Abstract

One of the diseases of the peripheral nervous system is Guillain-Barre Syndrome, this disease usually affects adults aged 30 years and over but does not rule out the possibility of attacking at various ages. This disease usually occurs in someone who has a deficiency of vitamins including B1, B6, B12 and among those who are addicted to alcohol, exposed to poisons and do too many repetitive movements. There are various kinds of symptoms that mark a patient with Guillain-Barre Syndrome including muscle pain, tingling, difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, loss of response to motor movements, increased pulse, indigestion, excessive sweating, unstable blood pressure. Then a study was carried out that utilized an expert system with the Bayes theorem algorithm. This system can make it easier for an expert to diagnose the patient's disease easily and more efficiently with the advantage of not having to meet directly between the patient and the doctor. Based on these problems, the researcher applied the algorithm above to produce a diagnosis with a percentage of the possibility that the patient suffered from this disease based on existing symptom data of 77.2%.

Abstract

The community's need for curiosity about the latest information makes news something that is always sought after and never goes extinct. One of the important elements in the world of news is the reporter. Reporters are people who are involved or play an important role in finding the latest information and covering everything that happens and conveying news or facts that happened at the scene directly to the public. In addition, reporters are also tasked with compiling various important information in a systematic and easy-to-understand manner so that the public can understand well about whatever is conveyed by the reporter. However, the amount of data makes it difficult for companies to select potential reporters. Because if done manually it is less effective. To solve these problems, a decision support system was created to assist the company in determining which applicants should be accepted. A decision support system (DSS) is a system that was created with the aim of helping parties who have difficulty making a decision or making an election with large amounts of data. In this study the method used is the EDAS method. the EDAS method is a method that functions to produce a ranking value from several choices so that a calculated value is obtained from each criterion attribute value. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out and has been carried out regarding the selection of prospective reporters who are eligible to be accepted by companies by optimizing the Decision Support System function by implementing the EDAS (Evaluation Based On Distance From Average Solution) method and the Rank Oder Centroid (ROC) weighting method, it is obtained the result is equal to 1.3093 with code B4 on behalf of syahputra as a reporter candidate that the company deserves to accept.

Abstract

Analysis of the quality of the items is carried out so that the questions made actually consist of quality items in order to measure learning outcomes. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not analyzed the questions they made because they think that analyzing the questions takes a long time and takes a lot of energy. As a result, many items used cannot produce correct data about student learning outcomes. Therefore, a Question Item Analysis System was made using the Website-based Item Response Theory method to determine the quality of the items presented. In this study, a website-based item analysis system was developed using the item response theory method with a 3PL approach model. This system is made one package with CBT. Responses from participants to analyze the items are obtained automatically when participants take the CBT test

Abstract

Youtube is an online video platform that has become one of the most popular and widely used websites in the world. YouTube's main goal is to provide facilities for content creators to upload the videos they create, interact with their audiences and provide users with a better and innovative video viewing experience, with features such as video browsing tailored to the user's interests and improved video quality. YouTube content is a term that refers to videos or other material uploaded to the YouTube platform, which is currently one of the largest websites in the world for sharing videos. In selecting Youtube content for early childhood, there are several criteria, namely: entertaining, not pornographic elements, increasing insight, not being violent, being creative. The results showed that the EDAS (Evaluation Based on Distance From Average Solution) method can provide an objective and accurate assessment by considering various relevant criteria. So as to produce YouTube content Omar and Hana ranked first (A2) with a score obtained 0.084 is YouTube content that is appropriate for children at an early age.

Abstract

The Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP Lecture) is a government program that has been implemented from 2020 until now. KIP Lectures are distributed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through universities in each region. Where each university gets a different quota - based on the level of progress of the college. The provision of quotas for each university based on the accreditation at each university raises its own problems for these universities. The problem faced is that the number of new prospective students who register to take the KIP Lecture program exceeds the quota set for each university. The provision of KIP Lecture assistance to the wrong person will lead to misuse of assistance and also inappropriate targets. The acceptance of the selection process for new prospective students can be seen from the previous process that has been carried out. Data mining is a technique used to solve problems in large data processing. Decision Tree is an algorithm that is included in the classification technique in data mining. The process in the decision tree aims to group or classify data against their respective classes. The results of the Decision Tree algorithm are in the form of decision trees and rules, the results obtained are in the form of rules that can be used for future decision-making processes

Abstract

Rain is a condition where water droplets fall from clouds to the earth. In life, the presence of rain is highly anticipated, rain can help people who have a profession as farmers. Rain that occurs on a large scale will really provide obstacles for the community, in addition to hampering activities or activities especially those carried out on outdoor rain can also cause disaster for the community in the form of flooding. Estimating rain for the community is very important, knowing whether it will rain or not can make it easier for the community to anticipate the possibilities that may occur due to rain. However, in the process of delivering forecasts, there is often an uneven distribution of information and delays in conveying information to the public regarding whether or not rain will occur. The community should be able to independently predict whether or not rain will occur. Data processing should be done properly and correctly. Data mining is a way that can be done to assist in data processing. In this study, the settlement process will be carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. The results obtained show that the data testing decision is NO. In other words, data mining and the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm can help the problem solving process

