Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dominance of offline sales in the digital era through a case study of Getuk Goreng Sokaraja Haji Tohirin. Despite the rapid growth of digitalization, offline sales among MSMEs remain crucial for maintaining direct relationships with consumers. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and questionnaires with business owners and consumers, the findings reveal that authentic shopping experiences, face-to-face interactions, and trust in product quality are the main factors influencing consumers to shop offline. While digital platforms offer convenience, social experiences and emotional closeness remain irreplaceable. The main challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting digitalization include limited resources and high shipping costs. Therefore, this study suggests a gradual adoption of digital technologies and enhanced digital training to enable MSMEs to optimize both offline and online sales through a hybrid strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of inflation expectations, income, financial literacy, and trust in digital platforms on mutual fund investment decisions among university students in Purwokerto. The gap between the number of productive-age individuals and mutual fund investors indicates that students' investment interest remains low despite the increasing accessibility of digital investment platforms. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, consisting of university students in Purwokerto who have invested or are currently investing in mutual funds. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on mutual fund investment decisions. Partially, income, financial literacy, and trust in digital platforms have a positive and significant effect. In contrast, inflation expectations have no significant effect. These findings indicate that students' investment decisions are more strongly influenced by financial capacity, financial knowledge, and trust in digital platforms rather than macroeconomic factors such as inflation. As a novel contribution, this paper provides a new contribution by integrating macroeconomic information and psychosocial factors into the student investment behavior model, which has so far been limitedly studied in the context of young investors in educational hub regions such as Purwokerto.

Abstract

This study provides an empirical understanding of how integrated internal government controls in Indonesia can support regional development goals. Using Path analysis, we test the relationship between government internal control systems, budget efficiency, and regional development, with emphasis on health, education, and poverty. Surprisingly, the study revealed that instruments within the government's internal control systems, the corruption prevention effectiveness index, and the government's internal oversight positively impacted budget efficiency. However, we found that the risk management index negatively affected budget efficiency. In conclusion, this study establishes a link between internal government control, budget efficiency, and development goals. These findings underscore the importance of implementing high-quality internal oversight to support regionalized national development objectives. Keywords: SPIP, Government Internal Supervision, Indonesia, Budget Efficiency, Development Goals.
