Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh tingkat keamanan terhadap kinerja keuangan hotel di Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan yang terhadap kinerja keuangan hotel di Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat.Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yang akan menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian adalah pengunjung Hotel Sabda Alam, Hotel Sumber Alam, Hotel Tirta Gangga dan Hotel Danau Dariza.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tanggapan responden mengenai deskripsi tingkat keamanan Hotel Kampung Sampireun diatas mayoritas responden menjawab cukup aman yaitu sebesar 40% atau 8 responden. Untuk Hotel Sabda Alam yaitu sebesar 50% atau 10 responden (cukup aman), Hotel Sumber Alam yaitu sebesar 55% atau 11 responden (cukup aman), Hotel Tirta Gangga yaitu sebesar 45% atau 9 responden (sangat aman) dan Hotel Danau Dariza yaitu sebesar 50% atau 10 responden (cukup aman). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat keamanan pada hotel di Kabupaten Garut yaitu cukup aman; (2) Tanggapan responden mengenai deskripsi kualitas layanan Hotel Kampung Sampireun diatas mayoritas responden menjawab cukup puas dan puas yaitu sebesar 80% atau 16 responden (40% + 40%). Untuk Hotel Sabda Alam yaitu sebesar 40% atau 8 responden (puas), Hotel Sumber Alam yaitu sebesar 40% atau 8 responden (cukup puas), Hotel Tirta Gangga yaitu sebesar 40% atau 8 responden dan Hotel Danau Dariza yaitu sebesar 40% atau 8 responden (sangat puas). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas layanan dapat dikatakan memuaskan dan (3) tingkat keamanan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, hal ini berarti semakin baik tingkat keamanan dan kualitas layanan, akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja keuangan hotel.

Abstract

Experiential marketing is a form of marketing that can analyze consumers by using psychological models in analyzing their behavior. The creation of consumer experience through experiential marketing is expected to develop customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze experiential marketing, tourist loyalty, as well as the influence of experiential marketing on tourist loyalty. The method used is an explanatory survey to 100 tourists visiting the Bogor Botanical Gardens, with regression analysis. Findings indicate that in general, the experiential marketing belongs to ?very good? category. This can be seen from the aspects of sense, feel, think, act, relate, and people; which means that by visiting an attraction, consumers gain experience in terms of feelings, thoughts, actions, as well as social relationships. Tourist loyalty to Bogor Botanical Gardens belongs to ?fair? category. This can be seen from the repeat purchase, retention, and referalls aspects which clearly shows that consumers can revisit and repurchase the attraction. Experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence equal to 53.3% on the tourist loyalty. This research recommends that the management of Bogor Botanical Gardens improve their experiential marketing from various aspects, including sense, feel, thought, act, relate, and people.

Abstract

AbstrakDewasa ini pariwisata di Kota Bandung terus berkembang dan menunjukkan kontribusinya dalam menyejahterakan masyarakat. Kecenderungan perkembangan pariwisata sekarang ini tidak merujuk pada pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya Sunda, melainkan hanya terkonsentrasi pada industri ekonomi kreatif. Permasalahan ini tentunya dapat mengancam keberadaan pariwisata budaya di mana identitas budaya Sunda pada sektor pariwisata di Kota Bandung mulai ditinggalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap budaya Sunda di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis berusaha mengembangkan konsep dan menghimpun fakta dengan cermat mengenai permasalahan eksistensi budaya Sunda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, kajian dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata di Kota Bandung berdampak pada melunturnya pariwisata bernuansa nilai budaya Sunda. Eksistensi budaya Sunda sebagai nilai-nilai yang harus dilestarikan kian kurang dihormati pada sisi esensi sejarah. Hal ini ditandai ketika beberapa pagelaran Sunda tidak lagi menyentuh pemahaman pada nilai-niai yang terkandung pada budaya Sunda. Pagelaran hanya bersifat formalitas, seremonial, dan bermotif ekonomi. AbstractTourism in Bandung continues to grow today and show the contribution to the development of social welfare. However, the development of tourism in Bandung focused on the creative industries, while the Sundanese cultural values tend to be ignored. The main purpose of this research is to determine the impact of tourism development to Sundanese culture in Bandung. This research used descriptive qualitative method, that author are tried to develop concepts and gather facts about Sundanese culture in tourism. Data collection techniques in this research consisted of observation, documentation review, and interviews. The results of this research explains that the development of tourism in Bandung impacted to faded Sudanese cultural values in tourism. On the essence of history, the existence of Sundanese culture as values that should be preserved to be less respected. Indicators of declining respect to the Sundanese culture is the lack of understanding on cultural values which contained in a Sundanese arts performances. Sundanese arts performances just a formality, ceremonial and economically motivated.

Abstract

This research was compiled to identify the potential for developing local culinary products in building tourism development, especially culinary tourism in Purworejo Regency, Central Java Province. Local culinary creations in some places can positively impact the local economy. Good management can also positively affect the preservation of the local environment and culture. The topic was chosen because of the potential for developing local culinary tourism in Purworejo regency as a district whose area is very strategic in the province of Central Java, where local culinary products are expected to significantly impact the development of local culinary tourism in Purworejo Regency. The type of research conducted by researchers is qualitative descriptive research. Redana (2006: 137) describes descriptive qualitative research. It is a study designed to obtain information about symptoms' state when the investigation involves the local community, local government, tourists and culinary industry players in Purworejo Regency. Data analysis uses qualitative and interpretive descriptive analysis. Qualitative data analysis is the compression of data through the development of classification methods. It is a time series classification system that includes a collection of collected information and systematically reveals their relationships. This research is expected to be a commitment or thought in creating arrangements for increasing traditional culinary tourism in Purworejo Regency, Central Java.

