This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work involvement, commitment and its influence on employee performance. The samples taken were all employees of the Ambon State Christian Institute of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) work involvement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) engagement work does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational culture influences performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediation. The sample taken is all employees of Bank Artha Graha as many as 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) culture organization has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to explain the influence of external perceptions of prestige on deviant behavior and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Ambon Branch Telecommunications. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Ambon Branch. The sample of this research was taken as many as 42 respondents. Hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that external perception of prestige had a significant effect on deviant behavior, external perception of prestige had a significant effect on job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence and interpersonal communication on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. This type of research is a quantitative research, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population of this research is the PKB representative of the Maluku Province BKKBN, totaling 100 employees with a total sample of 50 employees. . The results of the study stated that competence and interpersonal communication partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. MSMEs have a very important role in driving the wheels of the economy. Therefore, MSME activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from people's lives in meeting the needs of life in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Reliable MSME human resources are needed for the survival of MSMEs. This service activity aims to provide understanding and strengthening for MSME actors in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency about the Importance of HR Quality and Access to Information in MSME Management. It is hoped that with this Community Service activity, MSMEs will still have the motivation and maintain a survival attitude in managing their business after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this activity is Counseling or Lectures for 30 MSME actors which aims to increase understanding and awareness of business actors. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge and skills from MSME actors through material that is understood so that MSMEs use their capacities well and try to improve their quality and competence in managing and developing MSMEs in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the relationship between Work Family Conflict and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction with Job Stress as an intervening variable during the 2020 pandemic for nurses at RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research design used data analysis methods using the path paradigm with data analysis techniques using PLS-Path Modeling with the SMART PLS 3 application. The importance of the role of Triple Helix for the development of MSMEs is one of the bases for this research. By taking a location in Kairatu District, West Seram Regency (SBB), it is expected to be able to produce a Triple Helix Model in the development of MSMEs in Kairatu District. The type of research conducted is qualitative research using the questionnaire method with Triple helix actors, namely academics, business, and government, which play a role in the development of MSMEs in Kairatu District. As a result, a comprehensive study can be obtained in building an integrated Triple Helix Model in the development of MSMEs. The study results show that Kairatu Sub-district has the potential of MSMEs that can develop and be sustainable through the synergy of the Triple Helix elements of government, academia and business. The role of academics in higher education must continue to improve the quality and quantity of MSMEs to be competitive and survive in the present and future.

Hadirnya UMKM di Indonesia memberi konstribusi besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan besarnya jumlah pengangguran,.. Dalam masa pemulihan UMKM Pasca Covid 19, pemimpin atau manajer UMKM harus memiliki perilaku dan sikap yang baik dan tepat dalam mengelola usaha, beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi demi mencapai keunggulan bersaing . Pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Liliboy sebagai Objek dalam kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan mampun menampilkan karakter pemimpin yang kuat dan tangguh agar dapat menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi yang berarti. Untuk itu, pentingnya menumbuhkan perilaku pemimpin yang bercirikan pemimpin transformasional, transaksional dan pemimpin yang melayani dalam mengelola usaha secara professional di masa sekarang. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan mengubah perilaku serta sikap pemimpin yang tepat di Desa Liliboy . Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan perilaku dan sikap kepemimpinan yang handal dan profesional dari pelaku UMKM.

The effective management of human resources is a critical factor in the achievement of organizational success. The recruitment and selection of competent personnel is a crucial aspect of human resource management. The objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effects of information technology implementation on enhancing the recruitment and selection procedures of human resources. It is anticipated that the outcomes of this investigation will yield a more profound comprehension of the utilization of information technology in enhancing the process of recruiting and selecting personnel resources. The primary emphasis of this research is on qualitative analysis. Data collection methods involve meticulous observation and recording of data, followed by the application of analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualization, and inference to derive insights. The study's findings indicate that the incorporation of information technology in the recruitment and selection procedures of human resources has yielded several noteworthy and beneficial outcomes. The implementation of this measure has resulted in enhanced recruitment process efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness, alongside a reduction in administrative expenses and time consumption.

The matters related to human capital and organizational citizenship behavior related to service performance in hospitals are measly limited to be studied. Therefore, through the research, the possibility of the problems is explored. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational citichenzip behavior on the service performance of medical staff at Dr. Haulussy Ambon General Hospital. The research design is an associative explanatory survey, which is a study that purposes to reveal the correlation and contribution between human capital variables and organizational citichenzip behavior on service performance. The object of this research is Dr. Haulussy Ambon Hospital with a sample of 66 medical staff that was used as research respondents. The results of the study show that human capital has a significant and positive effect on the service performance of medical personnel; organizational citichenzip behavior has a significant and positive effect on the service performance of medical personnel. The suggestions that can be submitted are prioritizing human capital in optimizing service performance by encouraging an increase in the knowledge, expertise, skills, and abilities of medical personnel related to the demands for service needs that must be realized at Dr. Haulussy Ambon Public Hospital.
