Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Corruption is a transnational crime that involves many parties together in the eradication and prevention efforts. The emergence of several names of women involved in cases of corruption in the public good of members of political parties and public officials in the spotlight for several years. Women who are entangled in corruption cases occurred basically due to not knowing the details of the risk positions and the pressure to be received from the position of being diembanya. Judging from the style factor of leadership, political, religious, psychological and oriental cultures all indirectly become patron of women from the bondage of corruption. Abstract

The e-government enforcement at Sragen Regency has been more than a decade start from 2002. The Council of Empowerment Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Electronic Data Management Office (EDMO). CIO is the supreme institution and hierarchy in charge of the empowerment e-government. Then together with CIO, there is The Council of Empowerment (ICT) as partner labor to give recommendation and suggestion in e-government executive. While EDMO is SKPD that appointed in ICT sector in Government Regency Sragen. Due e-government works necessities in implementing government activities in scope  Regency Sragen. In this case, indicate there still exists duplication in implementation function and main tasks between CIO, The Council of Empowerment (ICT)  and EDMO. This duplication dating from “Perda SOTK” existence, “Perbub Pendayagunaan TIK”, “Perbub Penjabaran Tugas and Fungsi KPDE”, “SK CIO formation” and Dewan Pendayagunaan TIK. CIO member adhere in SKPD position, some in between are structural official in EDMO. The embedding of CIO position in structural official SKPD have a purpose to facilitate internal co-ordination e-government enforcement. Such circumstances make EDMO executive core from entire series e-government enforcement. Just as mandated by the regulation of Perbub No.11 year 2008 about Information and Communication Technology both from the disposition, management, presentation, coordination of data, as well as the provision of infrastructure. The Council of Empowerment (ICT) is CIO partner labor. This council has never done either activity or meeting basic budgeting. This kind of e-government enforcement is part of of its EDMO budget. But in the budgetary is not encountered from funding for education or information technology (IT).  Community as user certainly need to get TIK socialization use that executed by Sragen Regency.Keyword: e-government, institutional,CIO

Abstract

At present the development of technology and information has reached a very rapid level. Technology and information are used as a service media in the government environment which is also known as e-Government, one of which is the service of public information disclosure. The central government through Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, encourages all Public Agencies including the Sleman Regency Government to make transparency in the administration of the state by utilizing information technology. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the reality that occurs. The object of research in this study is the official website of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Sleman Regency with the domain https://ppid.slemankab.go.id then the Sleman Regency Communication and Informatics Office as the organizer of the public information disclosure program. The data collection technique itself is carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations (observations). After collecting and presenting data, then the data will be reduced first then analyzed and concluded. From the results of the study, in general the researchers concluded that the Sleman Regency PPID website had reached the level of qualification to become a quality website, however there were still some improvements and evaluations that had to be done by the relevant agencies in order to be better, namely (i) the website was still being assessed as a one-way service (ii) There are still many OPDs that are not ready to implement PPID (iii) data and information are still not updated (iv) lack of responsiveness of services in requests for information.

Abstract

This paper has the aim of demonstrating the importance of environmentally friendly educational props by utilizing used goods. The implementation of teaching and learning activities at Pre-Kindergarten Kota Yogyakarta has problems with limited educational aids (APE). The existence of APE is one of the keys in carrying out the learning process. The low level of teacher creativity in making APE, in this case, becomes the anchor to provide APE for the learning process. This APE can be made by enhancing the creativity between teachers and parents of parents. During the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in Pre-Kindergarten were carried out in their respective homes. To support the use of APE, training on the use of used goods was conducted. Through training in the use of used goods, the aim is to utilize items around and be used as children's learning media for teachers and parents. In addition, to increase the creativity of teachers and parents. Used goods are recycled into useful items. The use of used goods reduces the increasing waste of waste. Through training on the use of used goods as educational props, it can facilitate learning methods both at home and school for early childhood and reduce waste of used goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the form of using the E-Village Budgeting application in reducing the occurrence of corruption cases in Banyuwangi Regency. This is because the development of corruption in Indonesia, especially in Banyuwangi Regency is still relatively high, while its eradication is still very slow. Therefore, there is a need for a special innovation such as E-Village Budgeting that can be used in conducting financial management in a transparent and accountable manner in order to reduce cases of criminal acts of corruption. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques namely literature study. The results obtained in this study indicate that the use of the E-Village Budgeting application in village financial management in Banyuwangi Regency has been running well. Transparency and accountability in village financial management through the E-Village Budgeting application is one of the right actions in reducing corruption cases in Banyuwangi Regency. With the rapid development of information technology not only has a negative impact, but also has a positive impact in this case the creation of an innovation that has a function, one of which is to reduce the occurrence of cases of corruption.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang berkecamuk di Indonesia sejak Maret 2020 berdampak pada semua sektor. Sektor usaha perdagangan merupakan salah satu penopang perekonomian rakyat yang terkena dampak berat. Sektor perdagangan, dari kecil hingga besar, kelaparan. Pada tahun 2020, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) mengalami penurunan pendapatan sebesar 80% akibat Pandemi Covid-19. Saat ini industri rumahan mengalami permasalahan. Mereka yang dapat mengandalkan sirkulasi keuangan dari produksi rumah harus bangkrut atau berinovasi untuk bertahan hidup. Salah satu UMKM yang menjadi sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah keripik batang pisang Al Barik yang terletak di Dusun Dawetan, Sidomulyo, Bambanglipuro, Bantul. Sebelum pandemi, UMKM ini menjadi tempat belajar dan toko oleh-oleh yang bahan bakunya menggunakan pohon pisang. Penggunaan pohon pisang dari tubulus hingga buah dan kulit. Hasil produksinya juga telah diundang ke pameran internasional seperti Malaysia. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pendukung proses produksi yang sudah lama digunakan dan tidak digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya korosi. Abstract

