Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah a) pengurus koperasi memahami Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) Syariah No 107 tentang Akuntansi Ijarah, b) pengurus koperasi memahami tentang Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional - Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) No. 25/DSN/MUI/III/2002 tentang rahn, c) pengurus koperasi memahami Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN-MUI) No. 26/DSN/MUI/III/2002 tentang penetapan cara menggadai emas, besarnya biaya ongkos, serta biaya penyimpanan barang. Metode penerapan ipteks yang dilakukan adalah a) pengurus koperasi terlebih dahulu dipahamkan tentang konsep dasar ijarah, konsep dasar rahn, konsep dasar qard, b) pengurus koperasi dilatih penggunaan akad-akad ijarah, rahn, qard untuk membuat produk-produk jasa syariah termasuk gadai. Produk pembiayaan gadai dengan menggabungkan beberapa akad yaitu akad rahn, akad ijarah dan aqad qardh, dengan berpedoman pada SAK 107 tentang Akuntansi Ijarah dan Fatwa DSN-MUI, c) pengurus koperasi akan dilatih pengakuan dan pengukuran akuntansi ijarah dan akuntansi rahn serta akuntansi qard. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini pengurus koperasi memahami konsep ijarah yang digunakan pada konsep praktis dalam bentuk sewa untuk menyimpan barang gadai. Pengurus koperasi memahami konsep qardh yang digunakan pada konsep praktis dalam bentuk pinjaman tanpa tambahan berupa bunga. Pengurus koperasi memahami konsep rahn yang digunakan pada konsep praktis dalam bentuk gadai.

Abstract

Environmental issues continue to be a global concern, driven by exploitative human behavior that disrupts ecological balance. Literature, as a reflection of reality, often addresses environmental problems through narratives that raise ecological awareness among readers. This study aims to describe the representation of environmental issues in the novel Tiang Garam by Royyan Julian and its relevance to teaching Indonesian Language and Literature. A qualitative descriptive method with an ecocriticism approach was employed. The research data consist of textual excerpts depicting environmental problems, with the primary source being the novel Tiang Garam. Data collection was conducted using observation and note-taking techniques, and data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, modified to suit the research needs. The findings highlight three major environmental issues in the novel: (1) deforestation, (2) environmental pollution, and (3) animal exploitation, all resulting from human activities. The conclusion reveals that Tiang Garam is highly relevant as teaching material for Indonesian Language and Literature, particularly in fostering students' ecological awareness and encouraging responsible attitudes toward nature conservation.

Abstract

Beli.in is an application that provides services for daily needs and provides other services recommendations. This study aims to improve interface of the Beli.in application so that it will be more comfortable for application users. Design Sprint method used in this redesigning study and drawing conclusions with System Usability Scale (SUS). The design sprint method is done in five stages: understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate in five days. The results were tested back to the user with a questionnaire to show that the results of the new design have been well received by the user.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the usability of the user experience of the Kharisma Classroom website based on user experience using the USE Questionnaire method. This method has 4 aspects, namely Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The study began by using questionnaires via google form as a data collection tool, then distributed to 33 respondents, then continued by testing the validity of the data to analyze the data resulting in 23 items of questions worth processing. After that, it continued by testing the data rehabilitation of 23 question items by generating a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.876. The results of this study include 4 aspects of use questionnaire, in the form of usefulness aspect with a percentage of 92.12%, ease of use aspect with a percentage of 91.11%, ease of learning aspect with a percentage of 91.21%, and satisfaction aspect with a percentage of 90.53%. Thus, for the overall results of this study has a percentage of 91.15% (very worth), so it can be concluded that the Kharisma Classroom website has met the standards or criteria in the USE Questionnaire method.

Abstract

Search Buddy is a website-based application developed to help people find services online which can be found at url address www.searchbuddy.my.id. Research was conducted to analyze the usability level of the Search Buddy website. The approach that will be used to test the usability is the WEBUSE method because the WEBUSE method is specifically designed for web-based systems. The WEBUSE method produces an average value of 0.648 which indicates that the Search Buddy website is at the Good usability level. Therefore, it can be concluded that the website is well received and meets the needs of its users while using it.

