Abstract

The purpose in this study is 1) How about condition and education quality at the border state of Sanggau Regency; 2) How about the institution synergity between centre government and region government in services of elementary school at Sanggau Regency. Research Methode in this study is to Descriptive, qualitative approach. Collecting data technique by observation, interview and documentation. The technique of collecting informan: Purposive and data accidental analysis by Macc Nabb. The result of tis study is Improving the quality of education at border area is an important step to strengthen the national defense system through education and culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan percepatan pencegahan stunting terintegrasi di Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terkait ukuran dan tujuan dalam melaksanakan kebijakan sudah dibuat sesuai dengan amanat peraturan nasional dan sudah dijalankan. Sumber daya manusia yang berada di tingkat bawah khusunya kader masih kurang baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas, untuk ketersediaan sumber daya anggaran sudah cukup baik. Karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, Pembagian wewenang, ketersediaan SOP, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pengawasan sudah dijalankan, namun masih terdapat pelaksana yang tidak memiliki SOP dalam menjalankan kebijakan. Sikap para pelaksana, khususnya pada pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kebijakan masih kurang, masih ditemukan masyarakat yang tidak memahami dengan baik terkait pencegahan stunting. Komunikasi dan koordinasi masih kurang, karena masih terdapat kegiatan yang belum tepat sasaran dalam pelaksanaannya. Kondisi lingkungan sosial, lingkungan ekonomi dan lingkungan politik yang berada di Kecamatan Rajeg belum sepenuhnya mendukung keberhasilan kebijakan percepatan pencegahan stunting terintegrasi.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) imbas dari pandemi selama hampir 2 tahun terakhir menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Pandemi telah mengakibatkan kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama usaha-usaha mikro menurun pendapatannya, bahkan sampai gulung tikar. Hal tersebut terutama disebabkan akses mereka untuk memasarkan hasil produksinya sangat terbatas. Kondisi masyarakat di Kelurahan Pondok Pucung pra pandemi Covid-19 banyak yang mengakses sumber ekonomi dengan berjualan keluar rumah, diantaranya: menjual kerupuk, kacang, dan berbagai macam kuliner lainnya. Keluarga mereka menggantungkan hidup dari usaha kuliner tersebut. Pada masa pandemi, tentu akses mereka untuk keluar berjualan terbatas karena faktor keselamatan untuk tidak tertular virus Covid-19 yang mesti diutamakan. Metode berjualan berubah dengan berjualan dari rumah dengan akses pemasaran yang sangat terbatas. Tentunya hal tersebut membuat pendapatan mereka menurun bahkan sangat minim. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa sosialisasi pemanfaatan modal sosial dalam pemasaran hasil usaha, pembinaan pengemasan produk usaha mereka agar menarik di pasaran dan bisa bersaing dengan produk lainnya yang sejenis, pengenalan dan pendampingan pemasaran melalui media sosial, serta penguatan jejaring sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menemukan bahwa setelah dilakukan pendampingan, kapasitas UMKM untuk memanfaatkan modal sosial untuk survive di tengah pandemi mengalami peningkatan. Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan berbagai platform media sosial untuk memperluas skop pemasaran dan mengubah desain kemasan produk menjadi lebih inovatif dan menarik. For nearly two years, the focus of this community service activity has been the empowerment of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) as a result of the pandemic. The pandemic has caused the community's economic life, particularly micro-enterprises, to suffer, with some even going bankrupt. This is primarily due to their minimal ability to market their products. The pre-Covid-19 pandemic condition of the community in Pondok Pucung Village, many access economic resources by selling outside the home, including crackers, peanuts, and various other culinary delights. Their families rely on the culinary industry for a living. Of course, during the pandemic, their access to selling is limited due to the safety factor of not becoming infected with the Covid-19 virus, which must be prioritized. Selling from home with very limited marketing access has changed the selling method. Of course, this reduces their income to a bare minimum. This community service project will run from December 2021 to February 2022. This community service activity takes the form of socializing the use of social capital in marketing business products, encouraging the packaging of their business products so that they are appealing in the market and can compete with other similar products, and providing introduction and marketing assistance utilizing social media, as well as by strengthening. The findings of community service revealed that after mentoring, the ability of MSMEs to use social capital to survive during a pandemic had improved. This is evidenced by the growing recognition of the significance of utilizing various social media platforms to broaden the scope of marketing and change product packaging designs to be more innovative and appealing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the big Effect of Tax Collection Effectiveness on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The respondents used were restaurant taxpayers who did not complied in the 2020-2022 period. The effectiveness of tax collection has an effect on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance, where data is obtained that the value of sig for variable X to variable Y is 0.000. So that 0.000 <0.1 and the calculated T value is 12.707 > the T table value (0.05-98) is 1.661. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it’s means that there is an effect of the effectiveness of tax collection on restaurant taxpayer compliance at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Peruvian Governance Good Corporate Governance is basically an effort to make GCG a rule and guideline for Company managers in carrying out their business activities. The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze and describe the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance at PT Pertamina (Persero). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The method of data collection is carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. The theory used in this study uses the theory of the basic principles of Good Corporate Governance in Hamdani's book (Review of Ethics in Business Practice), namely the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and Fairness. The results of this study show that the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance has been implemented by PT Pertamina Persero properly even though it has not been maximized. This is evidenced by transparency with the existence of an official website that can be accessed at any time, as well as clarity in decision making, annual reports, financial reports, and recruitment processes.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of collaborative governance in essential education services in Indonesia-Malaysia's border area, in Entikong-Sekayam District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. It used a descriptive technique with a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed with qualitative techniques and tested for validity by triangulation. According to the results, collaborative governance had not yet achieved desired results. This was based on several indicators, including starting conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaborative processes. Importantly, the collaborative process involved several parties, including the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, academics at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Jakarta Muhammadiyah University, and elementary school figures (school committees, principals, staff and teachers). The results showed that the government’s role was not maximized, as indicated by uncertain policies and systems, overlapping authority, and inappropriate school infrastructure assistance targets. Academics actively facilitate various activities, including socialization, mentoring, workshops, and training, significantly improving education quality. Schools also operate an intense performance in mobilizing teachers to remain active amid the limitations of existing facilities and increasing their competence. Moreover, school committees also contribute ideas, energy, and materials in development, especially physical facilities. The weakness of the collaboration process in essential education services is the absence of private sector involvement.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth in 20221 shows a positive figure, namely 3.69% yoi. This growth experienced a significant increase compared to economic growth in 2020 which experienced a contraction at minus 2.07%. This economic growth certainly gives good hope for the growth and movement of the Indonesian economy in 2022. One of the strategies implemented by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI is the preparation of an Investment Opportunity Map that is ready to be offered to Investors. This program is State facilitation for investors to invest their capital by providing all the necessary information in the form of a pre-financial study (pre-FS). The research aims to describe the effectiveness of the program for compiling investment opportunity maps in supporting the achievement of investment realization in Indonesia at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the output of which is the publication of the ISSN national journal OJS and national seminars. The results of this study indicate that the PPI program is effective in increasing investment realization in Indonesia. The seven indicators consisting of Clarity of Goals to be Achieved, Clarity of Strategy for Achievement of Goals, Steady Policy Analysis and Formulation Process, Mature Planning, Proper Programming, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure, Educational Monitoring and Control System all show a high level of effectiveness.