Asosiasi Kerajinan Tembikar Kasongan didirikan pada tahun 1984 sebagai Koperasi Setia Bawana, yang berarti pengrajin setia tanah. Koperasi ini berkembang pesat setelah gempa Yogyakarta 2006. Desa Wisata Kasongan berada di Kajen, Bangunjiwo, Kabupaten Bantul. Kasongan adalah pusat gerabah Yogyakarta. Banyak warga yang membuat piring, kuali, kendi, toples, pot berbingkai, mainan anak, dan patung. Kasongan, desa wisata yang berjarak 7 km dari pusat Kota Jogja, menawarkan kursus kerajinan tangan dan pembuatan gerabah. Sejak Perang Diponegoro, Kasongan telah membuat gerabah, menurut Isi.ac.id (1825-1830). Mereka membuat kuali, pengaron, anglo kecil, anak perempuan, dan tembikar lainnya untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Terakhir, gerabah diolah menjadi oleh-oleh wisata. Desain sederhana tembikar Kasongan menjadi ikon lokal. Desa menghasilkan gerabah berkualitas ekspor untuk maju. Sudah mencapai pasar Eropa dan Amerika. Pada tahun 2006, terdapat 584 pengrajin. Namun saat ini, anggota koperasi berjumlah 200 orang dan yang aktif hanya 30 orang. Di masa pandemi ini, hanya sedikit yang aktif karena gerabah Kasongan diekspor. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain mempromosikan gerabah Kasongan melalui media sosial karena di masa pandemi Covid-19 sebaiknya menjual produk secara online atau melalui media sosial. Media sosial memungkinkan orang untuk membeli tembikar tanpa meninggalkan rumah. Orang perlu memeriksa status WhatsApp dan Instagram. Toko online semakin banyak di toko offline (toko online). Dengan bantuan ini, diharapkan semakin banyak pengrajin yang menjual dagangannya secara online. Konsumen senang karena tidak kehilangan uang transport dan barang sampai dengan selamat

Abstract

Perjalanan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi semakin pesat. Pemerintah menggunakan perkembangan teknologi untuk memberikan layanan kepada masayarakat. Pemerintah kota Yogyakarta telah meluncurkan aplikasi Jogja Smart Service (JSS). Aplikasi ini telah berjalan kurang lebih dari tahun 2017. Masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum paham terkait penggunaan aplikasi ini terutama dalam mendapatkan pelayanan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menjadi sebuah permasalahan. Munculnya keengganan untuk melakukan adopsi penggunaan aplikasi membuat pengabdi tergerak untuk membantu dalam usaha penerapan aplikasi JSS. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan guna mengedukasi masyarakat tentang kegunaan Jogja Smart Service (JSS). Seperti halnya luaran yang diinginkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta mampu menggunakan aplikasi dan mendapat pelayanan prima melalui aplikasi JSS ini. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan bentuk sosialisasi atau penyuluhan terlebih dahulu dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan yang diarahkan dalam bentuk praktik. Luaran serta manfaat yang akan didapatkan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain dapat mengedukasi penggunaan JSS dalam bentuk pelayanan terbarukan satu pintu di mana akan banyak akses penting untuk seluruh masyarakat, serta dapat membantu masyarakat untuk berpikir kreatif dan inovatif serta solutif.

Abstract

Kapanewon Berbah yang merupakan salah satu kapanewon di Kabupaten Sleman memiliki kelompok PKK yang cukup aktif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Akan tetapi, PKK Kapanewon Berbah memiliki permasalahan dalam kemampuan literasi khususnya literasi data dan teknologi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi Kader PKK Kapanewon Berbah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dasar, yaitu membaca, memahami, dan menyampaikan. Metode atau strategi yang diterapkan yaitu observasi untuk mendalami permasalahan, menjalin kerja sama dengan stakeholder, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa sosialisasi, pelaksanaan perlombaan, dan pembentukan program keberlanjutan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu tingkat literasi Kader PKK yang terlibat dalam perlombaan dongeng meningkat secara signifikan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari perbandingan kemampuan dalam menyampaikan informasi sebelum dan setelah perlombaan dilaksanakan. Selain itu, program juga menghasilkan kerja sama yang kuat dan strategis dengan pemerintahan Kapanewon Berbah untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat ke depannya
