Abstract

Laboratorium di lembaga dan layanan kesehatan masyarakat dituntut untuk mampu menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini yang menuntut adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang baik, profesional, dan berkualitas. Dengan adanya tingkat kebutuhan yang tinggi akan manajemen berbagai layanan di laboratorium yang terus berkembang serta kebutuhan untuk inventaris data, maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi laboratorium yang dapat memfasilitasi semua kebutuhan laboratorium dengan tetap memberikan kemudahan dan keluwesan untuk pengembangan pada waktu-waktu mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun implementasi sistem informasi pelayanan penunjang medis laboratorium di UPT Puskesmas Dersalam, Bae, Kabupaten Kudus. Teknologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah framework codeigniter yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan mysql untuk manajemen penyimpanan data di databasenya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai model dalam perancangan perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Buah adas (Foeniculum vulgare) secara empiris telah banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai obat batuk berdahak dengan ditambahkan madu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas mukolitik ramuan buah adas secara in vitro pada putih telur bebek dengan konsentrasi 10% dan 20%. Ramuan buah adas diperoleh dengan cara diseduh dengan air panas dan ditambahkan satu sendoh teh madu. Ramuan buah adas konsentrasi 10% dan 20% ditambahkan dengan tween 80 serta campuran putih telur bebek dan larutan dapar fosfat pH 7. Ambroxol HCl 3% digunakan sebagai kontrol positif sedangkan mukus tanpa rebusan adas digunakan sebagai kontrol negatif. Sampel diuji menggunakan viskometer ostwald dan diukur massa jenisnya dengan piknometer. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah hingga didapatkan nilai visksoitas. Hasil dianalisis dengan uji statistik one way ANOVA dan dilanjutkan uji LSD. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kontrol negatif dengan kontrol positif, konsentrasi 10% dan 20% (p < 0,05) serta tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kontrol positif dengan konsentrasi 10% dan 20% (p > 0,05). Abstract

This article discusses intervention efforts to address stunting in Dorebara Village, Dompu Regency, through the Community Empowerment Real Work Lecture (KKN PMD) program by Universitas Mataram. The program involves the dissemination of information about the risks of stunting and the Practice of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS), the provision of Complementary Feeding (MPASI) in the form of "Chicken Corn Soup," health surveys of prospective brides (Catin) using the Elsimil application, and knowledge about the implications of early marriage. The results indicate an increased understanding within the community regarding stunting prevention, proper childcare practices, and the importance of appropriate MPASI. In essence, this program offers concrete solutions and holds the potential to reduce the prevalence of stunting in the area.

Abstract

Garbage problem is a worldwide problem. Efforts to address garbage problem have been performed in several aspect, including automatic garbage classification to support automatic garbage sortation in small scale. In the field of garbage classification, deep learning has been widely used because of its ability to learn feature and also to classify with high accuracy.  Several promising architectures in deep learning such as ResNet50 and InceptionNet have been used for this classification task. InceptionResNet is introduced to combine the strength of both architectures. This research aims to classify Garbage Classification data set which consist of 15150 images from 12 classes by using InceptionResNetV2 architecture. In addition, experiment by using ResNet-50 is also performed to provide comparison of its performance. During experiment, Hyperparamater tuning was performed, namely the learning rate, dropout rate, and the number of neuron in the dense layer. The results show that InceptionResNetV2 outperform ResNet50 in all scenarios. This architecture is able to achieve highest accuracy of 97.54%.  Even though the classification time is longer for InceptionResNetV2, this finding is able to prove the outstanding performance of InceptionResNetV2 in garbage classification. This study contributes to the field of garbage classification by introducing robust and better model for better classification.

Abstract

Biotechnology involves the use of microorganisms supported by technology to produce goods and services, a practice that has been around for thousands of years. The application of biotechnology includes processing fermented beverage products. Kombucha is a traditional fermented tea drink that is carbonated and has a slightly sweet and sour taste. Butterfly pea flower contains anthocyanins, which act as antioxidants and antibacterial agents. Sugar serves as a nutrient for Scoby, helping with the fermentation process. This article review uses a scientific literature study, with data collected from Google Scholar, referencing 15 journals from the last 10 years. Scoby nutrients can include granulated sugar, palm sugar, Baduy forest honey, stevia sugar, and Tropicana Slim sugar. Each nutrient is given at concentrations of 20%, 30%, and 40%. The test results show that providing nutrients at a concentration of 40% produced a larger inhibition zone.
