Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to understand, analyze, and prove the behavior of consumers during the process of browsing websites. It also intends to increase awareness about the social responsibility activities of companies. Methodology – The respondents were 200 skincare users, aged 17 to 40 years, and visited the company website to shop for products labeled Go Green. The sample size was determined using the snowball sampling method while the hypotheses developed were tested through the application of the structural equation model. Findings – The results showed that the awareness of social responsibility partially mediated the relationship between the green web experience and repurchase intention. Originality – This The study bridges the gap between digital platforms and their influence on CSR awareness, which is not yet widely explored.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of job insecurity and organizational support on turnover intention of non-PNS employees at Sriwijaya University in the context of changing the status of BLU to PTN-BH. In this study, the population was all Non-PNS Education Personnel at Sriwijaya University totaling 772 people.The sample of this study used a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of samples used was based on the sampling formula using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples used was 264 samples. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that job insecurity and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity is expected to provide clarity on how the clarity and status of non-PNS employees in the Sriwijaya University environment for the long term. Organizational support is expected to provide training and opportunities for employees to be able to develop skills that can support their work.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effects of Transformational Leadership, Lecturer Competence, and Financial Compensation on Career Satisfaction through Employee Engagement among lecturers at private institutes in South Sumatra. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 314 permanent lecturers from nine private institutes under LLDIKTI Region II, with saturated sampling employed. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Lecturer Competence, and Financial Compensation have positive and significant effects on Employee Engagement and Career Satisfaction. Employee Engagement also has a positive and significant effect on Career Satisfaction. Furthermore, Employee Engagement significantly mediates the relationships between Transformational Leadership, Lecturer Competence, Financial Compensation, and Career Satisfaction. These findings imply that improving lecturers’ Career Satisfaction requires effective leadership, adequate competence, fair financial compensation, and stronger Employee Engagement. The study highlights Employee Engagement as an important mechanism linking organizational and individual resources to lecturers’ Career Satisfaction in private higher education institutions.
