Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing literacy, self declare halal certification on the success of MSMEs through entrepreneur. The population of this study were culinary subsector MSMEs in Malang City with a sample of 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with Smart Partial Least Square path analysis techniques, analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) marketing literacy has no effect on business success, (2) marketing literacy affects entrepreneur knowledge, (3) self declare halal certification affects business success, (4) self declare halal certification has no effect on entrepreneur knowledge, (5) entrepreneur knowledge has no effect on business success, (6) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of marketing literacy on business success, and (7) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of self declare halal certification on business success. Keywords: Marketing Literacy; Self Declare Halal Certification; Entepreneur Knowledge; Business Success; MSMEs

Abstract

The Agrotanijaya porang business is a porang tuber processing business located in Kebondalem Village, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency. Currently, the marketing process for Agrotanijaya's processed products is conventional, namely entrusting it to food stalls, depots and grocery stores. The marketing system currently implemented has the problem that Agrotanijaya products are less widely known. The solution offered is the development of a website portal as an internet media facility which can display profile information from Agrotanijaya. The activity method begins with the preliminary study, implementation and evaluation stages. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that on average over 80% of participants are able to use the features on the website independently.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. In this digital era, MSMEs need to utilize digital marketing strategies to increase their competitiveness. This journal describes digital marketing strategy assistance activities carried out for MSMEs in Semanding Village, Jenangan District. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training and individual mentoring. The results show that this activity increases the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. This is proven by the increasing number of MSMEs that have social media accounts and online shops. Apart from that, this activity also increases sales of MSME products. This shows that digital marketing strategies are effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Semanding Village.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Kamal merupakan salah satu gerbang utama menuju Pulau Madura setelah adanya Jembatan Suramadu. Kondisi perairan Pelabuhan Kamal mengalami penurunan kualitas air yang dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas tambat-labuh kapal serta aktivitas masyarakat sekitar. Bakteri coliform menjadi bakteri indikator timbulnya pencemaran perairan yang termasuk dalam bakteri Gram negatif dan tidak membentuk spora. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah bakteri coliform yang ditemukan pada sampel air sekitar Pelabuhan Kamal serta melakukan pengukuran parameter kualitas air suhu, DO, pH dan salinitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling pada 3 stasiun dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Analisa laboratorium melalui identifikasi bakteri coliform menggunakan media Lactose Broth sebagai uji pendugaan serta media Brilliant Green Lactose Broth (BGLB) sebagai uji penegasan. Hasil uji parameter kualitas air (suhu, pH, DO, dan salinitas) di Perairan Pelabuhan Kamal dari semua sampel yang diperoleh masih memenuhi standar baku mutu berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 51 tahun 2004. Sedangkan hasil uji MPN menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan bakteri coliform telah melebihi standar baku mutu yang dipersyaratkan. Tingginya jumlah total bakteri coliform di perairan Pelabuhan Kamal menunjukkan adanya potensi risiko terhadap kualitas lingkungan perairan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengelolaan dan pemantauan lebih lanjut guna menjaga ekosistem dan memastikan keberlanjutan sumber daya air di kawasan tersebut.
