Abstract

Background: Student management is an important aspect in school management that aims to provide the best educational services to students. In recent decades, research has emphasized the importance of performance-based student management in improving the quality of education. This approach focuses not only on administrative aspects, but also on the development of student character and competence through structured and measurable programs. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The focus of the study includes student planning, student admissions, orientation, attendance arrangements, and student discipline. Findings: This study found that student management is carried out in a structured manner through activity planning, performance-based selection systems, new student orientation, attendance monitoring, and character development through extracurricular activities. The entire process is supported by the use of technology to enhance administrative efficiency and parental engagement. Conclusion: The implementation of performance-based student management can improve the quality of education and shape the character of students better. Schools need to strengthen the student selection system with a more comprehensive method and improve student development programs through a personal approach and the use of educational technology. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study offers new insights into the implementation of performance-based student management in Islamic-based high schools, which can be a model for other schools in improving the effectiveness of student management as a whole.

Abstract

Keberhasilannya proses belajar mengajar sangat ditentukan oleh seorang guru yang melakukan transfer ilmu (knowledge transfer) melalui proses pembelajrannya,dalam hal ini strategi pembelajaran menjadi penting dalam proses belajar tersebut. Banyak pembelajaran pembelajaran di kelas yang dilakukan oleh para gura, pembelajaran yang sering digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut, antara lain:Pembelajaran Ceramah, Pembelajaran Tanya jawab, Pembelajaran diskusi, Pembelajaran pemberian tugas, Pembelajaran demontrasi, Pembelajaran karyawisata, Kerja kelompok (inquiri), Pembelajaran bermain peran, Pembelajaran dialog, Pembelajaran bantah membantah, dan Pembelajaran bercerita. Berdasarkan pertimbangan di atas, maka perlu dikembangkan suatu metode pembelajaran yang mampu melibatkan peran serta siswa secara menyeluruh sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak hanya didominasi oleh siswa-siswa tertentu saja. Selain itu, melalui pemilihan metode pembelajaran tersebut diharapkan sumber informasi yang diterima siswa tidak hanya dari guru melainkan juga dapat meningkatkan peran serta dan keaktifan siswa dalam mempelajari dan menelaah ilmu yang ada terutama mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas maka dirumuskanlah judul penelitian tindakan kelas ini sebagai berikut: “Peningkatan hasil belajar bercakap cakap bahasa inggris melalui pembelajaran dengan media games puzzle pada siswa kelas V SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024”, Berdasarkan yang ada maka rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah, Bagaimana aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan media games puzzle untuk peningkatan hasil belajar bercakap cakap bahasa inggris pada siswa kelas V SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA serta Apakah pembelajaran dengan media games puzzle dapat meningkatkan kepahaman siswa kelas V SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA tentang memberi informasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu bentuk kajian yang bersifat reflektif oleh pelaku tindakan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemantapan rasional dan juga menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu tindakan-tindakan mereka dalam melaksanakan tugas serta Games Puzzle merupakan bentuk permainan yang menantang daya kreatifitas dan ingatan siswa lebih mendalam dikarenakan munculnya motivasi untuk senantiasa mencoba memecahkan masalah, namun tetap menyenangkan sebab bisa di ulang-ulang

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the problems of Integrated Services (PATENT) in the Winongan District Office, Pasuruan Regency with a MANUAL queuing system. From some information gathered from people queuing, services using a manual queuing system are less effective and efficient. So, to meet the needs of good community service, District Offices need to innovate a DIGITAL queuing system. Integrated Service (PATENT) problems at the Winongan District Office, Pasuruan Regency with a MANUAL queuing system. From some information gathered from people queuing, services using a manual queuing system are less effective and efficient. So, to meet the needs of good community service, District Office Agencies need to innovate a DIGITAL queuing system. Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

Abstract

Low human resources in schools is a problem that often occurs, causing a major impact on the quality of education implementation. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources through in-service training programs which are the right and effective solution to overcome this problem. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources especially educators. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. The purpose of study are to find out how the development of human resources process from teacher staff to improve the quality education and how the supporting and inhibiting factors to impove the quality education at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources educators has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bagian Pelayanan Sosial UPT PSBR Blitar, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada bulan Maret 2024. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pegawai pada seksi pelayanan sosial PSBR Blitar telah memahami tugas mereka, masih ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan kompetensi mereka. Kurangnya pelatihan yang terarah dan pengawasan yang efektif dari atasan menjadi hambatan utama dalam pengembangan SDM. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya investasi dalam pelatihan dan bimbingan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

HR (Human Resources) development in sub-district offices refers to efforts to improve the quality, capacity and performance of employees working at the sub-district level. HR development is a strategic process that involves various activities and programs to strengthen the capabilities of individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. The aim is to improve efficiency, effectiveness and services provided to the community. Human resources are one of the most important assets for an organization/company. The role of human resources for organizations/companies is not only seen from the results of work productivity but also seen from the quality of work produced, even further, the superiority of an organization/company is also determined by the superiority of its human competitiveness, not determined by its natural resources. The stronger the knowledge of human resources, the stronger the company's competitiveness. Improving the quality of human resources, and therefore, this paper draws a conclusion, namely "Human Resource Management in the Kangayan District Office". Based on the introduction outlined above, the problem formulation that can be taken is how to manage and empower existing human resources in the Kangayan sub-district office so that it has benefits and functions even though the existing human resources are very limited, it can be achieved through the human resource development process, Human Resource Management (HRDM) is very closely related to HR in an organization or company. HRM itself has many benefits and functions and is useful in managing and empowering existing human resources who are planning to join an organization or company.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the applied strategy of employees quality development, the programs applied and the obstacles which are experienced by PT Bank Central Asia – KCP Sumenep in developing their employees. The researcher used the employees’ development theory by Werther & Davis as the approach of analysis. Besides, the researcher also used the employees’ development theory by Hasibuan. This research is descriptive describing and analyzing collected data during the research with qualitative approach. The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. The obstacles which are experienced by BCA are tight working hours and limited development funds, conditional difference in region and the absence of human resource division in branch office

Abstract

Lingkungan pendidikan adalah segala sesuatu yang ada dan terjadi di sekeliling proses pendidikan itu berlangsung yang terdiri dari masyarakat beserta lingkungan yang ada disekitarnya. Semua keadaan lingkungan tersebut berperan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap proses peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan atau kualitas lulusan pendidikan. Perhatian manajer pendidikan/Top Manajemen (Kepala Sekolah) seharusnya adalah berupaya untuk mengintegrasikan sumber-sumber pendidikan dan memanfaatkannya secara optimal mungkin, sehingga semua sumber tersebut memberikan kontribusi terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Salah satu sumber yang perlu dikelola adalah lingkungan masyarakat atau orang tua murid, termasuk stakeholders. Yang menjadi pertanyaan sekarang adalah: Mengapa Manajemen Pendidikan perlu Menangani Masyarakat (perlu Hubungan Sekolah Dengan Masyarakat), secara optimal baik orang tua murid, stakeholders, tokoh masyarakat maupun institusi yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. fokus tersebut diatas, dapat dirumuskan masalah sebagai berikut yaitu: Bagaimanakah Prosedur Pelaksanaan Hubungan Sekolah Dengan Masyarakat di SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo serta Bagaimanakah proses Promosi Sekolah Kepada Masyarakat di SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo
