An effective organization must be able to create a conducive organizational climate to achieve the expected performance goals. To achieve this requires good human resource management accompanied by attention to factors that are able to become a liaison for the achievement of employee performance in accordance with the goals set by the organization. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have been widely tested as connecting factors between employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the mediating role of organizational com-mitment and job satisfaction on the effect of organizational climate on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research design which can explain the setting of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. The sampling method used was saturated sampling with 30 employees as respondents. After the data is collected, it is processed and analyzed using SMARTPLS 3.0. The results of the study have proven that (1) organizational commitment mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee perfor-mance; (2) Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational climate and em-ployee performance.

Potensi sumber daya alam Ohoi Elaar Let yang terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara sangat melimpah. Lingkungan yang masih terjaga serta masih banyaknya lahan produktif yang dimiliki membuat warga mampu menghasilkan banyak hasil alam dari kegiatan bercocok tanam. Berlimpahnya hasil alam ini harus diimbangi dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengelola hasil alam tersebut. Aktivitas yang dilakukan warga diharapkan berkontribusi pada pendapatan masyarakat, namun kegiatan ini masih belum menggunakan manajemen usaha yang agar kinerja dari kegiatan usaha dapat mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu faktor penting untuk pencapaian kinerja usaha maka diperlukannya perilaku knowledge sharing antar wirausaha. Untuk itu, pentingnya mengedukasi wirausahawan Ohoi Elaar Let dengan manajemen usaha dan motivasi yang lebih baik agar meningkatnya kinerja usaha dengan tetap menjaga kepercayaan diri dan ketangguhan diri dalam berwirausaha. Metode edukasi yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan games. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan tentang wirausaha dan timbulnya perilaku knowledge sharing yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha masyarakat Ohoi Elaar Let. The natural resource potential of Ohoi Elaar Let, which is located in Southeast Maluku Regency, is very abundant. The environment is still well-maintained, and there are still many productive lands that are owned by the residents, making them able to produce many natural products from farming activities. The abundance of natural products must be balanced with the availability of human resources capable of managing these natural products. Activities carried out by residents are expected to contribute to community income, but these activities still do not use business management so that the performance of business activities can increase. One of the important factors for achieving business performance is the need for knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs. For this reason, it is important to educate entrepreneurs on better business management and motivation in order to increase business performance while maintaining integrity and self-confidence in entrepreneurship. The educational method used is in the form of lectures and games. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge about entrepreneurship and the emergence of knowledge-sharing behaviors that can improve the business performance of the Ohoi Elaar Let community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Matahari Departemen Store Ambon Plaza. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan berstatus kontrak dan sampel sebesar 32orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sensus. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala Likert. Alat analisis menggunsksn regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk pengujian pertama variabel ketidakamanan kerja terhadap turnover intention diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2.274 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 artinya hipotesis diterima karena ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil pengujian kedua variabel komitmen organisas terhadap turnover intention diperoleh t hitung untuk komitmen organisasi adalah 2.877 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 lebih kecil dari 0.05, artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

Kepuasan karyawan sangat penting untuk bisnis. Perusahaan harus memiliki kinerja yang baik/tinggi untuk membantu perusahaan memperoleh keuntungan. Tunggu, jika menurun. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kepuasan dalam bekerja pasti akan terjadi pada setiap karyawan. Rumusan masalah yang dapat diajukan adalah 1) apakah kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, 2) apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, 3) apakah fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yaitu angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian variabel menggunakan uji validitas dan asumi klasik. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 responden dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dikategorikan sangat kuat dan diupayakan kepuasan kerja karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, baik ekonomi maupun non finansial bagi karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Sungguminasa.

