Abstract

The purpose of study was to explain the effect of entrepreneurship orientation and innovation in improving the performance and competitiveness of creative industries in Maros Regency. The primary data used in this study were collected by using questionnaires. The data is then processed in the form of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the analysis, it is found that the orientation of entrepreneurship which is reflected by the activities of research and development activities, technological leadership, and innovation will be able to improve the performance and competitiveness of creative industry. Performance as measured by the company's ability to increase sales will be able to create competitiveness. The study also found an insignificant effect between innovation with competitiveness and performance with competitiveness

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of brand awareness, promotional activities, and product innovation on consumer purchasing behavior in the context of motorbikes within Makassar City. The present study employed the survey method to investigate a sample of 80 individuals, selected by the incidental sampling technique. The data was obtained by administering a questionnaire that had undergone rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The process of data analysis involves the application of multiple regression analysis to assess the validity of a given hypothesis. The findings of the study indicate that there is a strong and statistically significant relationship between brand awareness and consumer purchase behavior. Promotion exerts a favorable and substantial impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, it is worth noting that product innovation exerts a favorable and substantial impact on consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Cabang Maros. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner survei yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di Cabang Maros. Kuesioner terdiri dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan. Sebanyak 150 karyawan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik seperti analisis regresi. Temuan Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, yang ditandai dengan faktor-faktor seperti kenyamanan fisik, keamanan, dan dukungan organisasi, ditemukan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga ditemukan memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Karyawan yang termotivasi oleh faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, seperti pengakuan, penghargaan, dan kesempatan untuk berkembang, menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan menumbuhkan motivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas.  Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Produktivitas Karyawan.