Abstract

Blok Karuh merupakan salah satu area Rencana Pengembangan Seluruh Wilayah (RPSW) yang merupakan eks PKP2B dari PT Arutmin Indonesia. Pelaksanaan reklamasi dalam bentuk revegetasi di blok Karuh telah selesai dilaksanakan dan berangsur-angsur telah selesai dilakukan perawatan hingga tahun 2022. Blok Karuh juga menyisakan Danau Pascatambang sebagai upaya reklamasi bantuk lain. Danau Pascatambang Karuh memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai obyek wisata, keramba jaring apung (KJA) dan sumber air bersih sebagaimana upaya-upaya yang pernah dilakukan. Selain perusahaan, keterlibatan masyarakat dan pemerintah selaku stakeholder juga diperlukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan program-program yang telah diupayakan tersebut. Keberadaan infrastruktur memiliki peran yang sangat vital, khusunya akses jalan sebagai penghubung jalan provinsi ke lokasi Danau Pacatambang yang memakan waktu tempuh dua jam perjalanan.Keberhasilan Danau Pascatambang Karuh dalam mendukung pulihnya ekosistem salah satunya diindikasikan dengan kualitas air danau pascatambang yang telah memenuhi baku mutu lingkungan sesuai Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan No.36 Tahun 2008 Tetang Baku Mutu Limbah Cair untuk parameter TSS, pH, Fe, Cd, Mn. Kualitas air yang baik ini secara langsung mendukung kesuksesan pertubuhan dan perkembangan biota air. Berdasarkan indeks Shanon Wanner 1994, hasil pengamatan Indeks Keanekaragaman (H’) dari fitoplankton dan zooplankton pada Danau Pascatambang Karuh, masuk dalam kriteria perairan sedang dengan keadaan struktur komunitas stabil, sedangkan dalam Indeks Keseragaman (E’) masuk dalam kriteria perairan sangat baik dengan keadaan penyebaran jenis dalam komunitas sangat merata. Dengan demikian secara umum kondisi ini menunjukan hasil yang baik dan sangat layak untuk kehidupan fitoplankton dan zooplankton. Pengujian fish tissue nekton dengan jenis Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang bersumber dari Danau Pascatambang dilakukan pada tahun 2018 dan 2023, dimana hasilnya tidak menunjukan peningkatan signifikan kadar logam dalam tubuh ikan tersebut. Kegiatan penilaian reklamasi hutan dan reklamasi tambang (JAMREK) di area Pascatambang Karuh telah dilakukan dan kawasan hutannya telah dikembalikan sebagian kepada pemerintah. Hal demikian menjadi indikator keberhasilan pertumbuhan dan perkembagan reklamasi dalam bentuk vegetasi. Perkembangan flora dan fauna pada area reklamasi vegetasi Pascatambang Karuh dan perkembangan biota Danau Pascatambang saling mendukung satu sama lain. Keberadaannya menjadi indikator keberhasilan ekosistem Pascatambang telah pulih dari kerusakaan yang disebabkan selama masa operasi penambangan.

Abstract

Saheb is a web-based pet shop application built with Next.js and Firebase, offering pet product sales and online veterinary consultation services. However, Saheb faces challenges in integrating with third-party applications and system efficiency due to its reliance on Firebase. This study aims to design a REST API using Express.js to enhance modularity, integration, and application performance. The research methodology includes literature review, REST API design using layered architecture principles, and JWT authentication implementation. Evaluation shows that the REST API implementation reduced Firebase resource usage by 57.66% and significantly improved website performance, with average reductions in Speed Index, TBT, and LCP times. The integration of the REST API with third-party applications successfully facilitates interaction without direct Firebase connections. The study concludes that the implementation of REST API improves the efficiency, scalability, and performance of the Saheb application, and opens up opportunities for further development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of user acceptance towards the Beli.in application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM was chosen as the analytical tool to understand the factors influencing user acceptance of the technology. The study focused on three TAM variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and actual use. Data were collected from 32 respondents using a questionnaire. The research findings showed that respondents positively accepted the Beli.in application. The percentage of agreement for the perceived ease of use variable reached 74.06%, indicating that the application is considered easy to use in the process of searching and obtaining information about products. The perceived usefulness variable reached a percentage of 67.5%, indicating that the application is considered beneficial in helping users find daily necessities. However, the actual use variable had a lower percentage at 52.5%, indicating that there is still room to improve application usage. In conclusion, the results of this study provide an overview of user perceptions towards the Beli.in application.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence of investor reactions to the disclosure of Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) for companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. The motivation for this study is the lack of research in Indonesia examining the impact of MD&A on investor decisions, as illustrated by market reactions to stock returns and trading volume activity (TVA). The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Annual Reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Refinitiv ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data, and the list of Historical Prices from Yahoo Finance for the period 2015-2021. This study includes 259 data points from 37 companies over the period 2015-2021. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression and non-parametric partial correlation tests. The results indicate that (1) there is no significant positive relationship between MD&A disclosures and stock returns, but (2) there is a significant positive effect of MD&A disclosures on trading volume activity (TVA). This study also incorporates a paired sample t-test to identify differences in stock prices and TVA before and after the disclosure. Implementing these strategies can enhance the productivity and performance of healthcare institutions.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the usability of the SaveMoney application concerning user experience. SaveMoney is designed to notify users about their financial expenses and income. Data collection for this analysis involved literature reviews and questionnaires, employing the USE Questionnaire technique, which assesses four criteria: usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. The results, measured with a Likert scale, show that Usefulness received a score of 80.08%, Ease of Use scored 83.27%, Ease of Learning was 86.67%, and Satisfaction was 85.33%. These percentages indicate that the application performs well in these areas. Overall, the average percentage across all variables was 83.60%, suggesting that the SaveMoney application meets the standards of the USE Questionnaire.