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pekerjaan dan akses layanan publik dalam berinternet serta mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi staff pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur, maka ditawarkan suatu solusi yaitu dengan adanya penguatan literasi digital terhadap staff pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur. Adapun metode pelaksanaan meliputi Survei Awal, Identifikasi potensi dan Peluang Mitra, Analisis Kebutuhan, Rencana Kegiatan Bersama, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang meliputi pra pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta pasca pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur, Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pengukuran indeks literasi digital kepada staff kelurahan berupa pre-test hasil dari pre-test di analisis kemudian dibuat modul dan pelatihan yang bersesuaian. Hasil dari pelatihan yang dilengkapi dengan modul LMS menunjukkan penguatan indeks literasi digital staff kelurahan, dimana pilar digital skill sub pilar kemampuan penggunaan teknologi sangat signifikan naik yaitu dari sebelumnya 2,71 (kurang) naik menjadi 3,21 (cukup). Dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa indeks literasi digital untuk masing-masing pilar mengalami peningkatan, khususnya pada pilar digital skill. Perlu adanya monitoring dan pendampingan untuk menumbuhkan semangat budaya digital di lingkungan kelurahan. Pelatihan diturunkan ke lingkup Rukun Tetangga yang berada di bawah Kelurahan Sempaja Timur. Dan pelatihan juga perlu disampaikan kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Sempaja Timur. Strengthening Digital Literacy of Public Service Staff in The East Sempaja District to Accelerate Digital Transformation as a City That Supports IKN To increase work activities and public service access to the internet as well as overcome the obstacles faced by public service staff in East Sempaja Village, a solution is offered, namely by strengthening digital literacy for public service staff in East Sempaja Village. Implementation methods include Initial Survey, identification of potential and Partner Opportunities, Needs Analysis, Joint Activity Plan, and implementation of activities including pre-training, training and mentoring, and post-training. This activity was carried out in East Sempaja Village, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The activity began with measuring the digital literacy index for sub-district staff in the form of pre-test results from the pre-test which were analyzed and then appropriate modules and training were created. The results of the training equipped with the LMS module showed a strengthening of the digital literacy index of sub-district staff, where the digital skills pillar, sub-pillar, ability to use technology, increased very significantly, namely from the previous 2.71 (poor) to 3.21 (sufficient). From the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the digital literacy index for each pillar has increased, especially for the digital skills pillar. There is a need for monitoring and assistance to foster the spirit of digital culture in the sub-district environment. The training was expanded to cover the Neighborhood Units under the East Sempaja Village. And training also needs to be delivered to the people of East Sempaja Village.

Abstract

Scholarships are financial assistance given to individuals with the aim of assisting them in financing the education they are pursuing. To overcome the gap between upper middle economic communities and lower middle economic communities in obtaining quality education. The aim of this program is to provide opportunities for financially disadvantaged students to experience quality education. In the process that occurs in awarding scholarships, there should be a strong basic foundation in the process of determining and making decisions that occur. Where the process of providing scholarships carried out so far should not be given to students who truly deserve it. The problem or impact that occurs from this is that the scholarship program does not run in accordance with the program's objectives, namely helping in the economic gap for students. One way that can be used to resolve this problem is to review previous recipient data. Data mining is a process of re-excavating data. Excavation is carried out by reviewing all the information contained in the data. In this research, the cluster analysis method is used, which is a multivariate technique used to group objects based on their characteristics. Clustering is the process of grouping data. Where the grouping process carried out on data is a grouping that does not yet have a class target or is called unsupervised learning. The results obtained in the research show that there are 2 clusters from the application of the K-Means algorithm. In cluster 1 there are 6 students in it and in cluster 2 there are 4 students in it.

Abstract

Tuition Assistance is money given specifically to students with the aim of alleviating the problem of paying educational costs for less fortunate students so they can continue their education. With the large number of scholarship applicants on a campus, especially Budidarma University, a computerized information system is needed so that the selection of students who receive tuition assistance can run well. One way that can be implemented is by applying data mining with the K-Means algorithm. From the results of applying the data mining method, it can be concluded that there were 10 students who received tuition assistance who were included in cluster 1 and likewise in cluster 2 there were 10 students who did not receive tuition assistance.

Abstract

XYZ Store is a business that focuses on the manufacture of swallow houses as well as a place to sell swallow nests. Currently, the process of assessing the quality of swallow nests is still done manually, which often causes errors in distinguishing between good and bad nest quality. This study aims to apply the Weighted Product and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to build a system that can determine the quality of swallow nests more accurately. This system was developed using the Laravel Framework and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, with XAMPP as a local server, MySQL as a database server, and Apache as a web server. System development tools include Flowchart and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of this study indicate that the combination of the Weighted Product and TOPSIS methods can produce a more optimal assessment of the quality of swallow nests.
