Abstract

Perkembangan pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia sangat pesat,saat ini pelaku usaha sudah sangat banyak yang memanfaatkan platform online dalam memasarkan produknya. Selain itu, dalam mendapatkan modal untuk usaha yang dijalankan para UKM mendapatkan pendanaan yang berasal dari urun dana (crowdfunding) Sistem ini bisa dilakukan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan memudahkan pelaku usaha. Crowdfunding berbasis teknologi informasi ini akan menyediakan alternatif pembiayaan bagi UKM selain perbankan dan lembaga pembiayaan tradisional lainnya. PT Esa Dana Unggul sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan platform securities crowdfunding (SCF) yang bergerak di sektor properti hadir untuk membantu pengembang (developer)dalam mengambil peluang menyediakan rumah tinggal dengan mendukung ketersedian modal pengembangan properti dan masyarakat yang ingin berinvestasi dengan mudah, cepat serta meminimalisir risiko kerugian. PT Esa Dana akan mempertemukan pemodal dan penerbit melalui platform Esa Dana. Penawaran efek melalui layanan urun dana berbasis teknologi informasi, sudah diatur dengan jelas dalam POJK Nomor 57/POJK.04/2020. Manajemen risiko adalah proses interaktif yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Esa Dana untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan memitigasi risiko-risiko yang muncul baik dari pihak internal maupun pihak eskternal yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis PT Esa Dana. Kemampuan untuk mengelola risiko sangat tergantung pada karakteristik bisnis model yang berjalan dan harus memperhitungkan kerentanan dalam penilaian risiko. PT Esa Dana memiliki karakteristik model yang cukup unik sehingga proses manajemen risiko akan dilihat dari internal dan eksternal Perusahaan, risiko yang timbul bagi penerbit, serta risiko yang timbul bagi investor. PT Esa Dana. PT Esa Dana akan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen risiko pada ISO 31000:2018. Analisis ini membantu PT Esa Dana dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam memitigasi risiko yang timbul.

Abstract

After determining operational goals and targets, Simpel OM then determines a strategy so that the quality of work of employees and Operators becomes competitive and credible. The Simple OM human capital strategy is applied more to developing the skills and direction of each staff's job description, especially those that are closely related to the main strategy in QSPM. QSPM related to HR is recruiting qualified and experienced IT staff as one way to run the Simple OM platform more easily and easily accessed, recruiting and training Field Marketing staff for outreach to material stores, the community and to provide communication and practice. Simple OM application for material shop users, employing quality and targeted human resources, and organizing and creating training that is right on target.

Abstract

The unemployment rate of graduates of the Diploma Three and Bachelor Programs is still very high, this happens because the competencies possessed by graduates do not match the qualifications requested by the company and there is also a decrease in the number of vacancies because they are still in the economic recovery period after the Covid 19 pandemic, so there is an imbalance between the number of vacancies and the number of job seekers and in the end the competition for jobs becomes tighter. This makes an opportunity for universities to build and develop a university whose graduates are able to compete in the world of work to meet customer needs and qualifications. One of them is Bina Insani University Bekasi which has the advantage of equipping graduates with competencies based on main hard skills, additional hard skills and soft skill competencies. to achieve its goals, business planning is carried out to improve the quality of its graduates, and to manage the variability of external factors, a thorough risk analysis is needed. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that external factors can be analyzed using Porter's analysis and PETS analysis which then to deal with the variability of external factor threats in business planning projects, can be done by identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, handling risks, communicating and consulting, monitoring and reviewing, finally recording and reporting risks. So that with a well-managed risk management function in each work unit, it is hoped that Bina Insani University Cikarang Campus can support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the company as a whole.

