Abstract

Abstract: The lifestyle changes in some societies today lead to a modern lifestyle, including dietary changes that change to the selection of foods with high energy and fat. Excessive energy consumption becomes the cause of obesity. Obesity, in addition becomes a health problem, also a problem for one's appearance. Obesity is associated with lipid profile. Obesity interventions can be done by setting the diet through nutrition education and exercise in the form of gymnastics creations dance exercises. Objective study was to know the effect of nutrition education (REST diet) and gymnastics creations (Rudat dance) against weight change, BMI, and lipid profile to overweight students at Nutrition Department of Politeknik Kesehatan Mataram. Research Method was Quasi experiment, randomized pre-post control group to 33 students, age 18-22 years. The data were analyzed by Univariat for the distribution of research variables and Bivariate test with different test of Paired t-test. There was significant weight loss in group 1 (χ ± SD: 0.35 kg ± 0.43, p: 0.030), and group 3 (1.72 ± 1.78, p: 0.014). While on IMT decrease in. group 1 (0.15 kg/m2 ± 0.19, p: 0.033), and group 3 (0.68 ± 0.63, p: 0.008). As for the lipid profile, there was no decrease in blood cholesterol levels, and there was a decrease in triglycerides in group 3 (24.4 ± 28.59, p: 0.024). Keywords: Education REST Diet, Creative Gymnastics, Weight, BMI, Lipid Profile, Excess Weight.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Lingkungan kerja dan stres merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Nusamulti Centralestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nusamulti Centralestari. Penelitian dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yaitu 54 karyawan dengan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Instrumen kuesioner secara tertutup lima skala Likert. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif deskriptif melalui analisis inferensi. Analisis melalui uji validitas, reabilitas dan regresi linier ganda sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; Stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan disarankan dilakukan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Nursing profession students need readiness to attend profession learning. Optimal readiness is directly proportional to optimal capabilities. The characteristics of emergency department tend to make nursing profession students the first and most frequent resource to deal with patients entering the emergency department. This study aims to determine the readiness of nursing profession students on handling emergency patients in emergency department.This study uses quantitative descriptive methods through approaches cross sectional. The population in this      study was a nursing profession students of the Faculty of Nurisng, Universitas Padjadjaran as many as 66 respondents. The total sampling technique was used in this study. This research measuring instrument uses the READI-JV The results of the study were calculated using quantitative descriptive analysis using a cross-sectional approach.The results showed that as many as 51 (77.3%) nursing profession students are not ready to handle emergency patients. The percentage of readiness obtained in the leadership and administrative support dimensions was 85.2%, the readiness obtained in the operational competency dimension was 63.9%, the readiness obtained in the establishment dimension was 63.1%, the readiness obtained in the stress handling dimension was 57.6%, the readiness obtained in the dimensions of group integration and identification of 57.5%, readiness obtained in the survival skills dimension was 56.6%, and readiness obtained in the clinical competency dimension was 47.2%.The unpreparedness of nursing profession students is because most of the respondents have not attended emergency department training. So that it is necessary to optimize the learning methods during pre- profession by applying in accordance with emergencies and based on case studies as well as providing stress management to students to reduce stress levels in nursing profession students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen post test desain. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan bahasa Jawa anak usia dini. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 52 anak kelompok B RA Kalimosodo Manisharjo dan RA Al-Ma’arif Kalangan. Uji normalitas dari kelompok bercerita diperoleh nilai χ2 hitung 7,1 dan nilai χ2 tabel 11,070, uji normalitas kelompok kontrol yang diterapkan metode tanya jawab diperoleh nilai nilai χ2 hitung 6,43 dan nilai χ2 tabel 11,070. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan rumus t test independent sample. Analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Kemampuan bahasa Jawa anak usia dini dengan metode bercerita di RA Kalimosodo Manisharjo yang termasuk kategori tinggi 26,92%. 2). Kemampuan bahasa Jawa anak usia dini dengan metode tanya jawab di RA Al-Ma’arif Kalangan yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi 15,38%. Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini antara menggunakan metode tanya-jawab dan metode bercerita di RA Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif NU Se Kecamatan Bendosari Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hal tersebut dibuktikan hasil nilai t hitung 2,27 > nilai t tabel 1,706. Sehingga hipotesis alternatif yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

One important part of the learning process is the teacher's role in choosing learning methods and increasing students' motivation to learn. In addition to providing and sharing knowledge, teachers are also responsible for increasing students' motivation to learn: It is undeniable that students learn very differently and have their own learning styles. Therefore, it is important for teachers to always provide appropriate learning methods and motivation to their students so that they are always eager to learn and are able to become students who excel and develop themselves optimally. The learning process will be successful if students have the desire to learn. Teachers must foster students' best desire to learn. Teachers must be creative to encourage students to learn. Learning motivation is the reason why learning activities are interesting for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends, scientific contributions, and collaborations in financial literacy research in Southeast Asia using bibliometric methods. A total of 635 documents from the Scopus database, published between 2009 and 2024, were analyzed through co-citation, keyword co-occurrence, and bibliographic coupling techniques using VOSviewer. The analysis identified key contributors, leading affiliations, countries, and emerging research themes in the field. Results show a significant increase in publications, particularly after 2021, peaking in 2023. Indonesia and Malaysia emerge as the leading contributors, with Universiti Malaya and Universiti Teknologi MARA being prominent institutions. Malaysian authors, particularly Sabri, MF, dominate the region’s research landscape, while Indonesia leads in overall contributions. Themes such as financial behavior, Islamic financial literacy, fintech, and financial education are prominent, reflecting the growing complexity of financial literacy in the digital age. Notably, international collaborations involving Southeast Asian researchers with counterparts in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany underscore the global attention this field is attracting.this study emphasizes the need for enhanced cross-country and multidisciplinary collaboration to address financial literacy disparities in southeast asia. The findings are expected to inform targeted policies, foster innovation, and strengthen regional financial education initiatives, ultimately contributing to economic stability and inclusion in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

According to Hamka, Islamic educational thinking is where parents' religious guidance towards children is: helping humans obtain a decent living, but more than that, with knowledge humans will be able to know their God, refine their morals, and always try to seek Allah's pleasure. Because, the aim of education is to serve and worship Allah. Therefore, educational materials must include the following three things: knowledge, charity, morals and justice. It can be said that according to Hamka, Islamic education is both about education, both in terms of urgency, meaning, material and purpose, it can be understood that Islamic education is an effort to guide and provide faith based on Islamic religious teachings for students so that later after completing their education they can understand and practice the Islamic religion.

Abstract

Background: The number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is increasing every year. One of the efforts to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus is providing medical nutrition therapy by consuming foods high in fiber and low glycemic load to control blood glucose levels. Food ingredients with relatively high fiber content and low glycemic index are purple sweet potatoes and kepok bananas as alternative healthy snacks for DM sufferers, namely purple sweet potato talam cake and kepok bananas as high-fiber snacks and low glycemic index.Research Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design with a pre-post test and a control group research design. The study's sample size was 38 people selected by systematic random sampling. The samples were divided into two groups, namely the control and treatment groups, by being given purple sweet potato talam cake and kapok banana once a day for seven consecutive days.Research Result: Fasting blood glucose levels before and after the purple sweet potato talam cake and kepok banana study decreased by 35.94 mg/dl in the intervention group and 5.37 mg/dl in the control group.Conclusion: Purple sweet potato talam cake and kapok banana have an effect on fasting blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients, with p = 0.00 (p> 0.05).
