Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit   infeksi   menular   yang   disebabkan   oleh bakteri Mycobacterium  tuberculosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak akar parang romang terhadap Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Sampel di ekstraksi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%, kemudian dibuat deret konsentrasi yaitu 250 ppm, 500 ppm, 750 ppm, dan 1000 ppm. Uji penghambatan pertumbuhan Mycobacterium tuberculosis menggunakan metode MODS pada bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37RV. Hasil uji penghambatan  pertumbuhan Mycobacterium tuberculosis menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 250 ppm masih mampu menghambat pertumbuhan Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37RV.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of banking digitalization on student satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Palopo University. This research uses a quantitative method where the population used is all UMP students and the sample consists of 30 samples. This research uses Simple Random Sampling Technique. And using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The research results show that there is an influence between the Banking Digitalization variable (X) on Student Satisfaction (Y). By implementing banking digitalization, the bank believes it can be compared and has the best responsiveness to customer (student) needs. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out in this research, it can be concluded that there are benefits or positive effects of using digital banking at Sharia Banks on student satisfaction. Currently, customers (students) are used to using digital banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the perception of organizational support and work engagement affect job performance in Gen z Nurses at RSIA JMB. This study was conducted on Gen z Nurses at RSIA JMB, using a purposive sampling method and the number of respondents was 30 respondents. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and partial test (t). Based on the results of the hypothesis testing that has been carried out by the researcher, the conclusion is that the variable perceived organizational support (X1) does not have a significant effect on job performance (Y). While the variable work engagement (X2) has a significant effect on job performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the load shedding system using Under Frequency Relay (UFR) at the Bolangi Substation as an effort to maintain the stability of the power system frequency. A supply disruption from Bayline Daya Baru (#2) occurred, namely a disturbance due to a lightning strike, which is an important background in this study. A decrease in frequency due to power imbalance can cause a total power outage (blackout), so a responsive UFR protection system is needed. Simulations were carried out using ETAP 19.0 software with a bayline release scenario to analyze the frequency response and effectiveness of automatic load shedding. The simulation results show that a frequency decrease of up to 48.60 Hz can be restored to 50 Hz in 2.47 seconds through gradual load shedding of 13.34 MW by UFR stages 2 and 4. This study provides an overview of the load shedding stages based on the frequency setting values ​​and periodic UFR working times as well as the use of ETAP for continuous evaluation of the protection system at the substation.

Abstract

This study examines readers’ responses to two folktales Timun Mas (Indonesia) and Jack and the Beanstalk (England) with the objective of identifying how cultural values shape intellectual and emotional engagement with narrative texts. Data were collected from 30 undergraduate students majoring in English literature. Employing an experimental approach, participants read both folktales and responded through structured questionnaires and open-ended written reflections. The findings reveal notable variations in readers’ interpretations of the two stories. In Timun Mas, participants expressed both positive and negative responses influenced by their cultural backgrounds. Many appreciated the integration of Javanese cultural elements such as the naming of characters, the inclusion of traditional objects like terasi (shrimp paste), and references to takhyul (superstition) which contributed to the story’s cultural richness and authenticity. Readers also admired Timun Mas’s perseverance in confronting adversity, reflecting cultural values of resilience and moral strength. Conversely, some participants criticized the character of Mbok Srini for breaking her promise to the giant, viewing this act as inconsistent with ethical principles valued in their own culture. In contrast, responses to Jack and the Beanstalk were predominantly negative, with readers interpreting Jack’s actions as morally questionable. Many described him as greedy, deceitful, and unjustified in killing the giant. Several participants suggested that the story should have concluded with a tragic ending in which Jack faces the consequences of his actions. Overall, the study underscores the profound influence of cultural background on readers’ moral evaluations, emotional responses, and interpretive engagement with folktales across different cultural traditions.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan pemerintah yang berkualitas sangat penting untuk menunjukkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara. LPP RRI Biak sebagai lembaga penyiaran publik memiliki tantangan dalam mengelola aset penyiaran yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan persediaan dan penatausahaan Barang Milik Negara terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan di LPP RRI Biak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus kepada 38 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 30. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan sebesar 34,2% (t=2,620; p=0,013). Penatausahaan BMN memberikan pengaruh lebih besar yaitu 54,3% (t=4,698; p<0,001). Secara bersamaan, kedua faktor ini mampu menjelaskan 51,6% dari kualitas laporan keuangan (F=18,682; p<0,001). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan persediaan dan penatausahaan BMN yang baik sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan lembaga pemerintah, khususnya lembaga penyiaran publik.
