Abstract

This research is aqualitative research that aims to describe the Quality of Service Delivery of Cancer Health Training Pusdiklat Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and describes and analyzes the inhibiting and supporting factors for instructors in serving training participants at the Pusdiklat Health. Health services are activities or a series of activities to fulfill the service needs determined by law for each instructor, trainee and/or administrative services provided by the service provider. study uses the theory of quality of health services according to Kotler in Fendy Tjibtono (2016: 284), namely Assurance (guarantee) Emphty (empathy) Reliability (reliability) Responsiveness (responsiveness) Tangible (physical appearance), Quantity timeliness, effectiveness, independence and commitment work, analysis of research data is descriptive. Perfect research results. In terms of realism indicators, it has not worked perfectly, such as the skills of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsive indicator, all officers who carry out health training services are classified as responsive to training participants. Assurance indicators in health training centers are very much determined by the performance of health services. Tangible indicators in the form of the appearance of the apparatus when carrying out services, comfort right when the service takes place. The Empathy Indicator puts the interests of training participants first, serves in a friendly, courteous and courteous manner, officers do not discriminate and are able to respect training participants.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of adequate accommodation policies for students with disabilities at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of adequate accommodation policies for students with disabilities at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses the theory of Edward III. The result of this study is that the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta has implemented the regulation, but it has not run optimally because there are several obstacles such as infrastructure that has existed long before the entry of students with disabilities, limited budget devoted to disability infrastructure, and there has been no special training for staff / employees so that it has not produced excellent service for students with disabilities.

Abstract

Parenting in the digital era is a challenge for parents to be able to adapt so they can sort out the positive and negative influences of technological developments on their children. The use of gadgets by children causes various problems when parents lack understanding in parenting in the digital era. The aim of community service activities is to provide assistance to parents in RT 05, Cinangka-Depok Village. The activity method is through: 1) education and socialization and assistance in using gadgets; 2) socialization of the application and child-friendly features; 3) parenting assistance in the digital era. Community service activities will be carried out in August and September 2023. The results of the activities obtained from the pretest and posttest calculations are as follows: a) knowing the negative impact of gadgets previously 67% increased to 92%; b) knowing the positive impact of gadgets, previously 56% to 87%; c) knowing the difference in the influence of gadgets on early childhood and adolescence, previously 58% increased to 93%; d) knowing child-friendly gadget applications and features, previously 43% increased to 89%; d) knowing about parenting in the digital era previously 52% increased to 91%. There has been an increase in the knowledge of participants in community service.

Abstract

Tata kelola pasar Rengasdengklok megalami berbagai permasalahan seperti penumpukan sampah yang tidak beraturan, kemacetan, serta tidak tertatanya para pedangang karena didominasi oleh pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karawang berinisiasi melakukan relokasi untuk menata ulang pasar Rengasdengklok, namun proses relokasi mengalami berbagai penolakan pedagang terutama PKL. Penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan harga kios yang ditawarkan pihak ketiga kurang sesuai atau terlalu tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Daerah, swasta dan para pedagang dalam tata kelola pasar dengan menggambarkan peran masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan di pasar baru belum siap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para pedagang, serta harga kios yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi. Kehadiran PKL yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan sewa juga dirasakan menjadi ketidakadilan bagi warga Ikatan Para Pedagang Rengasdengklok (IPPR). Peran sektor privat yaitu PT VIM menjadi dominan dalam pengelolaan pasar, sehingga para pedagang perlu mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk memperoleh pelayanan agar kenyamanan pasar tetap di perhatikan PT VIM. Kesimpulan bahwa peran Pemda setelah dilakukan relokasi dialihkan kepada sektor privat, sehingga koordinasi pengelolaan pasar dilakukan antara IPPR dengan PT VIM.

Abstract

Mekarjaya Village is one of the villages in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, where the majority of the population earn a living as rice field and garden farmers. The types of plantations in Mekarjaya Village are dominated by rhizome/ medicinal plants such as ginger, turmeric, and others, which can be developed to become village characteristics as medicinal plant plantations. Problems related to the yield of rhizome plantations/ medicinal plants, namely (1) the benefits and potential of rhizome plants are not widely known by the public and (2) farmers have only planted a few types of rhizome, even though there are many other types of rhizome that have potential. This is what we are trying to overcome through educating the public, especially farmers, regarding the benefits and potential of the rhizome plant as a medicinal plant, followed by education regarding its diversification. Activities begin with scanning and mapping existing conditions and problems, reviewing previous programs to see alternative possible programs that can be run, social approaches to local government and the community to obtain common perceptions, coordination with stakeholders, the implementation of educational activities. The result of the activity is an increase in knowledge and understanding of the benefits and diversification of medicinal plants in the Mitra Tani Indah Farmer Group, Mekarjaya Village, Rumpin District.
