Abstract

One of the most important determinants of manajerial effectiveness for a leader is success in organizing and influencing subordinates for keeping institution ( or office ) assets. The present research examine the correlations between leadership and operative accounting in Universitas Islam “ 45 “ Bekasi with the sample consisted of 17 leaders and 40 accounting/finance staffs. This research find aut that 0,109 correlation coefficient (r). This study also conclude that there is a weak correlation between leadership and operative accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership with knowledge codification strategies. Here, transformational leadership with personalization strategies knowledge has codification relationship strategies with human capital and personalization strategies (effectiveness of human resources). In this study, we used quantitative data and structural equation modelling techniques to test the model. The confirmation factor analysis is performed to check internal reliability and data validity. Besides, the questionnaire form was adopted from previous literature. The results show a hypothesis testing with a real level of 0.05 obtained p-value of 0.000

Abstract

Employee performance is determined by several factors, including employee development practices, work engagement, organizational citizenship behaviour, task performance, and job creator. Here, the implementation of several, factors has become important points during improving job performance to achieve Company's goals. However, the implementation factors are interrelated with job performance improvement. In this study, we use a quantitative approach with a survey method to obtain leadership effects on organizational learning and organizational innovation in shaping of organizational performance. Here we were distributed questionnaires to 300 employees of banking companies in Bekasi City, then the data were analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The result show in the fact that these factors can really affect the performance of employees in companies in the banking sector, where comparisons will be made. how these factors influence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

PT Kelola Lingkungan Kita (PT KLK) is an integrated hazardous waste management company, covering services in the sectors of transportation, collection, processing and utilization of B3 waste with working areas such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara and Bali. As a new company, PT KLK needs to see the effectiveness of its capital in order to obtain profits as planned. This study aimed to know the efficiency in working capital planning at PT KLK as an effort to increase probability. In this study we used descriptive quantitative which means the data observation is describing by collected data without intending to make general conclusions. The results of this study are PT. KLK must optimize capital turnover in the following years. The result is that efficiency in the use of capital is still not good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of perception of justice, recovery disconfirmation, recovery satisfaction in positive word of mouth behaviour after failure delivery over fast food restaurants service. Fast food restaurant customers were chosen as the object of the current study, the products by fast food restaurant have specialties taste. The products by this restaurant have won customers’ trust which is known as a high-quality brand. In this study, the analytical model by using Structural Equation Modelling and SPSS 25 Program was proposed to process the data. The results show failure service fast food restaurant on perception effect of customer justice on PWOM through mediators such as recovery disconfirmation, inconsistency between expectations for recovery satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Post-recovery satisfaction by forming a bond between the customer and the service provider. The addressing service failures successfully is essential to a reputation for delivering a quality service and allows industry practitioners to maintain strong relationships with customers and, subsequently, earn the greater market share enjoyed by high-quality organizations with reliability test 0.971. Here, the findings suggest that quality professional service should aim to maximize the influence of fast-food restaurant customers’ perception of justice on their post-complaint behaviour through the development of dual mediators: recovery disconfirmation and recovery satisfaction. Thus, can help quality professionals influence restaurant customers’ post-complaint behaviour in a positive way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB karyawan perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan freight forwarding. Peranan kepemimpinan transformasional sangat penting karena pemimpin dengan karkater demikian mampu mempengaruhi karyawan lain agar mampu menciptakan budaya kerja yang baik, loyal terhadap perusahaan sehingga akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, OCB karyawan menjadi poin penting yang perlu diperhatikan karena OCB meupakan budaya yang terbentuk antar karyawan untuk saling membatu yang menjadikan kinerja setiap karyawan meningkat. Hubungan antar variabel pada penelitian ini terdapat variabel mediasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan survey secara online dengan Google-form, serta fokus penelitian ini pada responden yang bekerja di perusahaan freight forwarding yang masa kerjanya sudah >2 tahun dimana pendekatan dalam metode penelitian ini dengan PLS-SEM dan menggunakan SmartPLS. Temuan pada penelitian ini diyakini bahwa pemimpin transformasional sebagai peran utama pada variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan perusahaan freight forwarding karena pemimpin seperti ini menginspirasi karyawan lain untuk bersikap loyal dan peka terhadap lingkungan kerja, dengan demikian penguatan pada kepemimpinan transformasional sangat penting.

Abstract

Learning does not only involve the transfer of knowledge but also requires the active interaction and collaboration among students. One effective way to foster interaction and collaboration is by incorporating icebreaking activities in the classroom. An interview conducted revealed that teachers expressed a need for further development of icebreaking activities. As a response, a community service activity was initiated, involving the provision of training of teachers on the development of icebreaking activities in teaching and learning process. The training aimed to enhance teachers’ knowledge and professional skills to establish a fun learning atmosphere and motivate the students. The development of teachers’ knowledge and skill development can inspire them to design and implement effective icebreaking activities. This community service employed various methods, including lecturing, presentations, discussions, and simulations engaging 229 Junior high school, Jakarta. The finding suggested that the community service significantly contributed to improving the teachers’ knowledge and skills in developing icebreaking activities, fostering their students’ learning readiness, creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment, and promoting social interaction among students and teachers. Furthermore, it has the potential to enhance students’ engagement in learning process, leading to improved academic performance.  Key words: icebreaking activities, social interaction, and collaboration

Abstract

This study highlights the important role of social media marketing activity (SMMA) and customer experience (CX) in shaping customer relationship quality on TikTok social media, with the aim of investigating the influence on customer relationship quality, and how this influence impacts purchase intention, loyalty intention, and participation intention. This study involved 504 respondents who were TikTok Shop users who had certain criteria using an online survey to measure six main variables through 47 statements. With this, the research developed a framework with the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS. The results of this study show that all hypotheses are accepted and have a positive influence which indicates that consumer behavior, especially loyalty intention, has a high effect. good relationship quality increases loyalty intention because of trust, satisfaction, and transparent communication. SMMA and CX also play a role in influencing relationship quality by providing information and interactive content, and improving relationship quality. This research provides insight to companies regarding the potential of "TikTok" as a marketing channel to support sustainable business growth with marketing strategies that promote positive customer behavior by providing opportunities for marketers to develop strategies that focus more on visual creativity and marketing strategies through short videos, where Tiktok Shop can increase brand awareness and purchase intention can have a positive impact on marketing activities, increase brand awareness.

Abstract

The digital bookkeeping training program is an effort to develop businesses to better manage their business finances. Development in a business needs to be done by utilizing technology from traditional to digital methods. This digital bookkeeping training can help MSMEs record their financial books easily using the BukuWarung application. The BukuWarung application can make it easier for MSMEs to carry out bookkeeping and recording of their business finances. Because it contains various features that make business activities easier, can reduce the cost of using paper, the risk of human error and loss of physical evidence because data is stored on a smartphone, and there is financial report analysis. So, business actors no longer need to record manually. The training was carried out with one of the MSMEs in Karangjaya village, namely Kedai Syabil, which is a food shop in Kobakrengas hamlet. This activity produces MSME players who are aware of the importance of financial bookkeeping in a business, and becomes a motivation for business development in carrying out bookkeeping every day in their business.
