Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (SILPM) di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui digitalisasi manajemen data, pemantauan kegiatan, dan kolaborasi. Mitra utama adalah LPMK Sempaja Timur, yang berperan aktif dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan 100% anggota LPM yang dilatih mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi, serta 90% responden merasa terbantu dalam mengakses informasi dan pelaporan melalui SILPM. Sistem ini berhasil mendigitalisasi 95% data anggota dan mencatat 80% laporan kegiatan secara real-time. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi manajemen LPM mendukung peningkatan transparansi, efisiensi program, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan lanjutan, pemantauan keberlanjutan sistem, dan integrasi dengan program pemberdayaan lainnya. Implementation of the East Sempaja LPM Information System as an Acceleration of Increasing Community Welfare This study aims to implement the Community Empowerment Institution Information System (SILPM) in East Sempaja Village to enhance community welfare through digitalized data management, activity monitoring, and collaboration. The main partner is the East Sempaja Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK), actively involved in planning and execution. The participatory method included socialization, training, technology application, and monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrate significant improvements, with 100% of trained LPM members able to operate the information system and 90% of respondents finding it beneficial for accessing information and reporting. The system successfully digitalized 95% of member data and recorded 80% of activity reports in real-time. In conclusion, LPM management digitalization supports enhanced transparency, program efficiency, and community engagement. Recommendations include advanced training, system sustainability monitoring, and integration with other empowerment programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan sistem survei kepuasan masyarakat terhadap dampak operasional PT. Kaltim Nusantara Coal (KNC) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap masyarakat di sekitar area operasional perusahaan. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai diagram UML, seperti use case, activity, dan class diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat bervariasi terhadap dampak sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh aktivitas operasional perusahaan. UML terbukti efektif dalam memvisualisasikan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data survei, serta memberikan gambaran yang sistematis bagi perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perbaikan kebijakan terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi perancangan sistem informasi survei yang lebih terstruktur dan partisipatif.

Abstract

Transformasi digital meningkatkan kebutuhan hosting, namun biaya berlangganan menjadi kendala bagi sebagian pengguna. Solusi alternatif adalah memanfaatkan set top box (STB) bekas sebagai server cloud hosting berbasis Armbian, sistem operasi ringan yang mendukung berbagai perangkat. Tantangan utama adalah mengakses server tanpa IP publik, yang diatasi dengan tunneling menggunakan Cloudflare Zerotrust. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun server cloud hosting berbasis set top box (STB) menggunakan Armbian dan Cloudflare Zerotrust untuk solusi hosting murah tanpa IP publik. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode eksperimen yang meliputi studi literatur, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Perangkat utama berupa STB ZTE HG-680P (quad-core ARM Cortex-A53, RAM 2GB) dengan Armbian, AaPanel, dan Cloudflare. Hasil menunjukkan server dapat diakses via domain pribadi, meski layanan FTP/SSH hanya berfungsi di jaringan lokal. Pengujian beban mengungkap kinerja optimal untuk 15 user (website sederhana, respon 81,72 ms) dan 8 user (WordPress, respon 860,29 ms). Server ini cocok untuk kebutuhan pribadi trafik rendah, tetapi tidak untuk skala besar. Jika ingin penggunaan dalam skala besar, bisa melakukan optimasi sumber daya seperti mengganti set top box menggunakan mini pc dan menggunaan IP publik untuk peningkatan kinerja jaringannya. Penelitian memberikan kebaruan dengan memberikan solusi alternatif pemakaian ip publik dengan menggunakan tunneling dari Cloudflare Zerotrust yang dapat menekan biaya pembuatan server.

Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan antarmuka pengguna dan struktur navigasi dari Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dengan menerapkan Information Architecture (IA). Permasalahan yang dihadapi pengguna adalah tampilan yang tidak relevan dan struktur menu yang membingungkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahapan utama dalam IA, yaitu: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, serta Tree Testing. Pada tahap User Research, data diperoleh dari 21 responden mahasiswa melalui kuesioner daring, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa hanya mengakses SIAK saat diperlukan, dengan fitur KRS sebagai fitur yang paling sering digunakan. Melalui metode Card Sorting, informasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan logika mahasiswa, menghasilkan struktur menu yang lebih intuitif. Tahap berikutnya adalah pembuatan sitemap dan wireframe, dengan desain navigasi utama yang ditempatkan di sisi kiri layar dan kategori menu seperti Halaman Utama, Edit Profil, Perkuliahan, dan Pemberitahuan. Untuk menguji efektivitas struktur navigasi tersebut, dilakukan pengujian Tree Testing terhadap 5 responden menggunakan prototipe interaktif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta dapat menyelesaikan tugas navigasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Information Architecture efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses sistem informasi akademik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; Pengalaman Pengguna; Navigasi Abstract− This study aims to optimize the user interface and navigation structure of the Academic Information System (SIAK) at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma by implementing the Information Architecture (IA). The main issues faced by users include an outdated interface and a confusing menu structure. The research applies four main stages of IA: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, and Tree Testing. In the User Research stage, data were collected from 21 student respondents through an online questionnaire, which revealed that most students only access SIAK when necessary, with the KRS (Course Planning Card) being the most frequently used feature. Through the Card Sorting method, information was organized based on students' logic, resulting in a more intuitive menu structure. The next stage involved designing the sitemap and wireframe, with the primary navigation positioned on the left side of the screen and main menu categories such as Home, Edit Profile, Academics, and Notifications. To test the effectiveness of the navigation structure, Tree Testing was conducted on 5 respondents using an interactive prototype. The results showed that all participants were able to complete navigation tasks easily and quickly. This study demonstrates that the Information Architecture approach is effective in improving efficiency and user experience in accessing academic information systems.Keywords: Academic Information System; Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; User Experience; Navigation

Abstract

The rapid development of the e-commerce sector in Indonesia has made customer feedback a very important source of information in assessing the quality of goods and services. However, with so many reviews available, the manual assessment process often becomes complicated. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer sentiment towards PedagangAksesoris store on the Shopee platform using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to identify positive and negative opinions that can help improve customer satisfaction. The data for this study was collected through web scraping of Shopee user reviews, followed by a preprocessing stage that included cleaning, filtering, removing affixes, and separating words. The data was then divided into training data and testing data to train and test the model. The Naïve Bayes method was applied by calculating word probabilities using Laplace smoothing, while model performance was evaluated using a Confusion Matrix through the RapidMiner application. The results of this study show that the Naïve Bayes model can classify customer reviews with a high degree of accuracy, with precision reaching 100% for the negative category and 80% for the positive category, as well as recall of 87.5% and 100%. These findings confirm that the Naïve Bayes method is an effective and efficient way to perform text-based sentiment analysis on reviews in e-commerce. The results of this sentiment analysis can be used as a basis for strategic decision-making by businesses to improve product quality, services, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to design a public reporting application for Traffic violations to assist the Samarinda City Transportation Department in improving the effectiveness of Traffic monitoring and law enforcement. The current problem lies in the reporting process, which is still conducted manually, resulting in delays in handling reports and limiting public participation in reporting Traffic violations. This study employed the Waterfall system development method, consisting of Requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Research data were collected through observation, literature review, and field studies at the Samarinda City Transportation Department to comprehensively identify system Requirements. The results indicate that the implementation of the public reporting application for Traffic violations significantly increases the number of public reports, accelerates the response time for handling violations, and improves transparency and accountability in report management. The designed application also facilitates the public in submitting reports in real time through location data and violation documentation uploads. Furthermore, the application is expected to become an innovative solution in supporting Traffic law enforcement and improving the quality of public services in the transportation sector in Samarinda City. The system was developed using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as the programming language and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) as the database management system managed through PhpMyAdmin. The system is also designed to provide easier access, improve report management efficiency, and support more responsive and sustainable Traffic monitoring.

Abstract

Traditional Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) protocols implemented on Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) networks are highly vulnerable to DHCP Starvation attacks due to the absence of device authentication mechanisms. This research aims to comparatively analyze the effectiveness level of DHCP Snooping and Port Security features on Cisco switches in maintaining the availability of IP Address allocation services. The research method was conducted experimentally through a multi-tiered network infrastructure simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer simulator. The testing evaluated two main scenarios: operational conditions without security and conditions with an active protection system. The measured testing parameters included the IP request packet rate (configured at a DHCP Snooping Limit Rate of 2 packets per second), the maximum number of MAC Addresses per physical port (configured for 1 address via Port Security), and the network disruption response time. The testing results indicated that in the unsecured scenario, the attack successfully exhausted 100% of the address pool allocation (254 IP Addresses) within 3 to 5 seconds, causing total service downtime for all legitimate users. Conversely, when the active protection system with a shutdown violation parameter was applied, the switch instantly isolated the attacker's physical port into an err-disable status in less than 1 second after detecting a violation. The research conclusion proves that the combination of these two features has a 100% effectiveness rate in maintaining addressing stability and protecting the integrity of VLAN network infrastructure from disruption.

