Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the advertising, product quality and purchase decisions at CV Cemilan Kunik Garut and to determine the effect of advertising on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, and the effect of advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions on food products CV Cemilan Kunik. Arrowroot. The research method used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons, or connecting one variable to another. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased products in CV Cemilan Kunik Garut food products, while the samples taken were 68 people and the sampling was carried out using incidental sampling. Based on data processing using SPSS veri 20, the research instrument used in this study was declared valid because it had a value greater than the r table of 0.238 and reliable because it had a value greater than the Cronbach alpha value of 0.600. From the results of the correlation test, advertising has a strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.646 and a determination coefficient of 41.3% and the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors not examined, while the results of the product quality correlation test have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. r value of 0.634 and coefficient of determination of 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% influenced by other factors not examined. Then the results of the advertising correlation test and product quality have a very strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.824 and a determination coefficient of 67.9% and the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Service quality can make customers feel satisfied and have optimal loyalty, based on research problems and phenomena that occur, the authors are interested in conducting research on service quality and customer loyalty through research with the title. Effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in Small and Medium Enterprises, Garut Regency. The method used is associative. Collecting data using quantitative, namely research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, while the population taken a sample of 68 people. To determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in Small and Medium Enterprises in Garut Regency, a correlation test analysis, determination test, t test and f test were conducted. Based on the results of service quality testing, the effect on customer loyalty is a very strong category, which is equal to 0.959 and the test of determination is very good, namely 91.9% and the remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors that are not examined such as switching costs and waiting time, while and the t test. significant effect between service quality on customer loyalty, because this t count is greater than t table, namely 374,69.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is the decision-making stage where consumers actually buy a product or service. This research is motivated by the decline in sales of Dodol products as a local product typical of Garut at one of the SMEs selling dodol in the last five years, from 2013-1017. This indicates that Dodol consumers are starting to switch to other products. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product variations affect purchasing decisions. The population in this research are Dodol Bestory consumers, while the sample taken is 68 respondents using a non-probability technique with an incidental sampling approach. Based on the analysis and data obtained using SPSS Version 16, that the description of the research instrument used in this study is declared valid and reliable, because it has a value greater than r table. From the results of the correlation test that product variations have an influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation value (r) of 0.550, a coefficient of determination of 30.2% and a significant test value of 5.537. Thus it can be concluded that product variations have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. If product variety is increased, consumer decisions will also increase

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang pada fluktuatifnya jumlah produk gagal atau cacat pada PT. Jusindo Sumber Prakarsa-Garut, fenomena ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal salah satunya adalah desain produk yang diterapkan perusahaan bagi para pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain produk mempengaruhi mutu produk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari PT. Jusindo Sumber Prakarsa, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 68 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan incidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dimana data yang telah dihimpun selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolah data statistik IBM SPSS 21. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan valid dan reliabel karena memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dari r tabel yakni sebesar 0,200. Dari hasil uji korelasi antara variabel desain produk terhadap mutu produk diperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,566. Hal ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara desain produk terhadap mutu produk. Besarnya pengaruh antara dua variabel tersebut sebesar 30,7% dan sisanya sebesar 69,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini seperti faktor harga, kesadaran merek, dan faktor lainnya. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t yang menyatakan bahwa desain produk berpengaruh secara positif terhadap mutu produk.Tanggapan responden tentang desain produk dan mutu produk pada PT. Jusindo Sumber Prakarsa-Garut termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian serta pengaruh kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Sri Daya Center Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh pelanggan yang berbelanja di Sri Daya Center Garut pada tahun 2018 dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasil sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasi, wawancara, kuesioner/angket dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan analisis dan data diperoleh keterangan bahwa instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penenlitian ini dinyatakan valid dan reliable karena nilai r-hitung > r-tabel product moment sebesar 0,1689. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,33 atau 33% dan sisanya yaitu sebesar 67% dipengaruhi oleh faktor kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, serta strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan (Ahamaad Ubaidillah, 2014:14). Dari hasil perhitungan uji F bahwa nilai F-hitung (22,809) > F-tabel (2,36) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 terima menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (X1) dan word of mouth (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

The phenomenon of the emergence of skin beauty treatments in Garut is growing rapidly along with consumer awareness to take care of their skin. However, in the last 3 years there has been a decline in customers for beauty treatments. In this regard, a research was conducted at a beauty clinic in Garut with the title "Purchase Decisions Affected by Sales Promotion at Beauty Clinics in Garut". The research method used in this study is the causal method. The population in this study was 1,225 customers and the sample used was 92 people using simple random sampling technique. The data collection used is a questionnaire, the analytical technique used in this research is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of data processing obtained using SPSS Version 26 software for windows, that the instrument used in this study was declared valid and reliable because it had a value greater than r table of 0.205. From the correlation coefficient test results obtained information that sales promotion has a very strong influence with a value of 0.959 with a coefficient of determination of 91.9%, and based on hypothesis testing there is a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 while t count 31.918> t table 1.66.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan dengan metode kuesioner.     Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (3) kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (4) hasil penelitian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji f dimana Fhitung Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,05 yaitu Fhitung (174,572) Ftabel (3,183) dengan signifikansi 0,000 0,05.           Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, prestasi kerja

Abstract

Purpose– The objective of this research is to develop an integrated operational management model for Smart & Green Villages (SGVs), combining the principles of smart villages and green villages to promote sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive rural development. This research emphasizes operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, digital technology utilization, and community participation as key pillars. Design/Methodology/Approach – A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving surveys of villages in Indonesia that have begun adopting SGV principles, in-depth interviews with village officials and key stakeholders, and case studies of villages that have successfully implemented smart technologies and environmentally friendly practices. Data triangulation was applied to strengthen the validity of the findings. Findings – The study shows that integrating functional organizational structures, optimizing digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and village information systems, and building participatory community mechanisms significantly improve public service delivery, reduce operational costs, enhance environmental management, and strengthen socio-economic well-being. The study also identified new operational variables, including cost-effective innovation, digital local governance, inter-village shared resources, and socio-environmental audits as a multidimensional evaluation tool. Practical implications – These findings provide a practical framework for policymakers, local governments, and community leaders to implement and evaluate SGV. The multidimensional indicators proposed in this study enable continuous monitoring and adaptation of village operations to local conditions and resource constraints. Originality/Value – This study is one of the first to propose a concrete and replicable SGV operational management model by introducing new variables and multidimensional evaluation indicators. It enriches the theoretical discourse on smart and green village integration while offering actionable strategies for sustainable rural governance.
