Abstract

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) adalah suatu kondisi dimana jantung mengalami kegagalan dalam memompa darah untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sel-sel tubuh sebagai nutrient dan oksigen secara adekuat. Kebutuhan oksigenasi merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang digunakan untuk kelangsungan metabolism sel tubuh, mempertahankan hidup dan aktivitas sebagai organ atau sel.Salah satu asuhan keperawatan pada penderita jantung adalah terapi oksigen. Terapi oksigen adalah bagian integral dari pengelolaan untuk partisipan yang dirawat dirumah sakit, khususnya partisipan yang sedang mengalami gangguan pernafasan yaitu untuk mempertahankan oksigenasi dalam tubuh. Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dengan metode studi kasus tujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan kebutuhan oksigen dengan nasal kanul pada partisipan CHF. Hasil studi kasus dengan menggunakkan nasal kanul, sehingga partisipan mampu mempertahankan suplai oksigen yang adekuat dalam tubuh menunjukan adanya peningkatan suplai oksigen pada partisipan CHF yang mendapatkan terapioksigen sehingga dapat menunjukkan jalan nafas menjadi paten.Kata kunci: CHF, Terapi oksigen, Nasal kanul

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze: 1) the use of chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning. 2) the advantages and disadvantages of chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning. 3) the results of the use of chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning. The research method is a case study. The subjects of this research were 5 students. Observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The results show that: 1) the use of chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning worked well, that was students actively involved in learning corresponding lesson plan. 2) chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning each has its advantages and disadvantages. 3) The implementation by using chain writing method and media picture in English descriptive text learning showed very good results, in cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Kesuksesan anak dalam pendidikan tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab para pendidik, tetapi juga menjadi tanggung jawab orang tua. Harmoni antara apa yang dipelajari anak di sekolah dan di rumah sangat penting untuk mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Orang tua bertanggung jawab mendidik anak di rumah, sementara pendidik bertugas dalam proses pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, keduanya harus saling berkoordinasi agar dapat menghadirkan perlakuan yang konsisten dan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama dalam pengasuhan anak sehari-hari. Namun, pada kenyataannya salah satu masalah yang ditemukan adalah bahwa masih ada orang tua yang percaya bahwa tanggung jawab utama atas keberhasilan pendidikan anak mereka terletak pada guru, padahal seharusnya orang tua adalah guru pertama dan utama bagi anak-anak prasekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan urgensi keterlibatan orangtua dalam mendampingi pembelajaran anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di TK KB Terpadu AL-Fajar, Juwiring, Klaten. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi yang melibatkan orangtua sisswa. Dengan adanya sosialisasi penguatan keterlibatan orangtua dalam proses Pendidikan anak, harapannya dapat meningkatkan dan membentuk kesadaran orang tua sebagai guru pertama terkhusus di lingkungan rumah dalam mendukung capaian pembelajaran anak. Serta, terciptanya suasana lingkungan yang kondusif bagi para anak usia dini dalam mencapai tahap perkembangannya.

Abstract

Loneliness that arises after a breakup is an emotional challenge that is often experienced by early adult individuals who are in the stage of building emotional closeness. Self compassion plays a role in helping individuals deal with negative emotions adaptively, while social support is believed to reduce feelings of alienation. The research method used is quantitative with a causality approach. The research sample consisted of 385 respondents aged 18-30 years who were selected through purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used include the UCLA Loneliness scale, Self Compassion Scale (SCS), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). The results of partial hypothesis testing show that self compassion has an effect by getting a significance value of 0.000 on loneliness (p < 0.05), while social support shows no effect by getting a significance value of 0.085 (p < 0.05). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that self compassion and social support have an effect with a significance value of 0.000 on loneliness (p < 0.05), with a contribution of 52.9%..

Abstract

Loneliness is a psychological problem often experienced by adolescents in orphanages, due to limited social relationships and emotional support. This study aims to determine the effect of social interaction and self-compassion on loneliness among adolescents living in orphanages in Karawang Regency. Using a quantitative approach and a causal design, this study involved 103 adolescents aged 13–19 years residing in six orphanages in the region, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments included a loneliness scale based on the UCLA Loneliness Scale, a social interaction scale developed based on Sarwono's concept of social interaction, and the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). Regression analysis results indicate that social interaction (β = -0.849; p < 0.05) and self-compassion (β = -0.288; p < 0.05) partially have a significant negative effect on loneliness. Simultaneously, both also had a significant effect on loneliness (F = 55.816; p < 0.05), contributing 52.7% to the variation in loneliness, with social interaction contributing 32.15% and self-compassion 20.58%. These results indicate that improving the quality of social interaction and the ability to positively accept oneself can help reduce loneliness levels among orphanage adolescents.

