Abstract

In infrastructure planning in the village, the village government follows the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. The problem that then arises is that, in several villages, the quality of existing human resources does not support the planning of village facilities and infrastructure independently. In this community service activity, the Team will collaborate with Denanyar Village officials, Tangen District, Sragen Regency to assist in planning public facilities such as mosques. It is hoped that planning a mosque in Denanyar Village will assist the village government in preparing infrastructure that accommodates the needs of the community, especially in worship.

Abstract

Redesign is the critical point of the construction process which aims to provide technical specification requirements that will be used at the project later. In project planning, more time and accuracy are needed to obtain the required output. Therefore, it is necessary to use BIM or Building Information Modeling software to simplify, speed up and minimize errors due to human error. This Project was made a redesign the Dean's Building and Lecture project of the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University using the BIM or Building Information Modeling application which aims to streamline structural, planning work, financing estimation, and scheduling processes. The method used is a literature study with the main data of design drawing and others data from the construction project of the Dean Building and Lectures of the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University. The preparation of this Project goes through 3 stages. The first stage is to redesign the FKM Building project using Autodes Revit, the second stage is analyzing the structure with SAP 2000 and Ms Excel applications then the third stage is replanning cost estimation and scheduling using Ms Excel and Ms Project. The result of this Final Project is to obtain new best drawings, material specifications, cost estimation and scheduling.

Abstract

Construction planning and management is carried out as an attempts to find out various aspects that will be use in facilitating the construction, so it is following the applicable requirements, building functions, and economy. In construction projects, problems are often found at the planning stage or during construction, such as clashes between design elements or between schedules which can cause delays in project construction, large amounts of waste generated after construction, cost overruns during construction, and other problems caused by a lack of accuracy and poor coordination that can disrupt the productivity of construction projects. As technology develops, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is use as a solution to overcome various problems in the construction sector with a system that can collect and manage important data in the construction planning process that is integrated into accurate 3D modeling. In this final project, Building Information Modeling (BIM) will be used to plan the 6-floor Flats of the Ministry of Social Affairs BBRSPDF Surakarta City. Outputs be generated can be in the form of superstructure and substructure plans, namely the design of foundation structures, columns, beams, and plates, 2D Detail Engineering Design (DED), 3D modeling, and construction management plans in the form of Budget Plans, and scheduling.

Abstract

The construction material innovation that will be discussed in thispublication is a lightweight brick with the HexaLock Brick model. This brick was ismade from cement, sand, and stryrofoam waste. The concept used in this brick is alock system with a hexagonal design that is more stable than ordinary brick shapes.From the results of the tests that have been done, it was found that HexaLock Brickhas several advantages compared to ordinary brick, which are lighter, more efficientfiller, smaller water absorption, smaller thermal resistance, and faster constructiontime.

Abstract

At construction project there must be risks. Risk is a consequence of the uncertainty conditions. In construction projects, the risk can’t be predicted as well because there are a lot of uncertainty to predict problems (Nurdiana, 2015). The aims of this paper are to identify the risk from contractor persepction; to analyze the risk from contractor persepction; and to assign the risk respon from contractor persepction at project of Semarang-Solo Highway (segment Bawen-Solo).The primary data were the identification of risk and the assessment of risk (probability and impact of risk) that obtained by interview and questionnaire method. The secondary data were the project document and the previous research. Data analysis was done by Risk Breakdown Structure method.The identification of risks in the Bawen-Solo Highway project is divided into 4 categories, that are technical risk, procurement risk, contractual risk, and managerial risk. The risk identification is 11 risks which are in the risk category above. Based on the risk analysis that has been done, the biggest risk is contractual risk, which is the contract termination due to project delay. From the value of risk that has been analyzed, the majority of risk is at a low risk level (86%), then moderate risk (14%). Based on an analysis of the risk response, 86% of the risk response is accepted, and 14% of the risk response is mitigation.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan salah satu infrastruktur yang berhubungan dengan keterbukaan aksesbilitas suatu wilayah. Berdasarkan kewenangannya, jalan desa merupakan jalan yang pembangunan, peningkatan, dan pemeliharaannya sepenuhnya diatur oleh Pemerintah Desa. Penanganan jalan desa dianggarkan dalam APBDes dengan konsep swadaya. Masalah yang kemudian timbul adalah, pada beberapa desa, kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada tidak mendukung untuk perencanaan sarana dan prasarana desa secara swadaya. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai pihak akademisi memiliki tanggung jawab sosial untuk mendukung terciptanya infrastruktur yang memadai di tingkat desa. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Perguruan Tinggi merupakan bentuk kegiatan yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan desa dengan problem tersebut. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis konsep pendidikan nilai dalam perspektif dua tokoh besar, yaitu Al-Ghazali dan Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk menelaah karya-karya dan pemikiran kedua tokoh yang berpengaruh dalam sejarah pendidikan Islam dan pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Ghazali menekankan pendidikan sebagai proses penyucian jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs) yang bertujuan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT, serta menempatkan akhlak sebagai inti dari pendidikan. Di sisi lain, Ki Hadjar Dewantara memandang pendidikan sebagai upaya pembudayaan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa untuk membentuk manusia merdeka, berkarakter, dan berjiwa sosial. Meskipun berasal dari latar belakang dan tradisi yang berbeda, keduanya memiliki kesamaan dalam menempatkan pendidikan nilai sebagai fondasi utama pembentukan manusia seutuhnya. Artikel ini merekomendasikan integrasi nilai-nilai dari pemikiran keduanya sebagai kontribusi nyata dalam merancang sistem pendidikan yang holistik dan kontekstual di Indonesia

Abstract

The construction industry is described as a project-based industry that inherently carries a wide range of risks. These risks are not only limited to projects but also extend to organizational or enterprise-level risks involving the company's directors, departments, and divisions. This study aims to examine the relationship between construction project risks and enterprise risks within construction companies. Specifically, it investigates how risks originating at the project level may influence or correlate with broader organizational risks, and vice versa. The research method involves analyzing secondary data, including project risk management reports and enterprise risk management documentation from construction firms. Through qualitative analysis, this study found a significant reciprocal relationship between project-level risks and company-level risks, which include the financial nature of the project risks, strategic risks, operational risks, and public & legal risks. These findings suggest that effective integration of project risk management (PRM) and enterprise risk management (ERM) is essential for enhancing overall risk resilience and organizational performance in the construction sector.
