Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has an impact on the education sector in Indonesia. This causes learning to change from conventional to online learning. This study aimed to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on online learning for UNESA PKO students. The research subjects were 176 students who were divided into several generations. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using survey method. The results showed that online learning was not effective enough (58%). The most perceived obstacle was internet quota packages that ran out quickly (40.61%). The most common suggestions put forward by subjects were online lectures, not only assignments and facilities provided, expected by students. It can be concluded that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred as a whole in the world, especially in Indonesia, dramatically affects the education process, especially in the sports sector, because we cannot directly practice and observe all student activities.

Abstract

Tracer Study (TS) is an effective media used to track the absorption of alumni of a university in the world of work and become an illustration of the existence of a university. The purpose of this study was to obtain alumni data for the 2019 and 2020 graduate years. Abstract

Abstract

Sports physical training is a physical activity that has a good effect on health, fitness and performance. Currently, many physical exercises have been developed, especially physical exercises using high intensity. The purpose of this study was to see the effects of high-intensity training on fitness and health in Sports Coaching Education students. In this study, the experimental pre-test post-test method was used involving seven untraining men and nine training men who are students majoring Sports Coaching Education (SCE). This study was conducted in four weeks, with frequency three times a week. The test used is the Shapiro-Wilk for normality check and Wilcoxon test to see the difference in pre-test and post-test after the sample gets high-intensity training treatment for four weeks. The results of this study showed differences in post HR Max, post bodyweight, post BMI, post sum recovery, and post HR rest (p<0.05). On the results of N-gain, tabata training was quite effective given to the group of training students than the untraining group. The conclusion in this study shows that the application of high-intensity training requires an adaptation process in the unfit student group to have a positive effect on the health and fitness of SCE students.

Abstract

Tabata workouts are exercises that use intensity with monotonous and numerous movements that pile up an injury. In the research, this researcher modified exercise tabata using bodyweight training to motivate students when they exercise with the Tabata model. Besides, modification intensity supports students who are spared from frequent injuries, especially athletes who exercise tabata with intensity. Research purposes This is for known influence exercise tabata to increase students' VO2Max with modification movement and intensity that has been modified. The type of research used is a study experiment with design one group pretest-posttest design research. 11 students will participate in a study; they will do exercise tabata with an intensity of 80-90% 3 times a week for 3 weeks. The entire subject involved in the study is active students who do physical activity at least 2 times a week. The paired sample t-test was used in the study. The research result is that there is a difference between pre and post-surgery students who exercise tabata for 3 weeks (p ≤ 0.05) with an increase in VO2Max by 15.93%. Conclusions study This exercise tabata for 3 weeks is capable of increasing VO2Max in students. Modified Tabata workout with bodyweight training movements with 8 different movements gives significant enhancement to students' VO2Max.

Abstract

The success of information cannot be separated from the use of online media; Website is one of the online media that is widely used by organizations to provide information quickly. Unfortunately, there are currently not many websites that directly provide information and can analyze and monitor users. This study aims to develop a physical test and measurement website to provide information and results of biological monitoring of athletes directly. This research uses a method of ten stages of research and development (R and D). The result of this study is that more than 90% of users rated website design, validity, ease of access, and functionality as accessible and excellent. Analyzing test results and measurements also positively impacts satisfaction using the test and measurement website developed by Surabaya State University. This study concludes that although improvements need to be made to this website, but overall this physical test and measurement website facilitates the assessment of test results and physical measurements, which can be seen directly by coaches: athletes, managers, to parents who are given access. Coaches, athletes, and parent organizations must be able to adapt to the use of technology, such as the Web, to support long-term athlete development processes and performance. Following the needs of athletes, identifying athlete achievements from test results and measurements will be easier because test and measurement norms can also be adjusted to the history of test results and measurements.