Abstract

Enforcement of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in principle can provide an opportunity to create a joint economic growth including the tourism sector. Bandung as one of the creative tourism destination should certainly be able to create competitiveness in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). As this study shows that tourism destination competitiveness of Bandung city in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) needs to be improved, in which aspects of competitiveness, infrastructure development, environmental, technological progress, human resources, openness, and social development. In these problems the development of the tourism sector in the city of Bandung need more promotion. In addition to support promotion agencies, brochures, websites, promotion abroad, and tourism facilities including infrastructure is a contributing factor to increase tourism in the city of Bandung which can contribute significantly to the economic growth of the community. The government must also play a role in the development of tourism. In addition to more consultation with the private sector before formulating new policy, the government is also required to build partnerships with the private sector, improving road safety and health services, as well as a variety of tourism support it.

Abstract

Tourism sector is one of the activities that have a strategic role in support international economic developmentin the era of globalization. Influence the development of the tourism industy for the development of the region in the vicinity of the attractions, so as to act as leading industries, the sectors that can boost the economy. Abstract

Desa Ngargoretno adalah desa yang terletak dikawasan perbukitan Menoreh. Selain memiliki potensi pariwisata berupa keindahan alam, desa ini juga memiliki kekayaan hasil bumi seperti tanaman kopi, teh, rempah-rempah dan juga hasil peternakan berupa susu kambing etawa yang memiliki rasa lezat dan nilai gizi yang baik. Namun disayangkan, susu kambing etawa tersebut biasanya oleh warga sekitar hanya dikonsumsi dengan cara diminum langsung. Padahal susu kambing etawa ini berpotensi untuk diolah menjadi ragam produk pastry seperti pastry cream agar memiliki nilai tambah ekonomis dan juga nilai tambah gizi. Oleh karena itu maka, pelatihan pembuatan pastry cream bagi masyarakat Desa Ngargoretno dirasa sangat perlu. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode cooking demostration dan hands on practice. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat produk pastry cream. Harapannya adalah agar tercipta penambahan nilai ekonomi dari komoditas susu etawa di Desa Ngargoretno.

Abstract

 Since early in 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has arrive in our home land. Many people get infected by this virus. The goverment take a quick and responsive restrictive, preventive and currative policy to mitigate this disaster. The social life has change. So many people normal habits has to be adjusted to the situation. Many healthy protocol was applied by the goverment to eradicate this global pandemic desease. CHSE was one of the healthy life style promoted by the goverment c.q Ministry Of Tourism & Creative Economy. CHSE was the protocol to implementing the cleanlinnes, health, safety & environmental sustainability. the purpose of this CHSE training was to create a healthier and condusive condition for the people, so they can still do the activity during the pandemic situation. Sejak awal tahun 2020 Pandemi Covid-19 datang melanda tanah air. Banyak di antara masyarakat Indonesia yang terjangkit virus corona ini. Pemerintah bergerak cepat dalam upaya mitigasi bencana virus ini dengan mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan publik yang bersifat restriktif, preventif dan kuratif agar penyebarannya dapat ditekan. Hal itu berdampak kepada kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Kebiasaan-kebiasaan normal yang seringkali masyarakat lakukan, kini telah berubah. Berbagai pembatasan-pembatasan dan juga protokol kesehatan diterapkan oleh pihak berwenang dalam upaya untuk menanggulangi wabah global ini. Diantara beberapa kampanye gaya hidup sehat yang digaungkan pemerintah itu, salah satunya adalah kampanye Cleanlinnes, Health, Safety & Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) yang digalakkan oleh kementerian pariwisata & ekonomi kreatif. CHSE adalah suatu protokol kesehatan yang menekankan kepada terjaganya kebersihan (cleanlinnes), upaya menjaga kesehatan (health), upaya menjaga keamanan (safety) dan juga upaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan (environmental sustainability). Tujuan dari pelatihan CHSE adalah agar terwujud suatu keadaan yang kondusif dalam menjalankan aktifitas di tengah pandemi yang belum diketahui kapan akan berakhirnya.

Abstract

Marketing is an effort to maintain and keep a business growing and can help expand the business. This study aims to determine how to apply the 7P marketing mix to increase the number of visitors to the Coffee Shop called Ibrato Coffee, and to determine what factors are obstacles and supporters in its implementation. This study is a qualitative study with a description of the 7P variables in the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation with purposive sampling techniques. The unit of analysis in this study consisted of 6 informants, consisting of the owner, employees and visitors of the Coffee Shop. The results of this study using interview analysis techniques, show that the marketing mix strategy applied at the Ibrato Coffee Shop to increase the number of visitors in the marketing process has been implemented well and effectively, and has good procedures in dealing with consumers. Consumers who visit are satisfied with the service provided
