Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the group discussion method in improving the speaking skills of class XI students of SMAN 2 Bantaeng. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely, the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in the study were students of class XI IPS 1 at SMAN 2 Bantaeng, totaling 28 students. The results of research on students' ability to speak using the group discussion method in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng showed an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle and qualifications achieved in cycle II by achieving the provisions of the indicator of success that must be achieved, namely 75% of students who get a Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) score of 78. The learning outcomes in cycle I are with a percentage result of 25% or with an average result of 60.46 different in cycle II those who experienced changes were more effective, namely with a percentage result of 79% or with an average result of 80.42 in cycle II students were more enthusiastic in participating in the learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much the students' poetry writing skills increased through the application of the hypnoteaching method in class X MIPA 4 SMAN 1 Bantaeng in learning Indonesian. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques using the hypnoteaching method. Based on the results of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II data analysis, it was found that the average class scores obtained by students in learning to write poetry increased. In the pre-cycle, the average class value achieved was 62. In the first cycle, there was an increase in the average value from pre-cycle 11 with the average class value reaching 73. The increase in the average class value also occurred in cycle II, namely the average the class value achieved was 80.25 or an increase from cycle I of 7.25, while an increase from pre-cycle to stage II of cycle was 18.25. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested to Indonesian language and literature teachers to be able to use the hypnoteaching method in learning to write poetry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Lecture Method on Listening Skills in Indonesian Language Learning for Class X Merdeka A Students of SMA Negeri 14 Jeneponto. The research was conducted at SMAN 14 Jeneponto in the even semester of 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a type of experimental research and data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. The population of this study were students of class X consisting of 3 classes. The sample of this research was class X Merdeka A, totaling 32 students who were divided into two groups, 16 students as the experimental group and 16 students as the control group. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pretest posttest control group design. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. In this study, the experimental group and control group tested the hypothesis of learning outcomes using paired sample test analysis because the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The hypothesis was tested with the SPSS version 25.0 for windows program using paired sample test analysis with testing: accept H0 if the significance obtained is greater than >0.05 and H0 is rejected if the significance obtained is less than <0.05. The results of this study can be known based on hypothesis testing, where the two groups show that the sig. is 0.000 <0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the lecture method on listening skills. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of using the lecture method on students' listening skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran audio dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa dan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil peningkatan keterampilan menyimak dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran audio pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.1 SMAN 6 Jeneponto yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian keterampilan menyimak siswa meningkat yaitu dari hasil siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 17 siswa dengan presentase 53%, siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 15 siswa dengan presentase 47%. sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 26 siswa dengan presentase 81% dan siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 6 siswa dengan presentase 19%. Disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menyimak menggunakan media pembelajaran audio pada siswa kelas X SMAN 6 Jeneponto dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini unuk mengetahui proses dan hasil kemampuan siswa menulis cerpen dengan pemanfaatan media blog kelas XI SMAN 12 Makassar. Penelitian ini dalam tahapannya menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, prencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subejk dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh siswa kelas XI Mipa 3 SMAN 12 Makassar tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Adapun teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan yaitu adanya perubahan yang signitifan terhadap kemampuan siswa menulis cerpen seperti sudah mampu menunagkan ide-ide , kreatif dan rasa ingin tahu siswa. terbukti dari rata-rata lembar observasi yang memuat indikator-indikator tersebut yang mencapai 91% dia akhir siklus II. Sementara itu, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meunjukkan peningkatan yang ada pada pra-siklus 62,47, meningkat menjadi 67,29 diakhir siklus I dan mengalami peningkatan yang baik di akhir siklus II menjadi 78,5 dengan jumlah siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan sebanyak 28 dari 34 siswa. berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media blog dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menulis cerpen.

