adolescent activities that make adolescent girl potentially experience health problems such as anemia so that researchers innovate drinks in the form of tomato juice and dates to increase hemoglobin levels apart from supplementation Fe. The type of this research is quantitative research. Quasi-experimental research design with pre-test design and post-test design with a control group. The sample in this study was Semarang Poltekkes students who lived in Semarang Poltekkes Dormitory and were aged 17-21 years and not menstruating. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used is using an independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was no significant (p=0,309) effect of giving a combination of tomato and date juice on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. However, there was an increase in average hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention of juice and iron suplementation. The results of this study are expected that adolescent girls obediently consume Fe tablets according to the provisions. Apart from supplementation, young women can also consume fruits that contain iron such as dates, and contain vitamin C such as tomatoes to help absorb iron.