Abstract

In the modern era, keeping pets is no longer merely a recreational activity but is also considered to provide significant psychological benefits. Interactions between humans and pets can foster feelings of happiness, a sense of belonging, and improved overall quality of life. One concept that explains this phenomenon is attachment, an emotional bond typically formed between individuals, but which can also occur between pet owners and their animals. This study aims to describe the emotional attachment between cat owners and their pets in the Karawang region. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with an incidental sampling technique. A total of 110 cat owners residing in Karawang, aged between 18 and 40 years, participated in this study. The instrument used to measure attachment was the Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (LAPS). Data analysis included descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation analysis, and an independent samples t-test to identify differences in attachment levels based on gender. The findings revealed that the majority of respondents exhibited a high level of emotional attachment to their cats. Specifically, 98 respondents (89.1%) were categorized as having a high attachment level, while the remaining participants showed a moderate level of attachment. Further analysis on gender differences provided additional insights into patterns of pet attachment among cat owners in Karawang. These findings emphasize that cats are not only pets but also serve as an important source of emotional support and psychological well-being for their owners.

Abstract

Generation Z tends to impulsively due to the influence of social media, digital advertising, and lifestyle pressures. This phenomenon is known as doom spending, which is consumptive behavior triggered by anxiety, pessimism about the future, and negative emotional impulses. Factors contributing to this behavior include hedonic shopping motivation and Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonistic motivation and FoMO on impulsive purchasing. The method used is quantitative with an associative causal design. The research subjects are Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012), comprising 204 participants selected using Cohen's formula and collected via Google Forms. The instruments used were the Impulse Buying Tendency Scale, the Hedonic Shopping Motivations Scale, and the Fear of Missing Out Scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 with multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that hedonistic motivation and FoMO significantly influence impulsive purchasing, contributing 55.7%.  Keywords: Doom Spending, FoMO, Generation Z, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

Increased purchases of merchandise such as albums, photocards, posters and lightsticks are often done by teenage K-Pop fans with emotional conditions that are still developing, thus giving rise to the urge to make impulsive purchases. This study aims to determine the role of self-control in moderating the influence of neurotic personality on impulsive buying behavior of teenage K-Pop fans in Karawang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with an associative research type. The population in this study were teenage K-Pop fans in Karawang aged 15 to 22 years. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a total of 204 respondents. The data collection method was carried out using the Impulsive Buying Tendency Scale (IBTS), the Big Five MINI-IPIP Neurotic Personality Scale, and the Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS). The data analysis technique in this study used a moderation regression test through the JASP 0.16 program. Based on the results of the data analysis, a significance value of 0.696 or p> 0.05 was obtained, this means that self-control is unable to moderate the influence of neurotic personality on impulsive buying behavior of teenage K-Pop fans in Karawang. The influence contributed by neurotic personality and self-control on impulsive buying of teenage K-Pop fans in Karawang is 11.4% and the other 88.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Peningkatan pembelian merchandise seperti album, photocard, poster dan lightstick banyak dilakukan oleh remaja penggemar K-Pop dengan kondisi emosi yang masih berkembang, sehingga memunculkan dorongan untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kontrol diri dalam memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian neurotik terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif remaja penggemar K-Pop di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu remaja penggemar K-Pop di Karawang yang berusia 15 hingga 22 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 204. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Impulsive Buying Tendency Scale (IBTS), Skala Kepribadian Neurotik Big Five MINI-IPIP, dan Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi moderasi melalui program JASP 0.16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,696 atau p > 0,05, hal ini berarti bahwa kontrol diri tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian neurotik terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif remaja penggemar K-Pop di Karawang. Adapun pengaruh yang disumbangkan kepribadian neurotik dan kontrol diri terhadap pembelian impulsif remaja penggemar K-Pop di Karawang adalah sebesar 11,4% dan 88,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
