Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia semakin meningkat dan persoalan yang ditimbulkan juga semakin kompleks. Penyalagunaan narkoba tidak dipungkiri banyak terjadi dikalangan remaja yang berdampak buruk baik secara fisik, psikis, ekonomi sosial dan lain sebagainya. Perilaku sebagian remaja yang telah mengabaikan nilai-nilai, kaidah, norma serta hukum yang berlaku dalam masyarakat menjadi salah satu pemicu maraknya penyalagunaan narkoba di kalangan generasi muda. Tujuan kegiatan pegabdian adalah mensosialisasikan bahaya penyalagunaan narkoba. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data melalalui observasi dan wawancara, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman baik dan benar tentang bahaya penyalagunaan narkoba, sehingga dapat mencegah dan menanggulangi penyalagunaan dan peredaran gelap  narkoba khususnya di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the factors of divorce in members of a police force, the impacts, and alternatives offered by the court judge to overcome divorce problems from a positive law perspective, the juridical-sociological method. The study took place in the coverage area of Court in Gorontalo, Suwawa, and Limboto. Further, the present work applied a case approach and statute approach. The data from primary and secondary sources were collected from the literature study and field research. The results showed that the factors of divorce comprise: prolonged quarrelling, cheating, economic problems, and domestic violence. The divorce cases lead to several problems that impact the married couple, their children, and their shared wealth. Referring to the Islamic Law perspective, the court Judge provides several alternatives to optimise mediation as dispute settlement before divorce as a last resort. Moreover, the Judge provides post-divorce alternatives to ensure that the ex-husband gives the iddah and mut'ah allowances to his ex-wife and that the ex-husband still supports the children's development.

Abstract

Wakaf produktif merupakan skema pengelolaan donasi wakaf dari ummat, yakni dengan memproduktifkan donasi sehingga menghasilkan surplus yang berkelanjutan. Pada dasarnya wakaf itu bersifat produktif yang telah menghasilkan dimana hasilnya dimanfaatkan sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Namun dalam praktiknya wakaf produktif belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara tertib sehingga banyak wakaf yang tidak terpelihara, sebagaimana mestinya, terlantar atau teralihkan ke tangan pihak ketiga dengan cara melawan hukum. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi melalui penyuluhan hukum. adapun sasaran pada kegiatan tersebut adalah masyarakat Desa Botutonuo khususnya para nazhir. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan yang semula mencapai 20,5% menjadi 50,4%, hal tersebut terlihat dari antusias masyarakat yang banyak mengajukan pertanyaan. Tim pengabdian berharap melalui kegiatan tersebut bisa memotivasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi yang dimilikinya menuju masyarakat sejaterah.

Abstract

This study explored the intersectionality of project-based learning (PBL), socioeconomic status (SES), and academic achievement through a multifaceted analysis. Quantitative analysis examined correlations between PBL implementation, SES indicators, and academic outcomes, revealing a positive association between PBL and improved achievement, particularly among students from lower SES backgrounds. Qualitative insights enriched understanding by highlighting challenges and opportunities of PBL across diverse socioeconomic contexts, emphasizing the role of family background and community support. Integration of quantitative and qualitative findings underscored the complex interplay between PBL, SES, and academic success, revealing convergent patterns and divergent perspectives. Implications for educational policy and practice were discussed, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions to address systemic inequalities and promote equitable access to quality education. Future research directions were also identified to further elucidate the dynamics of PBL, SES, and academic achievement. Overall, this study contributes to advancing knowledge on educational equity and student success, highlighting the potential of PBL as a tool for fostering inclusive learning environments.

Abstract

Longgo as a dish in traditional ceremonies for welcoming guests in Tolangohula District is not yet fully understood and known by the people of Gorontalo. Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to describe the structure of Longgo presentation in the traditional ceremony of welcoming guests in Sukamakmur Village, Tolangohula District, Gorontalo Regency. This research method is qualitative research which aims to provide a detailed description of the phenomena related to the problem being studied. The results of the research show that the movements in longgo consist of three movements, including respect movements, security movements, and inviting movements.

Abstract

Local culture-based education represents a learning paradigm that integrates local cultural wisdom and values into educational curricula and practices. The aim of this approach is to create a learning environment that is rooted in the social, cultural, and student environment, thus enriching the learning process with relevant experiences and perspectives. In this study, we explored the benefits of local culture-based education, including strengthening cultural identities, developing skills relevant to local contexts, and increasing community engagement and participation in the educational process. The method of research used is literature by searching for references that match the context of research. Research results show that students who participate in local culture-based education tend to have a greater sense of pride and appreciation for their cultural heritage, which has a positive impact on learning motivation and a sense of attachment to the community. Furthermore, curricula designed to meet local needs and potential encourage the application of skills in authentic settings, enhancing the relevance and applicability of learning. Implementation of local culture-based education also facilitates intercultural dialogue, strengthens tolerance, and encourages intergenerational collaboration, enriching the learning environment and society as a whole.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses belajar yang dibangun oleh guru untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas berpikir yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik serta kemampuan mengkontruksikan pengetahuan baru. Pembelajaran merupakan upaya meningkatkan penguasaan yang baik terhadap materi pelajaran. Selain itu, pembelajaran sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan bakat dan membentuk sikap peserta didik. Namun, kenyataan yang ada bahwa proses pembelajaran lebih cenderung pada pembelajaran non-praktikal sehingga peserta didik hanya fokus pada penjelasan guru dan kurang mendapat pengalaman praktikal. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan metode Jigsaw untuk mengupayakan keterlibatan peserta didik agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik dalam bermain alat musik. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran Marwas menggunakan metode Jigsaw pada peserta didik kelas VIII-3 di SMP Negeri 2 Tibawa. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran Jigsaw. Hasil. Penelitian dilakukan selama 8 pertemuan pembelajaran dengan 2 kali evaluasi. Evaluasi pertama yaitu eveluasi dalam bentuk ujian tulis memperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 24 peserta didik yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata 82,54. Kemudian pada evaluasi kedua yakni berupa ujian praktik, ada sebanyak 24 peserta didik memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata 91. Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Jigsaw dalam membelajarkan alat musik tradisional Marwas dapat meningkatkan rata-rata hasil belajar Seni Musik peserta didik.