Abstract

Household and plastic waste remain major challenges in environmental management in Indonesia, including in Samarinda City. One of the efforts to reduce waste volume while providing economic benefits to the community is through the RAMLI Sidodadi Waste Bank. However, data management and transaction recording at the waste bank are still carried out manually using passbooks, which may lead to recording errors, data loss, and inefficient customer services. Therefore, a technology-based solution is needed to improve the effectiveness and transparency of waste bank management. This study aims to develop an Android-based RAMLI Waste Bank application for Samarinda City that can facilitate data management and information access for both customers and administrators. The research employed a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including literature studies, interviews, and observations. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was built using the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and Firebase Realtime Database as the data storage platform. The application provides several features, including user login and registration, waste type information, waste bank location services, waste management educational content, point balance checking, transaction history, and user profile management. The development results indicate that the application improves transaction recording efficiency, facilitates real-time access to information, enhances data transparency, and reduces the risk of data loss. Therefore, the Android-based RAMLI Waste Bank application can serve as a digital solution that supports sustainable waste management while increasing community participation in environmental conservation and generating economic benefits through waste management activities.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dan ketimpangan akses terhadap layanan keuangan digital masih menjadi permasalahan nyata bagi sebagian besar warga Kota Samarinda. Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan (SNLIK) 2024 mencatat indeks literasi keuangan nasional sebesar 65,43 persen, namun adopsi layanan digital belum merata, khususnya di wilayah Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, membangun, dan mengevaluasi prototipe agen finansial berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang beroperasi melalui platform WhatsApp sebagai media pengelolaan keuangan pribadi secara mandiri dan berkesinambungan. Metodologi pengembangan memadukan tiga komponen utama: platform otomasi alur kerja n8n sebagai mesin orkestrator, model bahasa besar OpenAI  GPT-5o-mini sebagai prompt engine untuk inferensi dan pemahaman bahasa alami, serta layanan API gateway Fonnte sebagai antarmuka pesan instan WhatsApp. Pendekatan prompt engine dipilih agar sistem mampu mengenali transaksi dalam ragam bahasa percakapan sehari-hari—termasuk singkatan dan istilah lokal—tanpa mengharuskan pengguna mengikuti format perintah yang kaku. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan terhadap dua puluh satu skenario yang mencakup tiga dimensi: pencatatan transaksi harian, sinkronisasi data otomatis ke Google Sheets, dan pemberian rekomendasi keuangan yang dipersonalisasi. Seluruh dua belas skenario berhasil dijalankan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100 persen. Sistem terbukti mampu mengekstraksi entitas keuangan secara presisi, mempertahankan kesinambungan konteks percakapan antarsesi, dan menyajikan rekomendasi alokasi anggaran otomatis berbasis prinsip 50/20/30. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prompt engine dalam platform pesan instan yang sudah digunakan luas terbukti efektif menekan hambatan adopsi teknologi keuangan digital, sekaligus berpotensi menjadi model solusi inklusi keuangan bagi daerah dengan karakteristik sosiokultural serupa.

Abstract

Predicting the outcome of a Dota 2 match is a complex problem because it is influenced by many dynamic variables that change at each stage of the game. This study aims to analyze and predict the probability of winning a Dota 2 match using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method based on three main variables: Hero Win Rate, Number of Kills, and Tower Destroyed. The fuzzy model was constructed using triangular and trapezoidal membership functions, with variable weights adjusted for the early game, mid game, and late game. Test results show that in the early game, the Hero Win Rate variable has the most dominant influence on the probability of winning, with a weight of 0.7. In the mid game, the number of kills and tower destruction begin to have a significant impact, while in the late game, towers and kills become the primary determinants of the probability of winning. The proposed system is able to generate different percentages of the probability of winning at each stage of the game and logically reflect the dynamics of the Dota 2 game. Based on these results, the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is considered capable of handling uncertainty in Dota 2 match prediction and provides more flexible results than deterministic approaches, although it still depends on the quality of the dataset and the fuzzy rules used.