Abstract

This study aims to describe speaking skills through a process approach for class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Bone. The type of research used is classroom action research. While the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The research subjects were class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Bone, totaling 36 students consisting of 16 boys and 20 girls. The research focus of class X students on speaking skills with a process approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the value of the speaking skills of class X students of SMA Negeri 16 Bone with the process approach increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. This research proved that the use of the process approach in teaching speaking could improve the speaking skills of students of class X SMA Negeri 16 Bone.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) It is very important to use directive speech acts during the teaching and learning process at school. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the use of directive speech acts uttered by the teacher during the lesson. (2) This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were teachers who teach Indonesian at UPT SMA Negeri 14 Jeneponto. While the informants in this study were teachers who taught Indonesian for class XI Mipa 1 UPT SMA Negeri 14 Jeneponto. The results of research on the forms and functions of teacher directive speech acts in Indonesian language learning class XI Mipa 1 UPT SMA Negeri 14 Jeneponto show that the use of command directive speech acts and functions of command directive speech acts is the most widely used compared to other directive speech acts. This can be seen from the results of the research which showed that the form of command speech acts and the function of command speech acts were used by Indonesian teachers, namely 10 utterances. The forms of directive speech acts found are directive speech acts of commands, requests, granting permission, advice, questions and prohibitions.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode audiolingual pada kelas X SMAN 6 Jeneponto. jurusan pendidikan bhasa dan sastra Indonesia, fakultas sastra, universitas muslim Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran audiolingual dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dan untuk medeskripsikan hasil peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalampembelajaran Bahasa indonesia menggunakan metode audiolingual. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.3 SMAN 6 Jeneponto yang berjumlah 32 siswa. teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. hasil penelitian kemampuan berbicara siswa meningkat yaitu dari hasil siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 11 siswa dengan presentase 34%, siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 21 siswa dengan presentase 66%, sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 26 siswa dengan presentase 81% dan siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 6 siswa dengan presentase 19%. disimpilkan bahwa kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode audiolingual pada kelas X SMAN 6 Jeneponto dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya menyimak dalam kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam bidang kependidikan, maka guru perlu menanamkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan menyimak kepada mahasiswa. Hal itu dimaksudkan supaya mahasiswa dapat memahami betulbetul cara menyimak dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kemampuan menyimak tidak dapat diabaikan. Dari uraian tersebut, maka penulis mencoba mengadakan penelitian tentang "Kemampuan Menyimak Ekstensif Cerita Pendek Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FSUMI". Dengan alasan, bahwa berapakah tingkat korelasi kemampuan menyimak ekstensif dalam cerita pendek bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang kemampuan menyimak ekstensif cerita pendek mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FS-UMI. Pemetaan penelitian diarahkan penelitian yang berjangka 1 tahun penelitian kependidikan. Hal tersebut diklasifikasikan dalam 3 target utama yaitu penguatan penelitian dasar (basic research) pada tahun pertama, penguatan penelitian terapan (applied research) pada tahun kedua, dan penguatan penelitian riset pengembangan pada penelitian ke depan. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif berupa persentase. Data mengenai kemampuan menyimak ekstensif cerita pendek mahasiswa dikategorikan berdasarkan acuan skor ketuntasan belajar. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yang dimaksud adalah komponen tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyimak cerita pendek belum memadai yaitu mahasiswa yang mendapatkan nilai 65 ke atas sebanyak 9 orang atau 45% dan mahasiswa yang mendatkan nilai kurang dari 65 sebanyak 11 0rang atau 55%.

Abstract

The Scientific Writing Competition of the Quran (KTIQ) at the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) level is usually participated by students of Islamic boarding schools. Mizanul Ulum Sanrobone Islamic Boarding School of Takalar Regency routinely assigns its students as delegates to participate in the KTIQ competition, both at the district and provincial levels, and the results of the rankings obtained have not been optimal. Therefore, an approach is needed in the form of KTIQ writing training for students of Mizanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School as a real solution to the problems of the students in facing each MTQ event. The results of the implementation of this community service activity are expected to be an alternative solution for students of Mizanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Sanrobone in facing each Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) event. This training has contributed to the students as training participants through three KTIQ writing standards, namely: 1) the field of material weight, 2) the field of language rules and style, and 3) the field of logic and message organization. In addition, in this training, participants have also been provided with knowledge of assessing each content in the standard.