Hadirnya UMKM di Indonesia memberi konstribusi besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan besarnya jumlah pengangguran,.. Dalam masa pemulihan UMKM Pasca Covid 19, pemimpin atau manajer UMKM harus memiliki perilaku dan sikap yang baik dan tepat dalam mengelola usaha, beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi demi mencapai keunggulan bersaing . Pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Liliboy sebagai Objek dalam kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan mampun menampilkan karakter pemimpin yang kuat dan tangguh agar dapat menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi yang berarti. Untuk itu, pentingnya menumbuhkan perilaku pemimpin yang bercirikan pemimpin transformasional, transaksional dan pemimpin yang melayani dalam mengelola usaha secara professional di masa sekarang. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan mengubah perilaku serta sikap pemimpin yang tepat di Desa Liliboy . Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan perilaku dan sikap kepemimpinan yang handal dan profesional dari pelaku UMKM.

Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan” ( Penelitian pada Karyawan Perusahaan umum badan logistik pangan kantor wilayah Maluku dan Malut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 51 dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 24. dengan metode analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of spending treasurers in the work units of the Maluku Regional Police. The background of this research is the Performance of Expenditure Treasurers at the Moluccas Polda Satker where there are several personnel who are dissatisfied with the results of their work because the results of the work carried out by Financial staff at the Maluku Polda Satker are often not assessed well by partners and leaders where the results of the work carried out have not received maximum value in managing and financial accountability. This study uses quantitative research by collecting data that is measured using statistical, mathematical and computational techniques. With a total sample of 80 (eighty) respondents. And using regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The findings from this study indicate that workload has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of Treasurers for Spending SATKER Staff of the Maluku Regional Police, the Work Environment has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of Treasurers of Spending SATKER for the Maluku Regional Police. As for Job Satisfaction, it has a positive and insignificant impact on the Performance of the Treasurer's Expenditures for Work Units for the Maluku Regional Police.

This service aims to assist Youth Branch XIV Cabang Bethel in carrying out the Science and Technology Work Program which is beneficial for the development of member start-up businesses as well as providing motivation and innovation that can be used as a Business Opportunity for youth in general. Ranting XIV of the Cabang Bethel consists of 50 Branch Members including 15 administrators and 4 Trustees. The existing Science and Technology Work Program at the Branch requires the Branch to make a new breakthrough that is useful for the existing and not yet existing Startup Businesses. On the other side, the average AMGPM Ranting XIV Bethel youth member has a Tiktok account but does not understand the use and benefits of affiliate marketing in this application. Of the 35 participants who attended, 10 of them had pilot businesses in the form of goods and services. However, in its development it has not yet achieved the desired profit, so development for the sake of development is needed. The method used in this activity is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and the practice of becoming a Tiktok affiliate. The training begins with the theory and practice of affiliate registration on the Tiktok application and how to publish content for sale. This training tends to invite participants to market products without production costs. Based on the results of the evaluation, the TIM found that: 1) Participants were motivated to take advantage of affiliate marketing on the TikTok application to develop businesses, as well as start new businesses. This can be seen from the number of participants who registered accounts to become Tiktok application affiliators, as many as 23 of the 35 participants who attended, using Smartphones and Laptops assisted by TIM. 2) This training helps realize the Bethel Branch XIV Science and Technology Work Program which is beneficial to its members.

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. This research was conducted on Everbright Hotel employees. The population in this study was 30 people. The sample used was 30 people using a saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population as a sample. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with the help of SPSS tools. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development has no effect on employee performance.

This research aims to reveal the influence and how big an impact work discipline and emotional intelligence have on the level of performance produced by employees of J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh Ambon, a company that provides goods delivery services. A descriptive approach was used to test hypotheses or answer questions about the research subject, with the research focus on J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh employees, totaling 36 people.Using a saturated sampling method, this approach involves the entire population of J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh employees as the main sample. The likert scale is the main measuring tool used by distributing questionnaires to respondents. In processing the collected data, multiple regression analysis was driven by SPSS statistical software as the main tool. Interesting research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on performance, while emotional intelligence makes a positive but not significant contribution to employee performance. This research not only presents findings but also brings an in-depth understanding of the interaction between work discipline, emotional intelligence, and performance in the context of human resource management.