Abstract

The performance of a government agency can be seen from the performance of its government employees or apparatus, the author will focus this research on the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat, where the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat employees have the main task and that is to facilitate members of the South Tangerang City DPRD. In assessing employee performance, performance appraisal is very important for every employee to measure how employee performance is. This and measure the extent to which the main tasks and functions of the DPRD secretariat can be carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees at the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative description approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Using theoretical indicators from Hasibuan which states that employee performance indicators consist of work quality, work quantity, discipline, and responsibility. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the work quality of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is good. Then the quantity of work of employees is good. Furthermore, the discipline of employees of the sub-section of management and supervision is said to be not good. Then the indicators of cooperation carried out by the sub-section of the supervision administration are good. In connection with the last indicator regarding responsibility, the employee of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is already responsible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a stunting prevalence that can still be categorized as high with a prevalence rate of 24.4%. Various efforts have been made by the government to be able to overcome the stunting problem that occurs through various policies and regulations as well as through national strategies and interventions. This paper aims to explain the national policies and regulations and strategies used on tackling stunting in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study method where the technique is through library data collection, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. Indonesia already has a number of national policies and strategies on stunting that are realized in the form of interventions both specific and sensitive. Specific interventions are carried out by the Health sector by focusing on priority goals and important goals, while sensitive interventions are carried out by sectors outside Health where they are carried out to increase access to nutritious food; increase awareness, commitment, and nutrition parenting practices of mothers and children; improve access and quality of nutritional and health services; and improve the provision of clean water and sanitation facilities. Policies and regulations that exist at the central level, must also be followed by follow-up in the regions to the village level and involve not only the health sector but also other related sectors.