Abstract

Bina Insani University is one of the leading private universities in Indonesia. The development of Bina Insani University's business project on the Cikarang campus requires a large investment, both in terms of financial and human resources. Therefore, careful strategic planning is needed to ensure the success of the business development. The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic planning and human capital plan in the business development project of Bina Insani University on the Cikarang campus. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study used literature studies and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the strategic planning and human capital plan in Bina Insani University's business development project at the Cikarang campus had been carried out carefully. Strategic planning is done by establishing the long-term, input stage, the matching stage, the decision stage, the business level, and the lean business canvas model. The human capital plan is done with the stages of goals and objectives, corporate culture and values, organizational structure, human capital planning, and Human Resources Cost Projections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada formulasi strategi untuk mendukung digitalisasi lembaga pelatihan dan pembinaan UMKM di Indonesia, suatu sektor krusial yang menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Melalui penggunaan metode survei dan analisis data sekunder, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi adopsi digital di lembaga-lembaga tersebut dan merumuskan strategi efektif untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pembinaan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan spesifik UMKM, serta integrasi teknologi informasi, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi digital dan efektivitas operasional UMKM. Strategi pembinaan pasca-pelatihan, yang diidentifikasi melalui QSPM sebagai pilihan yang lebih atraktif, direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan guna mengoptimalkan potensi pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran manajemen risiko dalam mengatasi faktor eksternal dalam proyek perencanaan bisnis Bina Insani Universitas Kampus Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan studi literatur, kemudian dianalisis dalam tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko memiliki peran vital dalam mengatasi faktor eksternal dalam proyek perencanaan bisnis Bina Insani. Faktor eksternal tersebut dapat dianalisis menggunakan dua pendekatan analisis utama, yaitu analisis Porter dan analisis PEST. Usaha untuk menghadapi keragaman ancaman dari faktor eksternal dalam proyek perencanaan bisnis, langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil termasuk identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko, penanganan risiko, komunikasi dan konsultasi, pemantauan dan peninjauan, serta perekaman dan pelaporan risiko. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif membantu tim proyek untuk mengantisipasi dan merespons perubahan yang terjadi dalam lingkungan eksternal, sehingga proyek dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital-based marketing strategy implemented by FranchiseGlobal.com in order to increase exposure, market penetration, and brand awareness in the franchise industry. Using qualitative descriptive methods and a case study approach, this study explores digital marketing strategies that utilize big data, digital platforms, and social media to reach potential franchisees. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and direct observation of FranchiseGlobal.com's marketing activities. The results of the study indicate that the digital marketing strategy implemented by FranchiseGlobal.com, both in the short, medium, and long term, has succeeded in increasing the number of website visitors and brand awareness, although there are still challenges in expanding penetration into international markets, especially ASEAN. This study concludes that digital-based marketing is a crucial component in developing a franchise business more widely and effectively, and provides recommendations for optimizing the use of big data and technological innovation in future marketing strategies.

Abstract

Marketing activities are a company planning tool that has been made to meet company goals. One of the plans that the company uses is to use a marketing mix strategy in introducing its products. In our writing about the laundry industry business plan with the title LINEN RENTAL LAUNDRY WITH RFID TECHNOLOGY. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a wave-based identification technology using a means called an RFID tag to retrieve remote data. RFID has a very important part which is the frequency tag and tag reader. The tag reader reads the signal emitted by the RF. The tag responds by reemitting data including a unique serial number. When determining the target market that is suitable for the type and scale of the business. PT Think Clean Laundry must understand customer needs, expectations, and preferences, and offer added value that can differentiate PT Think Clean Laundry from competitors. Build strong and professional branding. demonstrate the quality, speed, and reliability of the service, and use social media, using state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and environmentally friendly equipment. PT. Think Clean Laundry should choose washing machines, irons/steams, and materials that can produce clean, hygienic, and neat clothes or textiles, while saving operational costs and reducing environmental impact. With the determination of marketing or sales planning, the business will be declared runnable and can be seen more clearly. Marketing planning is an activity that must be carried out and planned carefully so that it can see whether a business can and should be run or not. With this marketing or sales planning, it is hoped that the company can predict the right marketing method, and be able to ensure the sustainability of the company due to maximum sales. In this study, it was found that marketing planning is needed to understand the company's potential, targets and needs, expectations and desires of customers. Therefore, marketing/sales planning is the spearhead of a business and determines whether a business can and should be run, maintained and predicts the sustainability of a business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business development strategy of FranchiseGlobal.com through a comprehensive financial planning approach. As a digital platform offering franchise and business opportunities, FranchiseGlobal.com aspires to become the leading and innovative online franchise media. The research analyzes short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning to achieve profitability and business sustainability. A qualitative descriptive method and thematic analysis were employed for data analysis. The study examines key financial planning elements, including revenue planning, cost management, capital requirements, and five-year financial projections. The results show that sound financial planning can help the company achieve profitability targets within five years, indicated by a positive NPV, IRR above 10%, and a payback period of less than four years. The company's projected revenue growth is expected to remain stable through diversification of revenue streams and efficient capital management. The study concludes that appropriate financial strategies will be a crucial foundation for FranchiseGlobal.com to become Indonesia's leading digital franchise platform.
