Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode keteladanan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan akhlak pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Islam an-Nasirin Jakarta Barat. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Tehnik penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan triangulasi data yaitu menggabungkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Implementasi metode keteladanan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan akhlak pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Islam An-Nasiriin, yaitu melalui nilai-nilai akhlak yang telah disampaikan dengan istilah Asasul Adab. Istilah asasul adab adalah adab-atau etika dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah, seperti berkata jujur, sopan, menghormati guru dan teman, cara makan, berjalan dengan baik.Penyebutan istilah tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengingatkan kepada peserta didik pada nilai-nilai akhlak yang telah diajarkan dapat tertanam dan dilaksanakan. Untuk menguatkan nilai-nilai asasul adab ini guru melaksanakan metode keteladanan dengan menjadikan kedisiplinan, kepribadian, dan komunikasi sebagai indikator pelaksanaan.

Abstract

The pandemic period is difficult times for all nations and countries around the world because the pandemic period is a period that limits many activities carried out as usual due to an outbreak of the Covid-19 virus as the most contagious and quite deadly virus, including in learning activities for an educational institution for the sake of education. break the rope of the spread of a larger virus so that a platform is used that helps in carrying out the teaching and learning process, the many types of platforms currently available make it difficult to determine the most appropriate platform for its use based on several criteria such as usability, affordability, maintability, accessibility and compatibility. the selection using a decision support system to facilitate the decision-making process appropriately, the process of using a decision support system using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method, the results obtained are ah A2 with a value of 0.92

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to (a) describe the types of spatial and temporal deixis found in the contemporary Indonesian novel by Tere Liye: Hujan dan Si Putih, and (b) describe the functions of each spatial and temporal deixis based on its usage context in the contemporary Indonesian novel by Tere Liye: Hujan dan Si Putih. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. The data used are words, phrases, sentences, and utterances that contain deixis forms in the novel Hujan dan Si Putih by Tere Liye. The data collection technique used is the note-taking technique. The steps of data analysis in this research are: (1) reading and understanding the novel Hujan dan Si Putih by Tere Liye, (2) identifying each word and phrase that contains types of spatial and temporal deixis found in the novel Hujan dan Si Putih by Tere Liye, (3) classifying spatial and temporal deixis into a table that has been created based on its type, (4) analyzing data on the use of deixis found in the novel, and (5) reporting the results of the data in the form of a research report. The research findings are as follows. First, in the novel Hujan, there are 1,014 uses of spatial and temporal deixis, with details: spatial deixis as many as 710 data with a percentage of 70.19% and temporal deixis 306 data with a percentage of 29.81%. Meanwhile, in the novel Si Putih, there are 1,208 data with details: spatial deixis as many as 905 data with a percentage of 74.92% and temporal deixis as many as 303 data with a percentage of 25.08%. So the total number of uses of spatial and temporal deixis found in the novel Hujan dan Si Putih by Tere Liye is 2,222 data. Second, the function of the use of spatial deixis in the novel Hujan dan Si Putih by Tere Liye refers to the use of spatial pronouns, other names for a place, place nouns, and spatial prepositions. In temporal deixis, it refers to the use of time pronouns and place nouns.

Abstract

Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Al Yazier telah berupaya melakukan pembinaan terhadap santri thoriqoh, namun berdasarkan observasi ditemukan bahwa dari 22 santri thoriqoh, terdapat 5 santri yang jarang mengamalkan dzikir yang menjadi kewajiban mereka, suatu hal yang seharusnya tidak terjadi bagi santri thoriqoh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan tasawuf pada amaliyah Thoriqoh Qodiriyah wa Al-Naqsyabandiyah sesuai dengan konsep tasawuf Imam Al-Ghozali di Pondok Pesantren Al Yazier Desa Panggung Jaya, Kecamatan Rawajitu Utara, Kabupaten Mesuji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, analisis dilakukan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi pendidikan tasawuf pada amaliyah thoriqoh Qodiriyah wa Al-Naqsyabandiyah di Pondok Pesantren Al Yazier dilakukan melalui amaliyah wirid yang dilaksanakan setiap ba’da maktubah (setelah shalat wajib). Amalan-amalan thoriqoh mencakup amalan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan, dengan dzikir sebagai kegiatan utamanya. Pendidikan tasawuf ini juga berperan dalam membentuk karakter santri melalui nilai-nilai seperti ikhlas, istiqomah, ridho, mahabbah, Zuhud, tawadhu, dan tauhid.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance, namely the current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, return on assets and return on equity on firm value (Price to Book Value). Investors certainly want developments in every business. Firm value is an indicator of financial performance that can be used by investors to assess the company's business development. The object of this research is the company in the Telecommunication Infrastructure Industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. This study conducted a quantitative data analysis. The population of this study is the entire Telecommunication Infrastructure Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The sample used is 11 companies using purposive sampling as a sampling method. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. This study proves that financial performance represented by the return on assets and return on equity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while current ratio & Debt to Equity Ratio have no effect on firm value, respectively.

Abstract

In the current era, the marketing strategy has become a benchmark in developing the business world. Market conditions that are increasingly expanding can encourage entrepreneurs to implement their marketing strategies properly. By implementing a good and targeted marketing strategy, this can attract consumers to buy products. The purpose of this study is to determine marketing strategies in increasing sales of HDI Family Center Kraksaan products from a sharia perspective. At this writing the method used is descriptive qualitative, besides that in collecting data used is from secondary data sourced from publications which include scientific journals, books, websites, which are sourced from interviews. The end result of this writing is to show that marketing strategies can be applied to increase sales using the mix marketing method. In addition, there is also targeting and segmenting which are important references in marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of KUR Syariah product financing on the development of MSMEs. The population in this study were MSMEs who were registered as customers and used financing funds. By distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to customers at the CPS Probolinggo Sharia pawn shop, there were 70 respondents. The sample from this research used random sampling and obtained a sample of 41 respondents. For data analysis, we used the SPSS version 29 program. The results of the research showed that KUR Syariah product financing had a positive effect on the development of MSMEs at the CPS Probolinggo Sharia pawnshop. Customer business development has increased both in terms of business capital, increased turnover and increased income.

Abstract

Cendana Indo Pratama is a company engaged in the General Contractor field, among the business units developed by PT. Cendana Indo Pratama, one of which is in the property sector which is currently being built, namely the Bimura Residence housing in the Paiton area, as we know many residential businesses have been built, especially in the Paiton area, East Java. In early 2022 PT. Cendana Indo Pratama is rebranding the Bimura Residence housing. The purpose of this research is to describe the basic subsidy rebranding efforts at Bimura Residence, and subsidy basic rebranding in increasing buyer credibility and what are the supporting factors in increasing the credibility of buyers at Bimura Residence. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data of this research uses primary and secondary data. The data collection method used interviews with housing developers, managers, then confirmed with all staff at Bimura Residence and carried out observations. The results of this study are the rebranding efforts carried out by PT. CIP in housing becomes the basis of subsidies through 4 stages of the rebranding effort itself. And what kind of rebranding efforts are the basis of these subsidies in increasing buyer credibility, as well as rebranding services to consumers at Bimura Residence which are supported by supporting factors in increasing buyer credibility at Bimura Residence.

Abstract

The STISIPOL Thematic Community Service Program on Sustainable Tourism 2024 focuses on the development of culinary tourism in Palembang, particularly pempek, which is not only renowned nationally but also attracts international tourists. Pempek, as a cultural icon of Palembang, plays a significant role in attracting tourists and boosting the local economy. Although pempek MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have contributed significantly to Palembang's economy, they still face various challenges, especially in the aspect of digital marketing. This community service program aims to provide socialization on digital marketing to pempek MSME actors in Kampung Kreatif Tanggo Rajo Cindo, 7 Ulu Village, Palembang. Besides marketing, the program also highlights the importance of hygiene supervision in the processing of culinary products in accordance with applicable hygiene and sanitation standards. The program's implementation methods include an initial survey to identify the challenges faced by MSMEs, socialization on marketing through social media, and cleanliness in pempek processing. The results of this activity show an increased understanding among MSME actors of the use of social media as a marketing tool and the importance of cleanliness in maintaining product quality. Therefore, this program is expected to enhance the competitiveness of pempek MSMEs in 7 Ulu Village, Palembang, and promote more.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the capability and financial performance of the Tangerang City Government. Financial capability analysis is carried out using two approaches: Ratio Analysis of Fiscal Autonomy Degrees (DOF) and Routine Ability Index (IKR). Financial performance analysis is carried out using two approaches: Effectiveness Ratio Analysis of Regional Original Income (PAD) and the Independence Ratio. The results obtained are the ability and financial performance of the Tangerang City Government in the period 2016 to 2020 seen from the DOF Ratio, IKR Ratio, PAD Effectiveness Ratio, and Independence Ratio which significantly shows good results. With the ratio of Degrees of Fiscal Autonomy (DOF) it can be seen that Tangerang City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) has sufficient ability to contribute to overall regional income. The IKR ratio shows that the Tangerang City Government has been able to finance its routine expenditures through Local Revenue. Through the Effectiveness ratio, it can be seen that the Tangerang City government has effectively succeeded in realizing its original regional revenue target. Finally, by using the independence ratio, it shows that the Tangerang City government has succeeded in having a high level of independence in terms of financing government activities, development, and services to the community.
